2/4: Photo session day! The squattier of the two picked up a lot less of the sativa genes. She's gonna be shorter, but she's in a big hurry compared to her lankier sister. The taller one, like most other sativa dominant strains I've grown, really doesn't like being fed so often. At this point, I'll probably just feed her every other feeding day, and on plain watering days I'll give her cal-mag and flavor/terpene enhancers, and maybe a little beastie bloomz. I had a total infestation of Cattus (felis) which I documented in my photos. Eradication seems impossible, so I'm opting to allow a degree of predation, but hoping trichome production will, at least, deter them soon.😁 2/5: I fed everybody today except these girls and my two #3's..they usually protest after a full-strength feeding. I just gave them water with cal-mag, bembe, signal, humic acid, and a little Open Sesame. I also sprayed everybody down with Axiom harpin proteins for the last time today. I made a DIY CO2 generator today using a 5 gallon cat litter bucket, a small aquarium pump, some air line tubing, and a bubble stone, plus 6 cups of sugar and 30 grams of wine yeast in 2 gallons of warm water. I put the tube where the CO2 is exhausted up against the back of the oscillating fan that aims down over the plants so they are being constantly forcefully bombarded with high levels of CO2(1300+ppm) from above. I set the ac infinity controller to allow the temps to climb up to 89f before the fan turns on. 2/6: These girls are a much lighter shade of green than anybody else in the garden. I bought some Gro-Pro pot risers to elevate the pots so that they will dry out faster..seem pretty effective. 2/7: Now they look deficient in N and K...ffs! I'll go back to feeding them with everyone else, but will make up a batch of weaker nutes for them. I foliar fed with big bloom and tiger bloom. 2/8: I ordered a second 6" AC Infinity fan to connect to my controller, some ducting, and a diffuser which I'll mount to the wall, down near the floor. The fan unit will be in another closet, adjacent to the garden closet, and I'll run ducting up through that closet ceiling into the attic, with a filter on the end to keep bugs and particulates out. For the next 6 weeks or so, it will provide a supply of colder fresh air. I did the math, and it will now only take about 1 minute and 40 seconds to completely exchange the air in the closet. Depending on the outside air temp at the time, it should take anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes for the closet to heat back up to 80f and the fans to kick back on again. This Spring, on days when it's not cooler than 72f, I'll disconnect the duct in the closet and stretch it into that bedroom, clipped to the window unit air conditioner output, cranked down as low as it will go. This Summer, I'm gonna just run a pair of the quantum boards and grow 4 or 5 autos in there, but this should help keep the temps cooler in summer as well, without dedicating an air conditioner to the grow op.🙏 2/9: I foliar fed them with grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom and checked moisture in their pots. They're due for a good watering tomorrow.

In the next few days I will remove the lowest shoots so that the energy doesn't go to waste for the weak ones. Otherwise, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled. D29 - 10.15 - Well frens, they may not recover from this one. All my plants look about like this right now, with all the new growth shriveled and some discoloration showing up on the fans. Plants that did not seem affected before treatment are now showing this. Let me know what you think. My treatment for 3 days in a row may have been far too harsh? Will they recover... How could they? I'd have to remove all of this bad growth... This is devastating :( D30 - 10.16 - I got my bugs and released them in all my areas, even outside my tents haha. I'm gonna rest my aching soul for a week before documenting and checking back in here. Current Status : no new damage is happening and the plants are still growing. Some of the growth is not damaged, so there seems to be a little hope. At the end of week 3 I topped one of the strawberry cough they are all looking good and starting to veg I’m all caught up with the grow diary’s and will add at the end of every week. I’m in Australia and did start a little late into the season but hope to get a decent grow in they will be at my brothers once transplanted and he has a few aswel that I will add into the grow log nothing but sun and water only use a little thrive that’s from Bunnings that I get from my pops shed. They will be in a nicer cleaner soil when transplanted into veggie beds and will have chicken poo as a nutrient source first time ever using chicken poo so see how it goes. Will keep the grow log updated and hopefully everything goes all well for the travel and transplant for the plants in the next few days

I'm sorry I broke one of the main branches at the beginning. Otherwise it grew nicely, it just flowed quite late into the flower 😉

--------------- Start week 3 -------------- We started week 3 as we ended week 2, which is great. She continues strongly at the beginning of this week and seems almost unstoppable. She clearly enjoys her surroundings and looks very healthy. She has started preflowering and seems to be gearing up for another explosion in growth. She is very good at leaftucking and has already developed a good number of shoots. On to more! A new update at the end of this week. ----------------- Update Week 3: ----------------- End of another fantastic week for MBAP. This week was all about pre-flowering and you can see that she is preparing for an explosive bloom. She has benefited enormously from the LST that I applied and has a good number of shoots ready to explode during flowering. In addition to leaftucking, have also removed the lower shoots so that she can concentrate her energy on the upper shoots. I also did the biotabs in the ground in the middle of the week. We have opted for 3 biotabs in 20-25l soil. Have waited several weeks before putting the tabs in the ground because we work here with aitoflowers. And they prefer a light feeding regiment for the first few weeks. We are going to gradually lower the humidity and get ready for flowering and week 4! Until next update

It is my first time with these strains! Lets gooo!!! To germinate I have used the ever recommendation by Zamnesia, the Propagator Pro 2 and Smart Start Kit! Have put 4 little extra seeds! 4x Cactus Peyote from Zamnesia :) just a kiddie time :) Just to say Thank you to Zamnesia and Bitcanna cryptocurrency ( all seeds gotten with Bitcanna :D ) Day 3: put germinated seeds into pots and soil. MAY 20TH - TODAY is the first day the plants wake up from their 18/6 cycle down from 2 weeks at 20/4. They got their first SCHWAZZE and shaping at this stage getting them ready to grow into the beautiful sea of green each of these beds are to become. The uniformity of the clones reminds me how much of this has become muscle memory to me, From doing thousands of plants per grow this has become second nature for me. The ladies are 100% organic at this point and our feed I am considering releasing it for anybody who is interested as a way to fund raise at the same time ! -- day 29 -- Started week 5 off with watering the plants. The nutrients from the soil are probably used by now so I'm adding a first small dose of Alga Grow. -- day 30 -- Its been 10 days since I changed the lights to 12/12. Switched the lights to full capacity with the bloom mode on. -- day 31 -- I'm already seeing the first signs of flowering today. Noticed first signs of light burn so raised the lights to 55 cm above canopy. -- day 32 -- Watered the plants with 2 ml/l alga grow + 2 ml/l bloom. -- day 34 -- I think I've been too cautious with nutrients. Plants are relatively light green colored. Not sure if I mentioned this before but I chose to schedule my lights so that they turn on at 22:00 and off at 10:00 in the morning. I did this because the room warms up with lights on and keeps the temperature up at night without any heating on to save energy. Only disadvantage; I can only look at my plants in the morning and late evening ;)
