Day 30: Switching to Bloom and Iguana Bloom replaced veg and adding BB to push the process. Picked up a pressure sprayer/mister to get the Grease and Golden Goddess more involved on a foliage level. I think I'm gonna water again @ the start of light cycle tomorrow with VPT along with my Carbo load, B2 Budx and Rhino and turn light up for a few. Day 31: Went on and watered my plants this morning with a health doese of the VPT mix to get all of my soil moist this morning and have been monitoring. Think the root system is appreciating it because I defoliated and already looking lush agai Can't wait til I'm knock'n on heavens door!!!! Day 32: Just fed 2nd bloom feeding with a twist. I got to reading about how to mix the Bud Blood and found that it is very strong and that you should mix to dissolve in warm water. I have a lab mixer so mixed a liter with a tsp for a mix with the dropper when needed. Glad i got the mixology recommendation early enough. Have not really been holding back on the feeding and am pretty generous with my nutrients, so going for big results. Smoking some Green Crack right now and just hope my GC is as good as this I'm smoking now. Day33: My plants are sleep and I'm not so that means I'm thinking about grow stuff. So I fed my 2nd bud blood feeding yesterday around 4ish.....in the middle of light cycle. 3:30am in the dark they are wilting a bit. I mean I understand without photosynthesis there is wilting especially if nutrients are in the plant. In a 7 day cycle these girls are getting water every 24hours wether feeding or roots(that VTP mix gets toggled with add in's for root health) but think that in this bloom phase, gonna start feeding @ beginning of light cycle to get as much photosynthesis hours with the Bud Blood as I can so that the nutrients work as they should. Not wanting my plants to "burn" with the nutrients under that 6...... the 1. Today will be working and watching and will probably give em time to kind of just get adjusted for these next 5 weeks. I have a mix of Grease and Golden Goddess that I will spray when they awake and will be monitoring temperature and humidity to keep my VPD in 1.7 area. Day 34: So started the light cycle with my 2nd feeding in the bloom stage. Got a healthy feed on with some added cal-mag to ensure that I don't get any type of nutrient lock. Pretty impressed with the BB as my plant's are starting to show her flowers. There like dots of star's all over my grow. Have been slacking on the defoliation and considering lollipop but since these are AF and this is my first grow to let em kind of just grow and keep the light bright. Already thinking about my next grow and these FF's!!!! That's gonna be my winter grow and going to use the knowledge from this grow towards that grow. Day 35:Got 2 more feed cycles with the BB but might go with igniter on a few now that budding is starting. Observing for now and thinking maybe one more deflation but looking great.

The Harvest Prelude: After a patient wait and 48 hours of darkness, the moment arrived. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, standing proudly like a silent guardian, was ready for the grand harvest. The sound of each cut echoed through the grow space, reminiscent of felling a mighty tree. The compact structure of the buds was awe-inspiring, a testament to the ninja's disciplined growth. The Lego Ninja, like a stoic warrior, was then hung upside down, beginning a two-week drying ritual. Maintaining an ambient temperature of around 21°C and a relative humidity of 60%, this slow-drying process allowed the buds to retain their essence, preserving the symphony of terpenes and cannabinoids. The trimming phase unfolded like a fragrant masterpiece. Each bud, adorned with a glistening layer of resin, transformed the trimming process into a sensory delight. The zesty aroma of oranges enveloped the room, a tangible expression of the tropical lineage. The compact buds made every snip a careful dance, revealing an abundance of frosty trichomes. The moment of reckoning arrived with the scale's unveiling. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, from a single plant, bestowed upon me 309 grams of dried medicine. Each gram was a treasure trove of cannabinoids, a promise of euphoria and relief. The sheer compactness of the buds translated into a concentrated potency that left me in awe. In parallel, the clones, nurtured with equal care, showcased a fascinating divergence. A twist in the tale unfolded as the intense oranges of the mother transitioned into vibrant tangerines. This unique expression, I believe, was a testament to the clones weathering a summer heatwave differently, bringing forth a distinct personality. The clones, resilient and generous, gifted me a bountiful 549 grams of pure joy. This now my keeper of the garden, an embodiment of the Lego Ninja's legacy. The harvest dance, though familiar, carried the nuances of tangerine zest, a refreshing twist that left me eager to explore its intricacies. Both harvests shared a common thread—their resinous abundance. The trim bin, akin to a treasure chest, gleamed with golden trichomes and fragrant joy. Sticky fingers became a badge of honor, a tangible connection to the resinous richness that filled the room. Shout Outs: No harvest report is complete without expressions of gratitude. A special nod to @DutchPassion_Official for crafting the genetic marvel that is the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja. Their expertise paved the way for this epic journey, and I tip my hat in acknowledgment. In conclusion: As the dust settles on this epic harvest saga, my heart brims with happiness and excitement. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja has proven itself not just as a plant but as a living masterpiece. Stay tuned for the smoke report, where we delve into the true essence of this botanical ninja's legacy. Until then, fellow cultivators, may your gardens flourish, and your harvests be as bountiful as the joy they bring.

Gelato 33 — Harvest Report This week marks the end of a very successful run with Gelato 33. After monitoring the trichomes closely, the plant was taken down at the perfect moment: cloudy trichomes with a touch of amber, signalling peak cannabinoid and terpene expression. ⸻ 🔬 Trichome & Maturity Check • ~80–85% cloudy • ~10–15% amber • Very few clear trichomes Ideal for a strong, balanced hybrid effect without losing freshness. ⸻ 🌿 Bud Characteristics Gelato 33 showed all the classic traits: • Dense medium-size buds • Thick resin coating • Long, orange pistils • Beautiful purple/green tones depending on the cola • Extremely sticky during trimming Aroma exploded during harvest: Sweet, creamy dessert notes + earthy gas. ⸻ ✂️ Harvest Processing • Light wet-trim (fan leaves only) • Whole plant hung upside down for a slow dry • Branch spacing maintained for airflow This ensures maximum terpene preservation. ⸻ 🌬️ Drying Conditions • Temperature: 18–19°C • Humidity: 52–55% • Airflow: indirect, very gentle • Total planned drying time: 10–14 days ⸻ ⚖️ Yield Wet weight from trimming photo: ➡️ 586 g (wet) Final dry weight will be updated after curing. ⸻ General Impression of the Strain Gelato 33 proved to be: • Stable • Highly resinous • Resistant to stress & mold • Strong smell but controllable Definitely a keeper-worthy phenotype.

Autopot 8.5l, each pot with autopot airdome (max 2l of air/minute per each plant in autopot). No additional air supply for fabric pots. I also hanged CO2boost Boost Buddy large bag, no need for anything fancy in small growbox(100x50x160cm)

Some extra rainy weather this week, last several days the sun never came out. Colder damp nights and finally slightly lower VPD! The reason I’m still concerned about lockout is because I corrected the root zone pH, before transplanting to the big 400, with multiple applications of hydrated lime over multiple days. I’m not concerned, but just aware of the potential as the pH slowly rises with the lime. They say 1-2 weeks at least, for hydrated lime. Either way, I did notice immediate results almost overnight after first application. The burning stopped spreading at a dramatic pace, as well her leaf expression suggested she had a little more energy as well as growth speeding back up. Only to find about 5 days later a new subtle progression with areas in the root zone where the pH meter would either dive to about 4, or become unstable and erratic. Now I believe we are thoroughly back to a range of 6.5-7 sweet.

Just trying to bend some branches and defoliate some bud blocking leaves. Getting close to starting a flush as she should be done in around 2 weeks. The tropical fruity funk is really some unique and great smelling can't wait to see how the buds fatten up. Happy growing 🌴

The plant looks super healthy and strong, I'm gonna start giving this lady a low bushy shape from now on, she was getting really tall and she's in a balcony so can't take the risk.

Amazing progress across the board in the tent the last week. Development has been positive for The New and Black Dog, Bubba has swollen up bud wise, and it’s still another week away or so (flowering is supposed to be 50-55 and we’re at 50 today). Chemdawg smell is getting stronger but not too aggressive, and it’s fate king nicely on most colas. Even at the bottom of the plant the buds look nice. It’s an amazing strain, can’t wait to smoke it.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a pleasant weekend. Not much to be done this week, I did some LST just trying to keep the 2 mains as flat as possible. They are pushing their fifth node, and that is where i will top them as soon as I can, probably in a day or two. Most people top their mainlines at the 3rd node for the second topping, however I like a wider bush, and also when using a Metal Halide Bulb it causes the nodes to grow extremely close together, but also creates super thick stems capable of producing massive colas. I will do the next toppings at the 3rd nodes, and then the final toppings at the 1st node. I have my coco coir ready to roll for the transplant into the 12.5 gallon container, but that will take place in about 10-12 days or so based on how she grows and responds to training. I made another batch of Canna Sugar this week, it is amazing....I just decarb then soak about a Quarter Pound of flower in everclear for a few months, then strain it over sugar and stir it occasionally, until all the alcohol evaporates which takes a few days....Great in your morning coffee....Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and Blaze On!

Hi guys, day number 40 is the last day at 18/6. Now I'll give 24 hours of darkness and Then I'll start the 12/12 cycle. If I have not done anything wrong, I think I will collect about 100 grams of dried flowers per plant. I have not had any problems and I hope everything goes smoothly until the end. Stay tuned 🦍😁💪🏻

Hey Guys! The last 2-3 weeks have been somewhat difficult. The “Load shedding” cut-offs has increased to stage +5 level which means 5 hours without electricity each day! 😒 🤢 Suck’s right? Well, that ain’t where my headache ends. To make matters even worse, due to all the on/off intervals our suburbs Sub-Station Transformer blew out - causing an overload & tripping the emergency leakage right after it gets switched back on. Then it’s a waiting game as City Officials needs to manually override the system, sometimes waiting up to 6 hours for them to respond to the call-out. Trying to keep things in check as best I can has taken its toll. Thus I’ve made the decision to harvest a little earlier than planned. I’ve noticed the flush taking affect underneath the leaves which is good enough for me at this point! (Besides, my smoke jar has been empty for almost 2 weeks now) - Thus why I’ve decided to harvest a little early than normal. I had started with the flush on 2 July after 8,5 weeks into reproductive stage. Initially planned to flush them down for 2-3 weeks until the flower period had reached 12-13th weeks total. ∴ 10 day flush done! Flush Period → 2 July 2022 → Yesterday 06:00 Dark Period → Yesterday 14:00 → Tomorrow 06:00 Harvesting Day → Tomorrow 08:00 Chore List + Actions -Completed 12 Jul - Removed Light Fixtures ✓ - Removed Trellis Net ✓ - Tent Sterilized H₂O₂ ✓ - Equipment Sterilized + checked ✓ - Floor Pan Vacuum ✓ _____________________________________________________________________________________

2 of the 5 coco plants are doing good but 3 others were looking awful and got behind. It was a bit unexpected. I've never had such unhealthy plants before. The peat side is doing good The runoff PH on some plants was 5.2. Adding way too much phophoric acid to get to 5.5 (Plagron recommendation) Well, fuck their recommendations. looking objectively, they are so dark green that the EC of 2 is probably also unnecessarily high. After a few waterings they are back to normal PH and EC, growing well again and getting back on track! Now I will not go above 1.5 or 1.6 anymore. === update I got some of those white crawling bugs. They came up after watering. I hit them with Gnatrol WDG and BAC vitality (as root drench) and they died. They only live in the air-pots. After the nuke I had to flush out the pots with 4 liters of nutrient solution because the PH came down to 5.

As of day 36, the NYC Diesel continues to have nice healthy growth and decent flowering. It started more indica in structure early in the grow, but has been showing more sativa growth traits as it has progressed in flowering. The buds have not started to bulk much, but there is still a good amount of stretch and blooming. I am trying to decide how much more defoliating I want to do, as it seems to fill in with more growth as soon as I finish a round. With the good light penetration I get I worry about over doing it and having a weakened plant later in flowering, so I am going to take my time with the next rounds of leaf removal. Thanks for reading!
