Little stress from the scrog and not drinking as fast as normal. They will come around I’m sure. Gave them a second top dressing after about two weeks. A little more feeding than what is recommended plus the liquid kelp, calmag, Herculean harvest, and recharge. Just making sure they are loaded with enough N to get thru stretch and early flower. At least that is the logic. Considering it may take weeks to break down some of the Gai Green 444 all purpose but it’s all you can do!

We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

Candy is growing great. She had a good growth spurt this week. I treated her with neem oil yesterday as I did the whole grow room. Another plant was the one I had issues with, and I treated it before. So better safe then sorry. Everything is looking good. Feeding recipe adjusted: removed Start Booster, added Top Booster (0.25 ml/L), plus Plagron Power Buds, Sugar Royal, and Green Sensation. Plants handled higher temps like champions. • Week 3 Flower: Light defoliation done to open airflow and light penetration. Both phenos look like twins, compact, about 120 cm tall, hybrid-style leaves, strong root systems, and steady bud formation. VPD slightly high (~1.37 kPa), but plants remained stress-free. • Week 4 Flower (current): Buds are swelling, pistils thick and beautiful, leaves lush and symmetrical. Here’s why: • The super soil recipe prepared earlier already contains a strong base of NPK from pellets and amendments. At this stage, overfeeding could disrupt balance or push excess salts. • Instead, we’re focusing on boosters and stimulants to enhance flower initiation, resin metabolism, and plant resilience. Current Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator (0.15 ml) → Improves nutrient uptake, strengthens tissue, boosts stress tolerance. • Aptus CalMag Boost (0.25 ml) → Keeps structural integrity high under intense light and CO₂ conditions. • Plagron Power Buds (1 ml) → Stimulates rapid floral development and tighter bud formation. • Plagron Sugar Royal (1 ml) → Biostimulant that enhances secondary metabolism, terpenes, and resin potential. • Plagron Green Sensation (1 ml) → Complete flowering stimulator, focusing on density, aroma, and taste. Why this recipe works now: The soil provides the “meal,” while the boosters are the “spices.” We’re enhancing flavor, weight, and resilience without overwhelming the root zone. ⸻ Environmental Dynamics • Temperature: Still on the warm side (~29–30 °C), but stable. Another week growing strong! Took advantage of the last summer days here in the island to get her some real sunlight, which I can tell she loved by the boosted growth. Nothing like the real thing ☀️

🌱 Sour Apple⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀ 🌸 flowering 9 weeks⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀ 💚 70% Indica, 30% Sativa⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀ 💣up to 27%⁠⁠ THC⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀ 👅Apple, lemon⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀ ⚖️ 550g/m²⁠⠀ Sour Apple was created by an intersection of the original Sour Diesel and a Pure Kush. It is an indica dominant hybrid with a combination of both indica and sativa effects. It has an delicious intense taste of sour apples and lemon and a gigantic potency. The rockhard buds are covered in a thick layer of milky white trichomes and are packed with sweet resin. Users describe the high of the sour Apple as a strong mental shift, a uplifting head high that leaves you motivated and focused with a sense of overwhelming euphoria and social tendencies. This is followed by a slow fade into an intensely overwhelming couch-lock. Sour Apple sends her 27% of THC stright to your mind to kick you in other psychedelic spheres. We proudly present this unique goddess to all the growers in the world. GROWING SOUR APPLE When growing indoors it is a good idea using screen of green or sea of green methods. You can expect big yields of 500g or more per squae meter indoors, 700g per plant outdoors. The flowering time is 9-11 weeks. Indoors, Sour Apple is a vigorous grower with many side stems which can be trimmed to keep the plant in bounds. Indoors, the plants grow between 1,00-1,50 m depending on the introduction of the flowering phase, outdoors Sour Apple can reach four metres of hight. MEDICAL USE Because of its strong effects Sour Apple is an ideal strain for treating patients who suffer from conditions such as chronic stress or anxiety, chronic pain due to injury or illness, and sleep disorders (insomnia and sleep apnea). In low doses it is daytime suitable for medical applications, at higher doses, it is the ideal weed for medication at the evening.

These girls are starting off the week getting blasted by the Sun and heat. I had to increase the water dramatically. Pots are short and because the heat and lack of humidity they are having to be drenched. Day 2 of this week, I'm noticing some ph imbalance. I don't have ro water and my tap is 7.6 ph. I'm going to water today with 5.8 ph water and see if they green up. I also took down a tree that was shading that little one. That should speed up it's development. The 10 mph winds blew one of these over on day 1 this week. I'm propping it back up on day 2 and it should straighten out. End of day 3, everyone got some organic soil acidifier. They greened up nicely. The smallest plant this week had its new growth eaten. Ants, grasshopper, I've got a big question mark there, but she's still alive. The week finished nicely. Plants are finally getting into the super soil and taking off. The extreme heat has been tuff on them but fastbuds can handle it.

Really surprised with how everyone turned out! Everyone is starting to flower but Kayla definitely got the lead in terms of pistils and bud sites. These ladies still need to be LST every other day. Looking forward to an early harvest!

This week I got the trellis frame set up and the ladies into there final pots (10gal) and will be receiving a veg tea today. With 4 more weeks of veg these ladies will be receiving veg teas for 5-6 more weeks with the last two weeks titrating from veg to bloom feed allowing nitrogen to still be added in the transition stage moving into flower allowing the plants to get a good healthy stretch.

3/28/2023 - Day 30 Flower: moving into mid flower and all the plants look good. Starting to put on some weight and stack up. Tricomes are really starting to develop and they are starting to smell. Switching to 11 hours on and 13 hours off today, but have the lights cranked up 100%. Not seeing any signs of deficiencies, so hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here. 3/30/2023 - Day 32 Flower: watered again today with 4 gallons. Added another sprouted seed tea, with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Rootwise Bio-Phos and Bio-Catalyst, BuildASoil Big 6 and BuildABloom, Fermented Peach Extract, and coconut powder. Everything else is looking great. Flowers are stacking and adding more frost every day. Not too much of a smell yet, but the Grand Prix 2 is starting to smell like something special. Still too early to say exactly, but I'm excited to see how she develops. 4/1/2023 - Day 34 Flower: not much to report today. The plants look great. The only thing I noticed is it looks like the Grand Prix 3 is showing signs of some purple in some of the leaves. The stem still looks green, so I don't think this is related to any kind of deficiency. I think it's just some color starting to come through in mid flower. I'll try to add a picture above. 4/2/2023 - Day 35 Flower: watered 4 gallons of water, mixed with Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Coconut Powder, and Yah-Whey Thrive.

Currently, run out of nutes but buds bigger than last week SoI think it's time to flush then watering plain water might use flawless finish next week then✊
