Smoked those buds I chopped off last week, lovely high, long lasting. Really strong diesel smell. The bottom half of the try is drying up, a couple of branches were completely dry, others had a bit of dry buds. I've removed those dry branches and will be adding a question to try to understand what is going on with those branches. I had the same thing on the Peach Puree CBD and was told it was because of wrong watering, some roots drying up but I doubt this is the case here, she was watered well and not drying up, she also has some mulch on top and can't see that the pot is drying up she is also drinking very little water. Another theory could be because the light isn't reaching those lower branches, so they are giving up. Did some defoliation on the top part too, buds are growing well, can't wait for her to finish already.

It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. Started adding the nutes at 1ml/l. Just using Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco A+B for veg, Will add in some molasses after any HST or defoliation (stress). Looking good so far.

Now being flushed and ready to be chopped in a few days. Plant smells amazing and has put on loads of weight. This will be a very interesting one to smoke.

another resin monster from seedstockers, with a very special scent, full of flavors! grinded it smelled like peppermint, and vaped it has a great sweet creamy taste!

EC Meter broke and accidentally refed the plants double nutes at 1700 EC. Also never measured the pH while flushing with RO water. The runoff is all over the place reading up to 2500EC and 7+ pH. Realized the pH doesn't matter as much but the PPM runoff still is important. Flushed them for a day and transplanted them up to 5 gallon pots to refresh the medium. Also highly recommend dusting your roots with mycorrhizae when transplanting. The beneficial microbes attach to the roots and help metabolize the nutrients being fed for faster root intake.

Day 22: Hey everyone! Update on the second grow: the plants are looking very healthy and seem to be growing much faster than the first batch. 🌿 I feel like we've already done a lot better with these plants compared to the first grow. What do you all think? Any thoughts or suggestions? Day 26 (Second Grow): Hey everyone! Exciting news: the plants in our second grow have names now too! 🌿 This will make it easier to identify and keep track of each one, especially if they get moved around. It should also help you all follow along more easily with the pictures we post. We've built a SCROG (Screen of Green) net for the plants in both grows. For those who don’t know, a SCROG net helps to train the plants to grow horizontally, which maximizes light exposure to all parts of the plant and promotes more even growth. We're using it to ensure all plants get plenty of light and develop a uniform canopy. Additionally, we've placed a hygrometer among the plants to measure the humidity between the leaves. We've noticed that the humidity sometimes exceeds 70% in those areas. We're considering whether we need more fans, an intake ventilation system, or if a dehumidifier would be a better option. We're leaning towards adding more fans to improve air circulation, but we'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to watch both grows progress!

The girls are doin pretty good this week. Finished off L.S.T. earlier in the week. Applied first re-amendment of nutes, not including the compost tea from last week. Turned the light almost all the way up. Hoping to flatten out the canopy with a trellis net. There doesn't seem to be deficiencies on the new growth, and they're going full steam ahead so I'm happy about that.

This week went ok she started expanding her leaves and geting bigger. I'm still feeding her the same amount of nutrients and pH of 6.5 .she has nice purple stripes in the stems which I'm quite pleased about so hopefully she will turn out a nice looking plant. She will be going outside later on this month with a supplemental lighting at the end of the day and maybe flowered towards the end of this year or during the summer .
