Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day. So far so good. Frost Banger is showing some purple hues and the Purple Haze is full on developing purple buds. The FBA2504 is my fav in this run shes tall and still growing, looking healthy except she has a lil Phosphorus deficiency at her top leaves but other than that they all are doing good. We are already on day 43 with this run!

Things are looking great. Now that it's September I thought I should really get that tomato roof up. But.... My idea of using stuff I already had didn't work out. So it looks like I'm headed to Lowe's on Wednesday! Barneys says 3rd or 4th week of this month, same as Critical Cure, but Cure is going to be ready much sooner (a week, maybe 2) than this Caramel, which makes sense since the Caramel is about 70% Indica vs the Cure being about 80% Indica.

Darkness was sketchy but glad I did it. Should have cut plant 1 last week. Plant two looks great. Smells like candy. So stoked. Have two mothers and 4 clones ready to go. Clones went into flower earlier then anticipated had to “reveg” them then back into flower so they look funky. Might do a flower diary to show.

It also smells mellow skunky but will check again tomorrow it may have been terps overload on my fingers regarding thunder and pink paradise aromas. Pink caylaxes have shriveled and accepted pollen locations. I just don't think the seeds will be ready when harvesting in a few weeks. Start week 5 tomorrow and I don't think crosses will be ready so I will figure it out. Pink crosses would be fun next round but I have so many more selections to choose from to grow my next 4.Thunder smells like a citrus cleaner, almost pineapple front notes then a full citrus. day35 defoliated like madd. no lie so sticky: 2 fingers lifted a ceramic cup like I was spiderman. 1 finger was a struggle.. science

White Widow is coming along nicely. Good bud development this week. She still has several weeks to go. My attic (where my grow tent is) is getting pretty hot these days. I'll probably be moving her outside over the next couple of weeks to avoid heat issues in the tent. Hoping for the best! 🙏

Moved to feeding .5 liters every other day wondering if they are still be watered too much. Any advice would be appreciated as this is the first time we have grown.

420 Fastbuds Week 6 Gorilla Punch Auto What up what up everyone. Week 6 update on these two has been interesting non the less. The bigger of the two still showing signs of some calmag deficiency from what it appears. I've added one teaspoon/gal of General Hydroponics 3 part flora series to the feeding to give them an added boost as well as the one/gal teaspoon of GH Calimagic. All in all they seem to be flowering OK. The Temps have dropped the last week making a constant 55'f-60'f in the day and down to the 30's at night so keeping the tents warm enough will have to be part of the battle from here on out. Getting there,glad to see the one pheno seems to be side branching decently.Will just carry on tieing down side branches and main.Weathers been great but definitely getting cooler.Looking foward to their first fully saturated fertigation to runoff during the week if the good weather persists.

We are still smooth sailing with these ladies. All I am really doing is watering and maintaining my environment at this point. Keep humidity low around 45-50%. I do have foxtailing on 2 out of 4 of the cultivars, which is somewhat interesting. Based on the trichomes, these ladies are roughly a week out from harvest. They are packing on weight like crazy. I will say, the cultivar I chopped early seeemed like it matured much faster compared to these other 3. Either way, the tent is smelling very citrusy. Thanks for stopping by, commenting and liking!
