Day 49-56 (June 18th - 25th) (Day 51) Slurricanes and tuna are doing excellent despite their hail damaged leaves. I’m seeing good growth and decent dry downs. One of them looks like it’s been ravaged by pests but I still can’t find any evidence or signs of a pest. I’m suspecting caterpillars so I’m going to grab some BTK killer and also some all purpose insecticide sometime this week if I have time. The clones are all really lagging so they won’t be flipped until July 15th at least. I’m still not seeing normal growth on any of them yet. It’s still quite gnarled and twisted. (Day 52) The slurricane and tuna roots are starting to poke through the bottom of my pots. This is usually from underwatering, a thick soil or a hot root zone. I’m going to give everything except for the autos a good watering with some runoff. I am going to start incorporating 5mm sand into all of my soil mixes to help make the soil more loamy and give it some better drainage. I will also top dress every container and bed plant I have. (Day 53) I was at a local department store today and I was shocked to see pallets of Destiny dark matter soil selling for 60% off! I bought 10 bags for a hundred bucks. At any hydro store that would have costed me 250 at least. I might go grab more because it looks like no one is buying it for 60% off even. (Day 54) I’m going to be harvesting both of my indoor crops today and tomorrow or the next day I am going to be reusing the soil-coco blend for the slurricanes. I’m first going to till it, add a gallon of sea compost, a gallon of Destiny soil and a few cups of 5mm sand per container. I will use the excess for 5 gal pots. I will be amending with: 5 tablespoons of nature’s pride bloom 4 tablespoons of kelp meal 2 tablespoons of Gaia green AP 2 tablespoons of glacial rock dust 2 tablespoons of oyster shell flour 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 1 tablespoon of rock dust blend 1/4 teaspoon of langbeinite (Day 56) The autos are really making a comeback now. I was under the impression that I was working against the clock and they would start flowering after 3-5 weeks. I guess if they’re stunted from the cold they will delay flowering. I don’t see any pistils or signs of flowering yet so I don’t think they’ve officially started flowering yet I didn’t get a chance to do my transplant this week or pest control. I will get to it ASAP because my photos are drinking almost a liter a day

Again. Just watering this week. Had no time to do some maint. Next update, I will be topdressing for the second time. Hopfully I can get some defoliation done and clean up the canopy.

4 of them are being flushed now and will be put into dark in few days and then we chop em! Rest are a little behind but kicking on Frosty nugs now!!!

Mandarin XL auto is growing great. She had a solution change early week. She has been growing steady, but is not showing any pistils yet. Which is fine. I seen plants get really big when they take a long time to start flowing. Everything is looking good. The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. I DID A PREVENTATIVE SPRAY OF BT THIS WEEK BUT I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHICH DAY. I THINK I MIXED AT 3 OR 4 TBSP GALLON WITH SOME DAWN. BONIDE BRAND THURACIDE. 8/30 Fed two gallons to the garden. Watered before and after the feed. Defoliated what was dead. Its scary seeing so many leaves go but energy is shifted to the buds. Buds are ripening but on one mislabeled mystery seed and the wedding cake they look far behind the rest. Wondering how they could possibly finish in the 6 to 8 weeks I have left. If needed I MAY be able to put something in the garage at night. I'd have to RIP the bag out of the ground though which wouldn't be good. I mean some of the plants are pushing ten feet but we use it for heavy equipment. So foggy this morning. Horrible weather. Still fighting PM, possible lockout and ear wigs. We will see how it goes. I'll continue weekly treatment for the pm and I'll find something for the earwigs. I'm hesitant to use the Spinosid in flower. 8/31 Rained last night. Surprise, surprise. Talked to a few other growers and consulted my last year's diary. I had a couple early pheno's last year but things seem on schedule. It's amazing the amount of growth that can happen in a day. Even my ice cream cake has small flowers. Time is running short. Probably six to eight weeks max growing time left. I hope everything finished up nicely. I need to continue monitoring PM and pests. Considering spraying preventative BT tonight. Yesterday I saw the biggest pile of powder mildew and leaf septoria on a tree an hour from my grow. It literally looked like snow flakes on leaves then someone dumped a bag of flour on it. This gives me some perspective and gratitude that the TINY spots I'm treating could be much worse. Weekly treatments until harvest. Hopefully BT or diy green cleaner tonight for earwigs and worms (if they are there). 9/1 Watered thoroughly. Leaves still yellowing. I hope it's senescence. Still need to continue treatments with BT and potassium bicarbonate. Sunny day but rain tonight. Need to add more supports for heavy branches. Will update as I go. 9/2 Rained all night and it's still raining. I'll update when the rain stops. Went back over and added a couple higher supports and defoliated a shit ton. Spent two hours in the garden last night. Too tired for pictures. 9/3 Fed two gallons to the garden and upped Kool bloom to a full tablespoon. I'm thinking about using beastie bloom then cha ching as I have them both. I'm a little hesitant. Wondering what others thoughts are on those products. I plan to spray either tonight or tomorrow with another helping of potassium bicarbonate to help with the WPM. To be honest it seems to work great. I just don't want to go overboard. I wish you guys could smell the pictures. Shits getting fun now. 9/4 Had a torrential rain storm with massive wind. No damage. Buds are getting huge. Had to add a few more supports this morning as branches were hanging. If I had room I'd do a second vertical trellis. Unfortunately I do not. I AM able to run string across the cage though which really helps things higher up. I need to put some pictures of my stalks. Legit bigger than soda cans. I wish you guys could smell my pictures. Re-checked all cameras and everything is working good. On high alert. I'd be very surprised if anyone even attempted to rob me but you never know. That's why it's 24/7 supervision until Croptober. 9/5 Lots of sun yesterday but if course it rained last night. Buds are progressing at a rapid rate. Leaves seem to be dropping to soon on the blueberries. I need to do another potassium bicarbonate treatment tonight. Branches are really getting heavy. I'm hoping all this rain doesn't cause bud rot but so far so good.

Here comes the first Preflower Update

6/24 this may be the last week. The screen recordings are of both plants (purple octane and rs11) they're both close. I also went back and did some math and the last week of veg, should've been first week of flower. I may let her go for 10 weeks. We will see how she looks throughout this week(trichs) 6/25 looking super close. All cloudy besides maybe 10% 6/29 will get in there with a microscope again. just waiting on her to ripen. can't tell if she's done, or at rhat point where she looks so good that she's done but then that last week the plant explodes. well see and yall will definitely hear about it.

These girls are looking great. I lowered the lights down right on them. Don't forget that the bottom half of there soil is 80% coco coir and 20% perlite... I am pretty much treating them like a coco grow at this point so they are getting nutrients every day. Buds are going to swell quick, bet they will double in size in the next week. I have a few rust spots on the leafs but that's normal for Incredible Bulk Autos in flower. I have added some Sensi Cal-Mag Extra to help and raised the ppm to 420-450. I had to bend the tall Sativa girl over because she grew too tall. She recovered without issues.

| 📅 Week 9 | Days 57 - 63 | 💡 750w 📏25' | | ☔ 36%-47% | | 🌡️️🌞 74 - 75 | | 🌡️️🌑 73 - 74 | 01/04: I Did a complete reservoir swap on all the plants with an increased nutrient schedule. I should have done this sooner, but I feared the N toxicity. The PH on all the plants has been adjusted to 5.8 as usual. Smells are kicking in really nicely. Great White Mycorrhizae has been added in the reservoirs in place of the Hydroguard. 01/05: Topped off the focus plant only and PHed all the plants to 5.8. The temperatures and humidity has been nearly perfect for my environment. The buds are starting to swell nicely and the trichomes are filling up all over and starting to turn cloudy in some places. 01/06: Reservoirs on all of the plants were topped and and their PH's adjusted to 5.8. No changes have been made for humidity and temperatures. I removed some unhealthy leaves and adjusted plant positions just slightly. Fox tailing has begun to get severe on the focus plant unfortunately with the other two plants acting normal and temperatures around 77 its looking unavoidable and genetic. 01/07: I cleaned out the bottom of tent today from the build up of debris for a clean tent! The reservoirs were topped off and PHed to 6 to combat a dropping PH. If the PH's drop again we will look towards a reservoir swap tomorrow to avoid problems and get a fresh mix. 01/08: Thankfully the PH's have stabilized and aren't dropping drastically so I will not reservoir swap right now and will do it as schedules in a few days. I topped off all of the reservoirs back to normal and PHed them to 5.8. The smell has increased drastically over the week and its amazing right now. 01/09: Applied a small amount of foliar spray to give addition Calmag and keep humidity up today. I adjusted the PHs of all the plants to 5.8 after topping them off with tap water. I also adjusted the SCROG a slight bit and removed some old foliage. The RH levels are still in the acceptable rage for my setup so I will just refill the open containers and not add/remove any of them. 01/10: All of the reservoirs needed topped off and had their PHs adjusted to 5.8. I moved the air ducts around for better airflow. Temperatures and humidity have remained in the good zone for my environment and I look to keep it stable. I moved fans around in the tent to increase canopy airflow. _______________________________________________________________________ This week showed very good bud and trichome development. The addition of Great White Mycorrhizae has immediately increased bud development significantly. The timelapse plant unfortunately has genetic foxtailing on the majority of its buds decreasing overall bud structure vastly. The non-timelapse plants show little to no signs of foxtailing and have nice and chunky bud structures. These plants are maturing EXTREMELY fast over the last week and a half and its looking like harvest time will be much sooner than I anticipated given the lengthy veg time we had. Week 9 overall was pretty rough in terms of growth for our focus plant because the fox-tailing however there is only so much we can do and this week was fantastic for the other two plants so that's always nice! Glad with the results. The purple punch and the Blue gelato 41 already has a strong smell, girls are healthy all is going well.
