The stench coming off this plant is unbelievable. When I open the tent, the smell slaps me in the face and instantly fills the room with funky sweet goodness. 😆 RQS says this strain takes 9 weeks of flower but she had a major defoliation during early bloom so we’ll see. Leaves starting to turn purple , will start flushing in two days to take it to 60 days flowering .

Had issues with my phone hence lack of updates. first batch of seeds did not germinate except for one Blueberry headband, 2 strains which are in here and not mentioned are part of a growoff happening under the Growconsultant PTA (black domina xxl auto and Mantanuska thunder)

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of the third week of flowering, and as you can see in the photos, it looks great. The plant has stopped growing, barely 1cm this week. 61cm tall is great considering the height of my grow box. Purple Lemonade has formed its final shape and will now direct all its energy into the development of flowers. The main cola dominates above the other branches and is completely covered in flowers that are already covered in trichomes. All three plants have started to smell more intensely, when I open the grow box I immediately feel the smell that overwhelms me. The leaves are a healthy green color, there are no signs of a lack of anything. It is obvious that the new nutrients Bio Grow and Bio Bloom Fertiliser are doing their job great. Watering has become more frequent, the plants have become much thirstier. I continued to add CalMg and Bio Bloom Fertiliser with each watering. All in all, I am very happy with how Purple Lemonade is progressing, I try to provide her with the best possible conditions and she returns the favor in her own way. Here is what the past week looked like. 29/08/2024 - Day 36. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, added CalMg and Bio Bloom Fertilizer and lowered the p.H. to 6.0. With that amount of water, I watered all three plants on the "Farm". 01/09/2024 - Day 39. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 03/09/2024 - Day 41. Watering. Same procedure. 04/09/2024 - Day 42. End of the 6th week, or the third week of flowering. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. Purple Lemonade - Day 42. - 61 cm. Temps were hard to control this week due to a heat wave and the fact I'm in a basement with no AC. I put the fans in the tent on too high a setting pointed right at the plants and they ended up with some wind stress which can be seen in the pics affecting the new growth. Bought a 6 inch inline fan to beef up the exhaust for the tent and this seems to have helped a lot. I moved the tent to its final location to allow access to ventilation so I can pipe the smell outside when the flowering starts. I started low stress training on both plants this week. I decided not to top either plant but I will for the next grow to see how it affects yields. I also fixed the other viovsun tent that had a broken zipper track and only one slider. Hopefully I can use it in the future for flowering photoperiod plants.

Outside temperatures are getting hot, 30+ degrees, meaning hot inside the tent, night temperatures hotter than day in the photo period tent, but Blueberry ghost og is budding beautifully, with purple starting to show, girl scout cookies is looking frosted and stardawg an critical orange punch auto close to harvest, mothers are growing nicely and I should be able to clone the new seeds soon. I have harvested the sour orange auto and some white rhino also, hanging now, will update weight next week 🦏🦏😀😀

Decided to start dark period(24-48hrs) day 85 mostly milky not much amber maybe some amber on the sugar leaves. I wanted to go 90+days with this auto but I needed the space in the tent for my photos and she looks almost ready, would’ve liked to see a little more amber but nevertheless I haven’t grown much at all so don’t have too much preference yet on trichomes. I’ll chop in a day or two and dry in my smaller tent and hopefully it goes well, my first harvest I dried too fast in low humidity and wasn’t that pleased with the end result. This time I’m planning on lowering exhaust speed and to not be so scared of 50+humidity in drying area and raise it to around 60humidity after a few days. Can’t think of anything else to write, but I’ll update after the chop and dry and 🙏 hopefully all goes well.

Most eventful thing this week was getting invaded by strayan wildlife! I left the tent open with the portable air con running just outside it cause we had a few days of 35C+ weather, was the only way to keep it cool in there. Next morning there were 20 odd flies and a skink in the tent. Took me two days to get the skink out - I was dropping water on the floor for him to drink which he seemed to appreciate, but the slippery little sucker just didn't want to be caught! Got him eventually though, he made it outside safely. :) Also FYI watching skinks wee is hilarious, both the back legs come off the ground and they do a little wiggle. The 4 Assed Monkey seemed unaffected :P Starting to get some chunk slowly!

End of week 4 and I have a bit more to report this week. On day 22 I topped this girl and she was a little slow to react, turns out my thermometer was in a bad spot and the girls were getting hammered by the heater 🤦‍♂️ lesson learned. Since re-positioning the thermometer they have bounced back and happy as Larry again, thank goodness. On day 27 i had brewed up my first compost tea and fed them a bit more than usual. The tea had a cup of Herbi's brew starter, a cup of work castings and a cup of organic compost. They loved it. I used the remains as a top dress afterwards. Today, on day 28, I defoliated and started LST, she's praying to the lights right now and I'm stoked! Hope you've all had a good week and thanks for checking in 🙏

Any suggestions? 2020.10.29 Manage to safely separate twins! One left in a 5 gallon pot and other moved to small solo cup, Ill keep an close eye on it and if she bounce back in a couple of days, Ill transplant her to 5 gallon fabric pot. 2020.11.02 The little one of twins few days ago transplanted to 5 gallon pot and seems to be ok and bouncing back. Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12. I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... They look good and strech is on the way..... These Original Sensible ones are having really nice smell :) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)
