Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. I’m also seeing nice bud sites developing on all of the photos. My autos are doing great too. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple and the Barneys Farm NYC Diesel is nice and chunky with tons of crystals. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine this week and think it should be fairly smooth sailing from here. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. I’ll leave you this week with another interesting excerpt from “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear: “I prefer to use high-pressure sodium lamps. With the exception of LED's, HPS lamps are the most efficient source of light you can buy, both in terms of light output and light spectrum. Having read nearly every book on the subject of growing pot, I feel that their authors tend to overemphasize the importance of light spectrum. You do not need to alternate between metal halides (for growth) and sodiums (for flowering). That is an oversimplification of the plant's light requirements. You may do this if you like--it certainly won't hurt--but I firmly believe that the gains are just not great enough to justify the cost of the extra MH lamp.” -Read Spear

Very few white pistols left. I have started checking tricomes now for peak harvest time (hopefully) lol. 11/9/22 Added tricome pics and video to this week. Starting to turn milky, which is what I want, so I'll be keeping an eye on her.

Woche 3 Eine kräftige Pflanze mit kräftig durst. Der Umzug in 3l Substrat im Stofftopf steht an. Dieser wird ihr sicherlich gut tun. Wir kommen beim Easycube mit dem Gießen nicht mehr hinterher.

Day 36 - the girls seem to be happy, and are growing a bit different One of them is flowring a bit faster and also starting to turn purple, the other is a bit slower but looks much more healthy.

The plant on the right got chopped down the hairs were 90% dark brown while left was fully white last week when it got taken down it had only one day flush. This plant I will flush for a week and see which is better. It has decent size buds all the way to the bottom but this one growing still doesn't have as many crystals as the harvested plant which was definitely cut down way to early 😕 shame it must have forced to finish early from shock when I snapped a main branch clean off. This plant I will flush with plain filtered water for 7 days and even if it doesn't have as much crystals as the other plant, the bud size is 2x-3x the size of the plant that was cut down last week so I hope they will look a lot better size wise after they shrink when they are cut down and dried. I have also noticed some medium sized fan leads turning from green into a beautiful dark purple colour over the last 2-3 days slowly and it's spreading to other leaves the buds on this plant are also purple bits it's hard to see on here but looking sweet so far I have uploaded pic of the frost one which has been drying for a week now

Not every plant turns into a perfect showpiece — and honestly, this Critical run was a bit janky from start to finish 😅 She never really grew evenly, reacted strangely to feeding at times, and definitely kept me guessing throughout the whole cycle. But despite all the weird growth patterns and little setbacks, she still made it to harvest day covered in frost and carrying that classic heavy Critical aroma. This grow was a good reminder that not every run has to be flawless to be worth it. Sometimes the messy plants teach the most. Learned a lot about patience, recovery, and just letting the plant do its thing instead of forcing perfection. In the end, she still delivered some chunky buds, beautiful resin production, and another valuable lesson for the next round 🔥

The smoke is beautiful! and that is without cure. Flavours of fuel and citrus coming through, hopefully they come out after cure. Buds are solid but not that dense. But trichome covered buds to the point that it was very difficult to trim for more than 5 minutes without cleaning off my scissors. Recommend growing 4 or more of these to get a good amount on hand. very little popcorn buds. will update with weights and smoke after drying and short cure. She was a pleasure to grow! likes the calmag. so frosty and greasy! When it has been a day with high temperatures don't be afraid to feed twice! While packing on the weight she can be very thirsty. If fed well she will reward you with frosty hard nugs! Give this strain a try!

Hi guys.. Here we are again with our two beloved Peyote Critical ... I will not dwell much today ... it is just now missing to reach an optimal flowering ... I believe that at most, in ten days, they are ready ... If one if you wish you could easily cut it now ... all milk-colored trichomes . Usually I always prefer to start the second phase (drying and treatment) when there they are 15% of amber trichomes ... The timing of the harvest sometimes varies based on various factors and / or above all on personal pleasures ...you know.. The plants are really beautiful and super resinous ... The perfume it is much more on the Kush side, quite even sweet with other "notes" that I do not recognize but tending to the "honey" side ..... Of the critical it has more than anything the structure and also the shape of the peaks .... however it is ... at the end of the week last time I gave them once again a bit of banana macerate, more or less always a 0.5 in a 1.5l bottle of water ... a few days later a little bit of Topmax .. now just water, like I practically did it throughout the cycle, since the nutrients were already present in the soil ... we hope for good ... let me know if you liked it ... Hace un par de días le he dejado de dar nutrientes y he suspendido todo tipo de alimentación para terminar con una cosecha más limpia. Ahora solo toca ir aumentando el volumen de riego e intercalar los riegos de agua sola y enzimas para aprovechar todo el alimento que pueda quedar en el sustrato y así lograr la cenecencia.

31/07/23 Everything seems to be going really well even though I haven't added nutriments. I'm planning to use LST on plants 2, 3, and 4 this week, hoping not to mess anything up. I'll have to buy a dehumidifier too because it's very humid at my place right now, and I can't get the humidity level below 65% 01/08/23 I started the LST but only on 2 and 3, and I have no idea if I did it well, but I'm quite happy with the result. 02/08/2023 I have cut some leaves, especially on numbers 2 and 3, so that the little heads are no longer in the shade but directly in the light and I haven't touched number 1, I don't plan to touch it until the end.

Bien pues ya tenemos en marcha el 2º seguimiento del perfil... Son 6 white truffles, 6 Apple&Bazzokies de GBSTRAINS y 5 GG4 de GBSEEDS que se empezaron a germinar el 15 de mayo por la tarde sobre las 19:00 Todas nutridas con BOOM nutrients jejeje Todas las semanas iremos viendo los cambios y la evolución, los riegos y las flores que vendrán :) El 16 de mayo del 23 sobre las 07:00 de la mañana pase las semillas del vaso con agua, a los tapers con servilleta. Ahí estuvieron 24 horas mas haciendo un total de 36 horas germinando para después, pasarlas a las macetas de 1 litro. 22/05/23 actualizado, meto unas fotos mas de como van las semillas después de 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar en el vaso de agua. A día 22/05/23 llevamos 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar. ACTUALIZACION DE ESTADO: 30/05/23 Subo unas fotos después de 8 días. Llevamos 15 días desde que se empezó a germinar las semillas en vaso de agua. A partir de aquí, empiezo a contar semanas de crecimiento. Trasplantaremos a maceta definitivas de 7L dentro de una semana o 2.

Su questa genetica ho voluto mettere de bimbe e sono rimasto veramente strabiliato dalla stabilità e similarità che hanno avuto tra di loro, le cime sono di un altro pianeta con questi pistilli che esplodono formandone altri in maniera verticale davvero molto bella!! 🌿 Woche 18 – Mentha de Croco 🇩🇪 Die beiden Mentha de Croco entwickeln sich weiterhin hervorragend! 💚 Die linke Pflanze ist inzwischen 194 cm, die rechte beeindruckende 209 cm hoch – und damit deutlich über der 2-Meter-Marke 📏🌱. Da wir diese Woche teilweise kräftige Sturmböen hatten 🌬️🌩️, habe ich beide Pflanzen mit Bastseilen an der fest installierten Regenrinne gesichert. Jede Pflanze ist jetzt an drei verschiedenen Punkten befestigt und sollte damit auch stärkeren Winden problemlos standhalten 💪. Ganz spurlos ist das Wetter allerdings nicht vorbeigegangen. Einige Äste sind durch die Sturmböen abgebrochen, wodurch die Ästhetik der Pflanzen leider etwas gelitten hat. Trotzdem sehen beide weiterhin kerngesund und vital aus – keine Schädlinge, keine Krankheiten und kräftig dunkelgrünes Laub 💚🌿. Heute bekommen die Pflanzen zum ersten Mal mein selbst hergestelltes Bananen-Ferment 🍌. Ich möchte sie damit langsam auf den bevorstehenden Blütebeginn vorbereiten. Nach meiner Einschätzung wird die Blüte etwa Mitte August so richtig Fahrt aufnehmen 🌸. Besonders gespannt bin ich darauf, ob es trotz des begrenzten 30-Liter-Topfvolumens noch zu einem nennenswerten Stretch kommen wird. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich mit der aktuellen Höhe bereits mehr als zufrieden 😄. Für die rechte Pflanze brauche ich inzwischen fast schon eine Leiter, um sie vollständig aufs Foto zu bekommen ?📸 🌿 Week 18 – Mentha de Croco 🇬🇧 Both Mentha de Croco plants continue to perform exceptionally well 💚! The left plant has now reached 194 cm, while the right one stands at an impressive 209 cm, comfortably exceeding the 2-meter mark 📏🌱 This week brought several days of strong wind and heavy gusts 🌬️🌩️, so I secured both plants to the permanently installed rain gutter using natural bast twine. Each plant is now tied at three different points, giving them much better stability against future storms 💪. Unfortunately, the storm wasn’t completely harmless. A few branches snapped in the strong winds, so the plants have lost a little of their perfect appearance. Even so, both remain healthy, vigorous, and full of life with no signs of pests or disease 💚🌿. Today they will receive my homemade banana ferment 🍌 for the first time to help prepare them for the upcoming flowering phase. I expect flowering to really begin around mid-August, and I’m excited to see how much stretch they’ll still produce. The biggest question now is whether the relatively small 30-liter pots will limit the flowering stretch significantly. To be honest, I’m already more than happy with their size 😄. The right plant is now so tall that I almost need a ladder just to take a proper photo ?📸

April 23 Fading leaves and turning purple. I'm making sure to do my due diligence in removing all dead leaves between the buds as they die, so that I'm not having dead leaves stuck in the bud as it dries. Trichomes aren't quite where I want them yet. The ones nearest the light are orange, but not much orange is anywhere else.
