30.06.25 summer temperatures keep hitting and the plants grow accordingly. Last Wednesday I received and deployed organic pest control in the form of five bags with 'Neoseiulus cucumeris' to fight what I think are thrips. I Hope they do the trick despite the tough sunlight. Besides I put 70g of 'Bavarian Krauts grow' fertilizer and 4g of bio enhancer in a 8l bucket of water plus a bubbler pump for a day and then hand watered after adjusting pH to 6.6. the reason for this being leaves at the plant base turning yellow, indicative of nitrogen deficiency. Despite these minor issues I really enjoy the season so far and have confidence in a tasty harvest.

Day 64: Her buds are filling out. Still no trichomes and very little smell, but she seems happy and will probably just take her time to develop her buds. Reducing the watering frequency to give her some drought stress. Day 66: Trichome production slowly starts.

Was away all week moved to the city, took my nice one with me, but will bring it lake side due to lighting plant has trainned extremely well, no updated photos of plant number 2.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

I'm watering at sundown so that the water will have some time to soak down into the soil before the heat evaporates it. The coating of straw that I previously spread over the soil has helped a lot as well. 6/22- The weather continues to relentlessly bake everything outside... many thanks for a good A/C!❄️ The daily watering continues and I also went ahead and removed a bunch of foliage that was below the trellis net. 6/24- Today I top dressed the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake FF with 2 cups each of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. There goes another week for the Wedding Cheesecake FF and it won't be long before she begins to show signs of pre-flowering! Very good very fast and very smelly Some lemony smell I can pick But also very sweet so we are really down to try this one from sweet seeds I think I could have waited two more weeks. By far I think this strain was a very good one !! I would definitely regrow this one ! Beautiful bag appeal and the terps are good too ! Very smooth when inhaling and sneaks up on you !

This girl ended up with burnt ends... so I ended up lowering the EC, other than that everything is normal and developing well.. *Update.. Topped and defoliated on 15th July.. Good growing! 🌱🌿🍁

North lights is doing good. She is just about bulking and will be switched to ph water in a few days. She has a earthy citrus aroma. Everything has been going good. Tropical Storm Ian in the vicinity. Thankfully not much rain or wind so far. One midweek feed. Pots will need a while to dry out from all this rain. Hopefully no insect or mould/mildew damage.

The ladies are enjoying the summer sun . Stretch phase is over and the plants are looking healthy and happy.

Day 70/71 gotta install new fans, so we have a good circulation and airflow

5/30 update: both plants have been jarred for curing! A little disappointed with the over all yield but a lot to learn from this first grow! Expert seeds gg#4 comin next 👌0
