Week 3 of flowering is in the books for the Auto Gelato girl from Fast Buds Genetics <3 ... this week I did some minor cleanup with dying leaves, and the lower branches that were being blocked out by the top colas. This girl has recovered exceptionally well after being supercropped the previous week, so excited to see how she'll continue to grow and stack up in the coming weeks! Considering I snapped the stalk while cropping, I was really surprised to see just how well the wound healed up over the week. These plants are awesome! Week 6. Im watering every 2 days. Fish shit and mammoth p every 3rd water. Rest just ph'd water. Alot of tricombs on the Purple Punch. Getting fat and juicy. Probably gonna ha4vest the Purple Punches in a week. GMOs finally coming along starting to fatten up and become a bit crystally. They still got 4 weeks or so left.

Die Gelato ist jetzt ca in der 13. Woche (eigentlich Automatic). Sie wächst sehr gesund und stark, hat ca 20 Seitentriebe welche zum Teil runtergebunden worden sind. Sie ist jetzt seit ca 1 1/2 Wochen in Vorblüte und ich hoffe das an diesem heißen Wochenende jetzt der Sprung in die volle Blüte gelingt. Ist eine durstige Dame ca 1,5 -2 Liter pro Tag an Wasser. Jeden 2 oder 3 Tag wird gedüngt je nach Bedarf. Die Pflanze steht auf einer Dachterrasse - absolute Hitze manchmal in der Sonne bis zu 49°C. Nachts ist es teilweise auf 15°C abgefallen. Sie bekomm von 7,45Uhr bis 20.00uhr Sonne, vollgas Sonne. Die Pflanze steht in einem 5 Gal Stofftopf von Spiderfarmer. Die meisten Sonnensegel wurden bereits entfernt, diese waren riesig.

Do-Si-Dos Auto is entering her final phase of flower with full-on fade, swelling buds, and thick trichome coverage setting in. This week she showed steady maturity across all sites — pistils began curling in and changing color, but many are still white and active, especially on the lower buds. I gave her a Cal-Mag watering early in the week and have since transitioned to mostly plain RO water as she finishes up. Temperatures climbed to 86°F indoors with 45% humidity, which may have pushed her a bit — I noticed some light upper-leaf clawing from heat stress midweek, but nothing major. The fade is progressing beautifully with purples and yellows coming in across the larger fans. Trichome checks showed mostly clear heads with a few starting to go cloudy — still no amber yet. She’s not ready to harvest, but she’s getting close. Buds continue to stack, and I’ll be checking trichomes daily moving forward to time the final flush and chop.

The lady comes in total darkness for 48 hours before the harvest. Of course, as always, there will be a small interim update of the crop before the last big update. The plant is producing decent buds with the classic Mimosa/Tangie/orange Terps. I've reduced the light cycle to 11 hours and dimmed the lamp to 85% to achieve lower temperatures and accelerate the plant's ripening process. The top leaves are receiving about 850 PPFD. Nutrient levels were significantly reduced this week.

Start of week 11, ladies are doing good and continuing to fatten up. Looks like #2 is pretty close to being done. Going to let her run through Wednesday, then check on her trichomes. If we got more amber I’ll begin the 3 day flush and chop her down on Saturday. If I feel she can go longer I won’t start the flush until Saturday/Sunday. Plants #1 and #3 still got another two weeks or so before they’re ready to chop. Day 72, I moved plants #1 and #2 to the front of the tent for easier access. They’ll be the first two done out of the 3 included in this journal. Also cleaned up some of the leaves on them to open up everything to light during these last 1-2 weeks. Still unsure if I’ll begin to flush #2 on Wednesday or wait till the weekend.. Day 74, checked trichomes and we still aren’t quite where we wanna be before I start to flush. I’m in DWC my flush is only about 3 days tops. We will check again start of next week and hopefully she ready. Day 76, checked on #2 she still not quite ready. I will probably let her run through Thursday next week, begin flush then chop on Sunday the 6th.

Here I shortly document the making of Cannabis-infused-butter for what ever you want to cook with it. 1. Decarboxylate your weed: Grind the amount you want to use (pref 8-15 grams) spread it on a bakingsheet and bake it at 110 degrees for 40 minutes. 2. Infuse it into butter: Use 250grams butter+ 200ml water and heat it up to 70-90degrees (preferably keep it at 80degrees) add the weed and let it "simmer" for 3-4hours. Stir every 5-20minutes and keep the temperatue inbetween 70-90degrees or you destroy THC. 3. Seperate the weed from the butter: Use a kitchentowel or teafilter to seperate the butter. Se secaron rápido. Los cocos son pegajosos y tienen aroma muy fuerte. En humedo me dio 150g en total. Tengo que esperar que se sequen para ya saber el resultado final.
