The Extrakush, the odd one out. What started out as a save because my third-party Barneys Farm seeds didn't germinate, this diary was supposed to be about their Runtz, but when dealers sell old seeds and replace those old with some even older seeds Expert seeds, fool me thrice.... So this was a shot in the dark, these were the only seeds I had available at the time, bought as a try out for the garden. A species designed for NW European climate. And she had, due to germination disasters, two weeks less of growing and she had a brother in the same pot, only removed in flowering. Still she filled out the entire tent and some space of her failing neighbour: the Gorilla. What a gem this strain is, look at those buds, look at her outperforming expensive seeds at a dollar a seed. Yes we still have to see some trichomes, yes she is mostly still hairy and not filled out yet but she is racing there. Let's hope on some quality smoke from this lady, for now, consider weedseeds.site as a place for quality strains. Hello Growmies, As we step into the eighth week of our Watermelon Candy F1 Hybrids' flowering stage, the dance of growth and aroma continues to enchant our senses. These delightful plants, sharing their space with Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding varieties, inch ever closer to the pinnacle of their bloom. The Watermelon Candy cultivars are flourishing with an undeniable zest, their foliar tapestry thick with the potential of what's to come. Despite being under a 12/12 light cycle along with the photoperiod plants, which may limit their yield compared to a 20/4 cycle, these plants are putting on a splendid show. Top Gun #2 finishing up nicely, checking for mold every day, humidity is back in the 50s. I just trimmed up Top Gun #1 yesterday. 9 day dry, humidity started dropping into the 40s the last couple of days. Only one other tip of the buds had some mold on it. I’m smoking it idc🤷. Total dry weight was 50grams minus the molded buds, I’ll make butter with those. Small plant but smoking it right after drying it was one of the best things I’ve tried, very proud.

The plant kept stretching during this week. I'm a little bit worried as I don't see the flowers touching each other to form nice colas, but she's healthy so I can't complain, it's my first grow after all. Just hoping in fatter buds and not many popcorns. She's drinking a lot of water in these days and the EC was higher when checking it before the daily refill. Don't know why she's eating less, but I lowered it to 1.6 again. I give her what she wants. Keeping an eye on her development and trying to figure out when to add the P-K booster. No particular problems this week, everything is going ok. I gave her another (hopefully not too heavy) defoliation at day 59 so i guess I'm not going to touch her again till harvest.

Transplanted em outside in the ground week 6 they got swamped on week 7 and got severely over watered week 8 I put em in new 45 gallon fabric pots and buried them a bit deeper to help root development they look better today then they do in the video....I'm a newb so knew nothing about ph and the 45 gallon pots have a ph of 8 very alkaline so there now not absorbing nutrient....bought ph down and going to start adding it to water and nutes apparently rain water has a low ph and it's raining again all week....hopefully it helps until I'm able to give them ph down....should be hard for them to get over watered in 45 gal pots...looking like a failed harvest

New Irrigation System – Mars Hydro Foldable Bucket Drip Kit This week, we also welcomed a new tool into the grow room: the Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation Kit (link here). 👉 Important note: I’m not running it on automation or timers. I will manually control it, plugging it in and off when watering. This way, I get the benefit of precise, even distribution, while keeping full hands-on control. What it is: • A bucket-based drip system that distributes water (or nutrient solution) evenly to multiple pots through adjustable drip emitters. • A way to reduce manual hand-pouring and ensure more consistent soil hydration. • A tool that can save root systems from “wet/dry pockets” that sometimes happen with hand-watering. What it is NOT: • It’s not fully automated irrigation (unless connected to timers or sensors). • It doesn’t make plant care “hands-free.” You still have to decide when and how much to water. • It won’t replace observation—plants still speak through their leaves and posture. What to Expect: ✅ More even watering across pots. ✅ Reduced runoff mess if dialed correctly. ✅ Less physical strain compared to hand-watering each plant. ✅ The chance to experiment with “precision irrigation” in future grows. So now they are in their new 11l house.

End of week 22: Overal it was a good run with the Shamans from @DutchPassion_Official . Didn't had mayor problems besides having to harvest them earlyer. I really wanted to flower them another 2 weeks but the weather/climate didn't allow me to. Still the buds came out decent as you can see for an early harvest. I will cure those buds for some time in my pots before they get smoked and will update how much weight I got out of the two plants. As you can see I made the bigger buds smaller. There is no use for me to keep big buds for showing off. Big buds just have big long stems in it, harder to dry and to fill your cure pots with.

When you get to a certain point in the flowering, the real magic begins, so far beautiful yes but when the flowers form I would stay there speechless admiring them for the whole time enchanted. ---- General conditions in the Growbox - We are talking about our autoflowering @zam.nesia which are all in great shape and are now showing their differences. The F1 Hybrids are flying, they are ahead of everyone else, if you want to realize how much the F1s work look at my photos in the growbox. Look, test and then talk, I never talk before trying. I get an idea based on what people say, especially when I hear the old school know-it-alls a bit hippy talk badly about a new thing I think: "this new thing is worth trying, it must be the bomb", and in fact... ---- Plant - I have sung the praises of this plant and the F1s and not just to throw words to the wind. Look at the difference between the two Blue Cheeses and all the other 10 autoflowerings (in 5 strains) that I have; they are very advanced as if they were 2-3 weeks ahead of the others. Compare the f1s with the normal ones to understand the difference. I continue to be amazed by the speed of these plants and their power. I have two very similar in everything except size. One is giant, well over a meter and flowers at a speed that is unbelievable. We’re day 42-ish on this journey. This last week I was lowering ph of water from 6.5 to somewhere between 6.2-6.3 ph based on last weeks feedback to my ph question. This morning I watered and tested run off for the first time. Run off was 7.24ph. Not sure what todo with that information. I suppose this next week I will further lower ph of watering to 6.0 - 6.1? Still very little issues with the grow. May have slight tip burn on some of the plants and leaves. I guess this tracks, as I fed for the first time 14 days ago. I either fed too much, too early (week 4), or a combination of both? I’m finding it challenging to figure out exactly what the correct inputs should be. Seems to be a lot of fuck around and find out….. Day/iight temp - 80/78 degrees Day/night humidity- 63/60% Largest plant is now 22 inches tall. PPFFD 635 Light distance - 12 inches 18/6 light schedule Still using the spider farmer G4500 light. This week was just water and used recharge 1 time. Watering about a half gallon per plant every 2-3 days. I’m finding this peat soil prefers to be wetter than something like Fox farms ocean forest.
