This is the 5th ILGM OG kush I've grown, the first I've tried to top. Now I know that I topped about 2 or 3 nodes to soon. But what I know from the other og's I've grown, buds will be fat and sticky and from the looks of her she is going to be all bud!!

Oggi è iniziata la terza settimana di vita della mia Purplematic CBD. Sembra sana e cresce piuttosto velocemente, oggi 19/10/2020 l'ho trapiantata nel vaso smart pot (quello di tessuto che mi è stato gentilmente dato, insieme al kit dicrescita, dalla royal queen seeds, per il contest). Ho poi, nella medesima data, utilizzato per la prima volta easy combo, in particolare la capsula per la fase vegetativa. Purtroppo, ho a disposizione solo una capsula per la fase di crescita, e innaffiando poche volte alla settimana (a causa delle temperature non troppo elevate) ho fatto la scelta di frazionare la capsula in 4 parti così da non sprecarla e poterla utilizzare ancora. Ho diluito 1/4 della pastiglia in circa 750ml di acqua del rubinetto (so che non è la scelta migliore, ma almeno ho potuto regolarne la temperatura) e versato nel vaso circa 200ml-250ml. Sto iniziando, quando possibile, a dare un po' più di luce alla piantina. Durante il trapianto ho notato che, probabilmente grazie all'utilizzo dei fertilizzanti che mi sono stati inviati, le radici erano molto ben sviluppate e qualcuna stava già uscendo dai buchi sottostanti al vaso.

SUMMARY: I did a heavy defoliation this week on Sunday 14/02 and then switched to early bloom nutes. I removed most of her fan leaves and all the lower shoots which would not receive enough light. One of the Amnesia shoots has been burnt by the heater as it was in direct line and so I have placed the saucer on top of a mug to raise her up a little out of the heats direct path. Also what I suspected was nute burn caused by a drop landing on the leaf appears to have spread...a few bright burn spots appearing on leaves, not sure what it is. DAY 43 ------ Tuesday 9th February 10:30 I fed the Amnesia 400ml which produced around 100ml runoff (25%). I made 5L of transition nutes at a pH of 6.3 and 5L of early bloom nutes at a pH of 6.3. Both made with rainwater. Tuesday 9th February 18:00 I fed the Amnesia 150ml which produced 100ml runoff (67%). [24°C/45%] DAY 44 ------ Wednesday 10th February 10:45 I fed the Amnesia 400ml transition nutes which produced roughly 50ml runoff (13%). Wednesday 10th February 18:30 I fed the Amnesia 150ml which produced 50ml runoff (33%). [24°C/42%] DAY 45 ------ Thursday 11th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 400ml of trans nutes which produced 50ml runoff (13%). Need to up morning feed to 500ml. I made 10L of early bloom nutes with rainwater at a pH of 5.8. Thursday 11th February 18:30 I fed the Amnesia 150ml trans nutes which produced 140ml runoff (93%). [24°C/42%] DAY 46 -------- Friday 12th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 500ml trans nutes which produced around 100ml (20%). Friday 12th February 11:30 I fed the Amnesia 50ml trans nutes which produced 50ml runoff (100%). I really need to start feeding less of a morning but shes always dry as a bone and light as a feather by the time I can tend to her. [22°C/42%] DAY 47 -------- Saturday 13th February 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 500ml trans nutes which produced around 50ml (10%). Saturday 13th February 18:00 I didnt have any nutes left to feed the Amnesia and cant make anymore until tomorrow morning now. I made 10L of early bloom nutes with de-chlorinated tap water (no rain water left), 5L at a pH of 5.7 and 5L at a pH of 5.6. Sunday 14th February 18:00 I did a heavy defoliation on the NL stripping MOST fan leaves and any lower small shoots which wont ever get enough light. I also raised the light again so that it is 16" above the canopy of my tallest plant as it was too close now she has grown. The Amnesias main cola is almost level with the canopy of the tallest plant now. I fed the Amnesia 200ml early bloom nutes which produced 100ml runoff (50%). [24°C/46%] DAY 49 -------- Monday 15th February 11:00 I fed the Amnesia 400ml early bloom nutes which produced 180ml runoff (45%). Monday 15th February 18:30 I didnt feed the Amnesia tonight as she doesnt need anymore right now and I cant feed her later. [22°C/42%]

Welcome to Week 5! Mother Nature decided to test us a little bit this week. The sun hasn't been showing its face nearly as much, and the nighttime temperatures took a dip down to a chilly 10°C, along with some on-and-off rain showers. Resilience & Care: 🌧️ Despite the less-than-ideal weather conditions, the ladies took it all in stride and have continued to develop beautifully. I’m still keeping up with the LST on the trained plants, adjusting as needed to keep the canopy wide and even. As for the roots, they are staying happy—I’m maintaining a steady watering schedule of about twice a week. The Magic Moment: 🌸 The absolute highlight of the week: most of the plants have officially shifted gears and entered the flowering stage! You can definitely spot those early signs of bloom in the pictures. It’s always the most exciting phase of the grow when they finally start transitioning. Current Standings: 📏 Lemon Cherry Cookies: Still the undisputed giant of the group, towering over the rest at an impressive 60cm! Letting her grow naturally without LST has turned her into a real beast. The Rest: Amnesia Haze, Banana Purple Punch, and Bruce Banner are all sitting nicely right around the 40cm mark. They are looking thick, bushy, and ready to stack some buds! Fingers crossed that the sun makes a strong comeback next week to help fuel this flowering stretch.

Day 56-63 (Day 5F-12F) (Day 6) Water retention is still a big issue in this soil, even with the reduced amendments, loose compaction and added perlite. Pots just aren’t drying out fast enough and I still need to water in enough to reach the bottom. I wish I had some flood trays for this exact reason so I could bottom water instead. (Day 9) I’m going to try running 2 liters of water through each pot until I see a good amount of runoff on each plant. Maybe the nutrient content of the soil is just too high. If this doesn’t work, I got nothing. Plants are drooping like crazy but that’s not surprising as I just flooded them. I’m going to turn on the carbon filter to clear out the humidity a lot faster. Over the next few days I’m going to let the filter suck the life out of this tent until it’s bone dry. If I start seeing deficiencies arise from my minor flush, I will foliar feed some 1-1-1 kelp and some 3-0-0 calmag. I highly doubt I will see any deficiencies but it doesn’t hurt to plan ahead. (Day 11) Ladies responded well to that heavy watering which is a little surprising honestly. The pots are still soaked and super heavy but they seem to be happy. (Day 12) I’m really not seeing any well defined bud sites which is not a good sign at this point. I have never grown under HPS and have never flowered a true 10 week strain so it could just take a little longer in early flower. So far I’m unimpressed

The gorilla cookies has come out of the soil and it pushed itself up very well without having to dig it up out the soil. This is one plant I’m excited for I hope it grows to look like the photos The temps are rising around here making it some much easier to start seedling than in the winter with heater on full blast

dry weight of buds after trimming = 93 gram and about 5 gram of Trim so 98g Total. Actual plan was to leave the plant some more days but after seeing some Nanas developing inside the buds i decided to cut it at day 65 of flower. great smell and cant wait to smoke the final product. All in all definetly a good strain for living soil.

Boom Day 28 after flip. She’s showing off big time. Cleaned her up real good on day 21 before lights out and will defol a lil bit here and there. Feeding really hard cuz it’s hammer time, some stuff like calcium and Bloom Khaos is almost double what is recommended on the feeding chart. And giving strong teas in between with Flower Finisher (1-5-7) and CytoPlus (0-0-7.5) for that extra kick of K. Bti for the win! I’ve been brewing AquaBac (in a tea ball) for 24hrs in ph’d water before adding stuff for ‘instant tea’ …I’m seeing one or two fungus gnats flying around and maybe like 3-4 new lil fuckheads on the sticky traps compared to 10-15 before. Was gonna get some nematodes and/or spray the top soil/cover crop with neem oil but I don’t think I have to (for now). Lights are blasting at 95% and about 13” away and she smells so good. Die Pflanze wächst und gedeiht. Am ersten Tag der Woche, konnte ich die nächsten Triebe, ein weiteres Mal, toppen. Die letzten verbliebenen Triebe, wurden am 4 Tag der Woche, zum letzten Mal getoppt. Somit sind wir bei 12 Trieben und mit diesen soll es auch in die Blüte gehen. Damit die Triebe möglichst auf gleicher höhe bleiben, habe ich an Tag 5 damit begonnen, die Triebe in der nächsten Ebene, mit LST-Clips zu trainieren. Was wieder sehr gut funktioniert hat, die Pflanze wird breiter und bleibt auf einer Höhe. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit wurde wieder etwas gesenkt im laufe der Woche und die LED ab dem 4 Tag auf 30% erhöht. Der Abstand der LED wurde so angepasst, dass ich auf ca. 500 PPFD und einen DLI 34 gekommen bin. Der Abstand der LED wurde nicht an das Pflanzen Wachstum angepasst, so das am Ende der Woche ca. 550 PPFD und ein DLI von 36, bei der Pflanze angekommen ist. Sollte nichts mehr Gravierendes dazwischenkommen, lasse ich die Pflanze jetzt noch ein wenig wachsen und stelle dann im laufe der nächsten Woche auf 12/12 und leite die Blüte ein. Han llegado a 1 metro de altura sin contar la maceta. Riego día si día no, están bebiendo entre 1litro y 1,25. Empiezo con canna flush para ayudar a la limpieza de raíces ya que me es imposible sacarlas del scrog para regar y drenar. Desde ahora solo agua. La planta que tuvo un comienzo amorfo (al fondo a la izquierda), es la única sin apical ni FIM, parece que va un poco detrás de la maduración respecto a sus hermanas con apical/FIM. En unos 10 días más o menos cosecharé las que estén maduras.
