Our Apolo F1 has successfully sprouted its green wings and embarked on the adventurous journey of vegetative growth. Strap in for a thrilling week 1 report that's as lush and comprehensive as the foliage we're nurturing. This week, our verdant hero underwent a transplant into a tiny pot filled with a soil and Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. Now, let's delve into the magical world of Mycor Mix. Picture this mix as the Avengers of the soil, with various species of endomycorrhizae joining forces. They're fixed on a vegetal carrier, not unlike a botanical superhero's ride, feeding and protecting these fungi, ensuring they're ready to go to work for our Apolo F1. The fourth week of flowering has come to an end, and the plants are now fully focused on building flowers. The bud sites continue to develop steadily, and the first noticeable layer of trichomes is beginning to cover the buds. On some plants, the resin production has become so vigorous that even the fan leaves are starting to develop a visible coating of frost—a promising sign of what's to come in the weeks ahead. The slight yellowing on the taller plants has not improved yet. As a precaution, I raised the light by another 5 cm to reduce the intensity at the top of the canopy. Over the next few days, I'll monitor their response closely and adjust further if necessary. Aside from the mild yellowing, the plants appear healthy and continue to produce dense, increasingly frosty flowers. I also carried out a small amount of selective defoliation throughout the week, removing only the occasional large fan leaf that was shading developing bud sites. This time, I took a very conservative approach, avoiding unnecessary stress and allowing the plants to direct their energy toward flower production. The biggest challenge this week was the ongoing heatwave. Fortunately, my air conditioning unit kept the tent temperature below 29°C. While that is a little warmer than I would ideally like during mid-flowering, it remains well within an acceptable range and doesn't appear to be affecting the plants negatively. With the garden settling into its rhythm, patience becomes the most important tool. The flowers are becoming noticeably frostier each day, and the unique characteristics of each cultivar are beginning to emerge. Now I'm just hoping the heatwave passes soon so the weather returns to normal and the plants can finish this stage under more comfortable conditions.

Week 6 | Godfather OG Another week, another significant push. Height went from 33cm to 58cm — the kind of jump that tells you the roots have found their rhythm and the plant has fully committed to veg. Looking at her from above, the canopy is opening up wide with strong lateral development on all sides, internodes tight and well-stacked. The structure is exactly what you want to see at this stage. Temperatures came back down from last week’s peak — 28°C daytime, 18°C at night. A more comfortable swing and it shows in the foliage, which is holding deep green across the whole canopy without any heat-related stress. No signs of deficiency, no spots, no curl. She’s healthy and running. Feed holding steady: CANNA Aqua Vega 3ml/l, CalMag Agent 0.9ml/l, Aptus Regulator 0.1ml/l. pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm. Watering at 1L per plant per 24h. Still in the 5L pot, natural daylight at around 17h. The 5L is going to start feeling small soon at this rate. Updates every Sunday. Stay tuned.

En esta tercera semana( que yo creo q sería como la primera con estas alturas y x lo q son tan pequeñas, se pasarason a tierra más de lo previsto, espeigaron y doblaron tu tamaño y se pasaron a maceta grande) justamente hoy se le agregaron nutrientes, algunos nuevos y otros q ya había usado antes... Eh mantenido al margen las medidas NPK recomendables y eh agregado algo x ahí q seguro va bien 😉 la humedad es estable generalmente, la temperatura tanbm... De momento no hay ningún problema, están fuertes y van creciendo bien, no le podemos pedir mucho a estas alturas, eso para luego... La semana q viene mejor... Buenos huemos para tod@s... ⚕️😎 🇦🇷🤝🏻🇪🇦

Limited success with LST, but still most likely helped to boost yield. Grew without problems indoors in soil. This pheno had good yield and bud quality, and didn’t stretch too much given it was a sativa-heavy genotype

I have a new light with a bloom setting hopefully that will make a nice flowering. Got a new fan for air circulation. The new light has cooling fans. Haven't noticed any burns so im happy with my order. If you look at the last few pictures my tent is home made and cheap very cheap. The lights not an expensive one but I think its fine for now.

Wk10 11/10/21: Day 64. 💧I have no idea what I should do. Should I chop it now, and use it to compare my next grow to, or wait another week and then chop? I think I'll let the pot dry out one more time, and then cut it down. Might as well have a baseline to go by. With plenty of cloudy trichomes, it's likely a good time to come down anyhow. Everyday I see more and more pistils dying back, but also a bunch of new hairs being pushed out, so it's confusing. I have a feeling that it's going to start foxtailing if I let it go much longer. Right now, buds are still very tight. If I do anything else before harvest, it will be a wet trim of most leaves. 11/11/21: Day 65. Pot is a bit lighter today, but not enough for me to say it's time. I've never been one to harvest just before the lights come on, and just chop it down whenever I felt like it, and had the time. I'm not sure if I will wait until early morning, or just go with what I've always done. I really don't feel like waking up at 4:30 and making a bunch of noise. I should really change my lighting schedule to make that easier, but I would be very unhappy if I couldn't check on, and take care of my plants during the morning and throughout the early afternoon. My thoughts on the plant came true. I opened the tent today, and saw some foxtails forming. Right now it's alright, as it's just a bit more bud to smoke, but if I left it to go for the entire rest of the week, it would definitely look like it had some lumps. So, that means it's time to wet trim, then chop down and hang it. Thankfully I have a small empty tent that I can use for drying. I have a fan in there still, so the air will be moving. Cannot wait to give this a test. 11/12/21: Day 66. 🌲Pot is definitely light enough to harvest today. As much as I'd like this to be my first dark harvest (chop 1 hour before light, or 5 hours after dark), I'll just stick with my usual plan and chop it down later, once I've taken care of a few other small things. I can see even more foxtails forming, and the old ones are now very prominent. I know there are several reasons for that to happen, with one being genetically predispositioned to growing them, but this is not likely the case. They are likely caused by my movent of the plant mich closer to the light, technically just a smidge too close. Oh well, I don't mind a few buds messed up, just as long as it's not the entire plant. Plant is now hanging inside the upstairs tent with a fan for air circulation. I will monitor it's weight loss every two days, and then jar and cure some remaining buds for approximately 4 weeks in my auto cure. It may not last that long, but I'm going to try. I will do my best to keep the main cola separate and intact for a future session. Chop: 88.1g or 3.11oz 11/14/21: Day 68. 35.5g or 1.14 oz 11/15/21: Day 68. Total dry: 20.7g. Bud is actually quite crumbly, so I'm sure once its brought back up to the 64% the Integra pack provides, it will have a better weight. Some smaller buds were smoked for testing, while a good portion is in the small auto cure, where it shall hopefully remain for the next 4 weeks. Updates will be provided once buds are cured for a true smoke report. End Diary As you can see, the plant did not finish on a desired colour. I do not mean a dark purple, but a high level of yellowing in the leaves. It started early in the flowering process, and continued to get worse. The plant however, persevered and finished strong. Even though the plant did not finish up looking like an ideal specimen, it allowed me to learn a lot about the genetics, and how to work with the dry amendments with this strain. Next round will be mich better, I guarantee. Don't believe me! Just watch! We will see it together.

Die Bilder sind früh am Morgen aufgenommen worden, deshalb das viele Gegenlicht. Bei dieser Hitze ist es besser die Outdoor Tätigkeiten morgens zu erledigen. Was für eine Woche; Temperaturrekorde wurden gebrochen, in meiner Region noch über 40° C. Es musste vielfach gewässert 💦werden, die Fruit Bomb Punch ließ auch ab und zu ihre Blätter hängen, jedoch gab es glücklicherweise keine Trockenschäden wie an der Blueberry die Woche zuvor. 18 cm Zuwachs trotz der Hitze und ein gleichmäßiges buschiges Wachstum ist recht passabel. Allerdings werden nun die Abstände zwischen den Pflanzen geringer, ich werde sie etwas auseinanderrücken müssen. Kein Fraß Kein Trockenschaden Kein Windbruch Keine Unterdüngung (evntl. etwas zuviel) Eigentlich langweilig... aber das Ziel ist eine gesunde Outdoor Pflanze mit gutem Ertrag.
