Hey friends :-) . There is not much to tell this week. They smell stronger and stronger, but unfortunately I don't really like the bud production. It is going very slowly, and she just doesn't want to have many nutrients :-(. Just don't understand why. I know the genetic, because I have it as a mother, and there are 100% all parameters in the perfect area. I have prepared a completely new nutrient solution again, and I will watch you closely this week :-). Otherwise everything looks great. The new update is coming next week. Strawberry Trop Cherry - STRNG Seeds W18 F9 3/8-14 Harvest week 3/9 The Strawberry Trop Cherry’s hung in the closet hanging to dry. With summer temperatures outside harvest week, the humidity in the garage was over 75% and the temps in the garage were in the mid-70s. I did not want mold after all this work. In the closet with the air conditioner running and the door closed, I can achieve 54-60%rh and temps of 66-74F. The S. Trop Cherry were #1 40’,’ #2 50” tall and inches from the lights and #1 was overshadowed by the Cadillacs. I flushed 3x with flawless finish. I used all 577 wet trim of all 6 plants in the strawberry collection in bubble hash. I was in awe as the bagged leaves swirled in the washing machine, the water was Kool-Aid red and later was a deep wine red. The strawberries show their true colors. These were harvested on 3/9 and dried for 2 weeks dry weights taken on 3/27. Strawberry Trop Cherry 1 149g wet 10g dry Strawberry Trop Cherry 2 522g wet 62g dry This totals 72 grams or 2.57 ounces The yield is like my previous auto harvests. For a photo period strain I think the yield would have been larger per plant given their size. The taller Cadillacs overshadowed these as they were pushed to one side. The smaller harvest is confirming my preference for growing autoflowers since the harvest is about the same size but is finished in 8-10 weeks seed to harvest rather than 18-20 or more. However, for my first time growing photos in the tent, I feel this was successful. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫

After another weekend spent away from home, on day 26 both Opiums present at 30 cm height, having grown big and bushy. Their thirst increased, I will water them when their next day starts. And do some more LST. Not too long until I can install the scrogging net. I am really impressed by their progress. They developed a lot of branching side branches and look really healthy and bushy. In contrast to what I wrote before, I think I can stay a few days longer with the current 80% 18/6 lighting scheme. Leaf positions do not show signs of light hunger, so no reason to change. Watered them with 1.5 l each on their 27th morning, this time adding some flower fertilisers too. Compensated their relief with some more LST. I can see in timelapse video they are tmelselves compensating this stress easily; it’s amazing to see how fast they turn their heads. You’ll see soon too. For reference: Pot diameter is approx. 25 cm. So lady #1 spreads about this much, lady #2 is even about 10 cm more. Guess they’ll make a very dense scrog surface, but first let’s have them have their stretch. Day 28 evening revealed ladies are getting thirstier. The holey pots might be helpful in root development, but they are not when it comes to keeping the tent clean. Because of their structure, water runs out in respectable quantities each time they are fed, which takes a long time to evaporate and adds to air humidity of course. Which on the other hand is currently quite ok. Outside air temperatures are around 30 °C the last days, so a bit more humidity helps to keep the VPD in range. Which is quite ok as I still cannot complain about their growth – around 2–3 cm each day currently. Grow video for day 28 (sorry about the interferences! Due to the control hard- & software being offline I cannot silence the blower(s) when a photo is taken anymore) shows steady growth and very vivid movements again. Dropping of their leaves around their evening is possibly due to me watering them again as soil was surprisingly dry already. On their day 29 evening, it’s clear to see how much they are stretching: They really gained 5 cm since yesterday! Lights are close to 30 cm, so I think I’ll reposition things a bit when their next week starts. Attached video shows the day’s progress. They say you cannot scrog an Automatic but seeing the development speed and bushiness I decided to give it a try nonetheless. I guess the buds can profit from being a bit more apart from each other if I handle to fiddle them through the holes in time. I rearranged the lights to be at about 45 cm apart from the tops and set the lights to 100% at a 16/8 lighting scheme, waking them up one hour later than before and sending them to sleep one hour earlier. Last day of this week, day 30, shows that growth speed has even increased. Lady 1 crosses the scrog net already which is positioned at 46 cm above soil. Gave them slightly enhanced water again, 2 l each.

Melonade Runtz got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

Well, the room is looking huge. If I didnt defoliate, I feel like the harder to reach areas would be difficult to maintain and that the transpiration would be too much to control. I like what I have going on so far. The defoliated plant has stretched higher than the defoliated one. Underneath they look similar, and it will be very interesting to see the end results for myself. Wow these girls really filled in this week! Only 5" of vertical growth but the girls are noticably wider and looking more full. Also looking quite healthy with a nice green colour, save for a handful of leaves at the very bottom but that's not uncommon. Still blown away by the amount of roots that have grown out of the base of the fabric pots! Vary thick and tough feeling, but white and healthy looking as ever! Bud sites really starting to come in as we end the week, looks like these girls could have great potential if everything keeps running smooth (knock on wood). Environment has been on point since uprages last week, fans running mostly at a steady 40% with the occasional spike to 60% and keeping the RH within 2% of target. Light is still at 80% and 18" hitting 650-750 umol/s

Girls have settled into summer camp nicely. Worries about not taking the transplant diminish more each day and I am gaining more confidence in strong roots with each passing day as well. I had to build a supplemental lighting system for the greenhouse. Here at home we are experiencing a wetter than usual summer so far and with that brings clouds. So I needed to do something. So I built a new greenhouse light. It cranks out some light. Currently at canopy I’m measuring around 600 PPFD. Plants are loving it. All three plants sexed and all are females. Didn’t think otherwise. So the formula 707 is performing better than expected. Water retention is crazy. Watered the plants on Sunday with a gallon each , today is Thursday and no water needed. Going to try and get to Sunday for a whole week between watering.

High Growmies, die BPP hat in der Woche nochmal ordentlich an Masse und Harz zugenommen! Auch die Terpene kommen jetzt voll zur Geltung. Habe mit meinem neuen Smartphone Mikroskop 300x die Trichomen gecheckt und festgestellt dass fast alle Milichig geworden sind auch vereinzelt Bernsteine aber noch hier und da durchsichtige. Da ihr Durst noch nicht abgenommen hat werde ich ihr noch eine Woche mehr geben um die Trichomen Reifen zu lassen und Festigkeit zu steigern.

Week 6 and they are still in the vegetation phase. Still growing it under 1 95w cfl 6500k. I really learned that leaving your plant in a small pot for too long can really stunt growth and slows down the whole process... It's growing pretty fast right now and every day i see how the plant is getting bigger. Did some LST to give new branches more light. Leave any tips :)

Y es que después del chasco con el germinado, que hubo 3 que no han querido salir, las 7 que tenemos van adelante tienen un buen color, y aunque estén algo débiles salvarán todas. Por lo demás va correcto mantengo la humedad alta esta semana, y veremos si ayudan algo las temperaturas.
