I defoliate once a week but i maintain it as less as i could so i dont stress the plant .

Super soil Diary update 20th Feb 2020 So another week bites the dust and it's time to update again. I let the soil dry out within the pot for three days because it had been cooler and I was concerned that I had been overwatering. When I did give her a drink it was 10Lof Rainwater mixed with some Mollasses and ph'd to 6.5. I also gave her some epsom salts and I also finally got around to doing the worm warm, so All of my Photo strain girls got aprox half a kilo of fresh worm castings each. I have some more "high tea" bubbling away (see above video) that will be given to the plants later this week. After all that the soil should be very happy and hopefully this will pass onto the Wifi in the form of fat buds. Remember keep your soil happy and your plants will be happy too. Harvested on day 113 after ending week 9 of bloom. after washing week ago with adding flora kleen and then after 3 days turn light to 48 hours darkness before harvest. First trim in harvest defoliated big fan leaves with all the leaves without sugar and the tip of the small leaves. When the buds will be dry ill do second trim untill the bud will be like dense diamond. So, really love this strain and i give her a score of 9/10. First, for the buds beauty,dense. purple,red,yellow,pink and blue are showing on buds and its realy amazing.10/10. Smell are very sweet and strong of grapes.9/10. Taste is very fruity sweet grapes and i like it.9/10. Very strong effect on mind but feel very good.9/10. So, for final, 9/10. With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

Day 128... long journey behind...What can I say? Beautiful.... last time removed the injured leaves due to covering but now she is coming back. ;) Weather condition is still right compare to September in London but okay. I hope she will do all the way the flowering and nice smoke comes off.

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

Final week 10 and a half harvest and the nugs are fully plumped up and very crystally the decent bit of yellowing as well I think the double dream is definitely going to yield a decent bit and we're going to drive for five days after our flush for six days. Attached to some of the root pictures from the harvest which just shows the massive amount of a root ball that you can see for the left side on double dream.

Es una variedad fácil de cultivar y muy agradecida, el peso que pongo arriba no es en mojado si no en seco. He sacado una media de 42,3 g por planta. También tanta cantidad es debido a que son muchas plantas para un metro cuadrado, pero se que el foco, los buenos nutrientes y la magnífica cepa como es green poison de sweet seeds ha hecho la mayoría del trabajo. La plantaría más veces, además cuando había alguna deficiencia corregía bastante rápido asique muy satisfecho con el resultado y más que satisfecho con todo lo elegido desde semilla hasta nutrientes y focos. Una planta de lujo para poder desconectar de los días duros y con un sabor exquisito. Buenos humos familia! espero que os guste este primer diario!

Week 5 flowering for our strawberry gorilla from fastbuds 420! The buds are starting to get fatter day by day, we continue with our food program. This week again we gave sugar shot, sticky fingers, bloom booster, silica, amino and master root all from xpert nutrients. All good at the moment 🤗

everything in the second week of flower went well. she really stretched and the buds quickly started getting fat. also every watering i would notice a very strong odor of weed. december 22nd 2021: gaver her last half of gallon used in last feeding. also nothing was tested. ph tested at 6.6 last feeding and it usually comes out a little higher after a few days. january 1st 2022 i noticed the first trichomes.

11/16/23 - Day 10 - Here we are on day 10 and she had a root hit the water over night. About 8 hrs later she had two roots in the water and her leaves are starting to perk up. From here on out I expect a rocket ship. Shes getting access to all the nutes now. 11/18/23 - Day 12 - The roots are going about as I expected in this Leaf Box. Shes always sad until her roots hit the water, then the fuse has been lit! There is no going back. When I looked at the water today there was one root that was floating about 7 - 8 in long that surprised me. Yesterday it was long maybe 4" but today it's at least doubled. 😀 Its so much fun growing in this Leaf Box. You really get to experience the joy in it, rather than the stress of trying to figure out some technical issue. Here the techical issues are close to none. I really get to focus on the training part. It also allows me to be more observant and I get more time to think about the little changes that I see. Usually my mind is so clouded with some engineering issue with her life support that I dont usually get the time to really focus on the plant. Its a whole different feel growing in the Leaf box. I posted a video up top. If you watch it you'll understand my above statement. Choosing the option to move to the next phase in the software is about as hard as it will ever get (aside from harvest, thats ALWAYS a bitch) Watch the video and if your feeling some kind of way let me know what you think.
