Week 5 and the plants love the balcony. I will be buying some things to protect from wind tunnels on my balcony as the plant gets taller. These plants i have to be quite vigilant with lst because i cant let them get to big. The stems are thick and leaves are nice and lush.

This plant is really getting big. I had to do a lot of topping and defoliation this week. I wasn’t planning on any more topping but she is getting too tall and I won’t be able to pull poly over her when she is in flower if she keep stretching upwards. Humboldt doesn’t lie when they tell you the size their plants can reach!! 🌱🌱 😎🍿🍻🌱

They're all showing signs of sex now♀️ Definitely stunted them during the week due to a timer issue but hopefully we can make up for it during the rest of flower🤷‍♂️🏽 Really bushy plants that I need to defoliate sometime during this week. ✂️🌿

This plant was a dream to grow, wish I'd taken cuts. Halfway through dry at 7 days. Drying at 55 - 60 % RH and 17 - 19 degrees C. I anticipate she'll be done between 10 - 14 days total dry time and I'll then trim and update weights on this Harvest. 133.75g total after trim. She's a nice smoke, very happy.

Everything seems to be going ok, 2 of the 5 are a little behind as far as how fast they are getting buds Update buds are getting much more frosty

Tapering nutes off for the flush. Also added a small amount of Barley as a top dress to help her finish off.

Just keep growing...

UPDATE: Day 2 of week 12 - Friday 6th Nov: Nutes in today, haven’t really had to do much else, as the girls just seem to be concentrating on fattening up the buds at a nice steady pace. Oh and this week I’ve finally got a hint of a fruity tropical sweet smell from the buds.. It’s truly lush.. My thoughts are now at when to flush the ladies and how many weeks are left? I’d like to time it all perfectly but as this is my first grow now sure exactly how long they have left! Trichomes are still looking clear and pistils are still mostly white but don’t wanna get caught out and miss the best time to harvest and flush.. Keeping a close 👁️.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 12 - Sunday 8th Nov: Nutes in again and all looking good, except for the girl that got really wilted last week, she’s doing ok but no way near as nicely developed as the other 3 girls. She has one main cola that’s taken off more than all the other colas which I think may be partly due to topping not working as well as is did on the other 3 girls, she still has one really thick stem compared to the other 3. However the wilting did really slow her down on top of that 😞.. Apart from that I’m pretty happy, Christmas 🎄 is coming and it looks like I will have my first ever home grown smoke just in time.. 🙏🏼❤️🌱 UPDATE: Day 7 of week 12 - Wednesday 11th Nov: Nutes in and a small amount of defoliation. Girls weren’t quite ready for a feed yesterday but this morning they were super thirsty and leaves 🍃 were slightly droopy, nothing major but they were all really ready for a drink. Put an extra 18w 2700k LED strip (from an impulse buy at the beginning of my grow journey) in last night to try and boost bud growth. I think my Viparspectra 300w LED alone wasn’t cutting it. I know it’s only a small increase in watts but the extra 2700k flower lighting for the last week weeks of flower can’t be a bad thing right? .. My DLI was 32 before adding the light so I hope this works positively. Looking at the girls at around 10 hrs after adding the additional LED and they look great so let’s see what happens.. ✌️🏼 & ❤️🍃🌱

03/13/2022 Love the colors on Grape Skunk #1 others are not as purple, again i forgot Biscotti Skunk and lemon og. 03/14/2022 Uploading Biscotti Skunk pic's I'm really loving 3 particular girls this run,all plants are exposed to PW intentionally I need girls that can take PW with no issues and three plants are spotless. The first is the only Biscotti Skunk that was female of 5 cloning for outside run but will do great in basement without PW issues. The second is lemon og spotless, and the third is the grape skunk thats got most color the second tallest of the grape skunks, cloning for testing in New England zone 7 should get at least one if not all 3 to finish before cold sets in.

Have seen a lot of good diary’s on these had to get some for myself to see how it goes! Hopefully we get some super purple buds! Hi Growmies. I hope we are all well and in the green?. Even though still a little quiet on here at the moment , I hope my video can help someone to try training their plants and watch the results as we progress. It may seem long but I did all 4 girls and wanted to show the hardiness of these amazing species of plants. They have all really settled in over the past week and the reporting did not slow them down too much bit seems. seeing how much the Brice banner had ballonwd along with the Jealousy #1 was an unexpected surprise. Both ladies have enough nodes to really get to work with now . they didn't bat an eyelid at the topping and just of the new growing shoots. The "pop and twist" with thumb and forefinger is a great way of keeping the branches where you ideally want them to stay. it will help create a nodule that will be both string and very good as a distribution point for the uptaken nutes from the soil. The limbs will thicken too and help create the shape that I need before flipping to flowering. The two smaller girls have come back with a brilliant green cour thanks to the mega crop and its magical powers. lol Both are wnow close to their host training points and hopefully will have caught up by the next diary entry. I want to get their tips to the pots edges before that point so that I can create the upward spikes of the chosen flowering limbs. keeping the lower sprouting growth on each limb will.allow all the energy to go into creating hopeful merristems. We want them all to think they are the main stem to get an even boost of available nutrition without feeding lower potential popcorn growth which can be an issue with l.e.d and penetration. The idea is to create a canopy of main buds if we can fool the plant enough. fingers crossed and I hope you can join me on this journey.

So week 7 down and this is the longest they’ve stayed looking this healthy. Finally avoiding under / over feeding them once they’ve used up all the nutes in the soil around week 5/6. This last week just a top dress with a locally sourced 2/8/4 organic amendment. And not overwatering of course, I’m giving them 3/4L every 4/5 days when the pots are properly light. Seems to have done the trick so far. Pretty stress free. Only issue is SP2. Not sure if it’s just a weird plant or I messed it up somehow. (I’m going with plant error as the others are fine). Anyway it just didn’t stretch, at all. Basically no side branches and all it’s pistils are shrivelled up already, looks about a week away from harvest with these puny little buds. Weird little thing. Only keeping it going for shits & giggles as there’s still space for it in the grow. This next week more of the same. Have put swapped the 600w bulb in for the 400w bulb as I try and gradually increase the light. Still in plenty of weed from last grows. Still no money spent on wankstain kids selling me crappy weed.
