🌿 RS11 "B" - Defensive Maneuvers & Defoliation! 🛡️✂️ Let's go! Welcome to Week 13 for RS11 "B". After the thrips battle inside the tent, we are taking absolutely zero chances out on the balcony. Proactive plant care is the theme for this week! 📈 The Details / Progress Report: Preventative Strike: I had to bring out the neem oil and give her a thorough preventative spray. I definitely do not want what happened to the indoor tent to happen out here! If you look closely at the fan leaves in photos you can actually see the fresh droplets and residue from the spray settling in to protect the foliage. 💦🌿 Opening Her Up: To go hand-in-hand with the pest prevention, I got in there and did some much-needed defoliation. She was getting incredibly thick and bushy, so taking off some of that extra foliage really helps open her up a bit. This drastically improves the airflow through her center and ensures the neem spray can actually penetrate the entire canopy. ✂️🌬️ Vibrant Health: She took the pruning and the spray perfectly. As you can see from the wide shots, the leaves are rocking that deep, rich green, and her structure is looking incredibly strong. She is looking super lush, happy, and completely unfazed by the haircut! 💧 Next Steps: With her canopy opened up and a protective layer of neem oil applied, we are in a fantastic spot. The main goal now is to just keep her well-fed, monitor the leaves to ensure no pests try to bypass our defenses, and let her keep building that massive frame in the summer sun. (The numbers of this harvest are from a single plant) I ended REAL ORGANIC and let plants dry by themselves on their pots outside the tent and gradually day after day i was picking and selecting dry buds from the branches 2 smoke m all! This particular diary gave me a sense of adventure, and a lot of fun, i´ll always remenber that made my quareentine a lot easier to live, by that time i felt i was prepared even for the end of the times if it comes to that 😂

This will be my 1st auto run. Other than one time I was sent some free f1 autos from rqs and I started some but I ended up tossing them for some reason or another. I am actually super excited to try out fastbuds. I have been wanting to try out fastbuds for over a year now. I'm not the greatest with seedlings so I am doing a test run with a 2x2 tent I'm gonna try and grow the best plant I get out if the 3 seeds hopefully it doesn't out grow my small 2x2 tent . Pound cake thou looks like a killer strain with some fat buds can't wait to see how fast fast buds really are. Here we go.

The Roswell Code is doing great. It is now entering the mass phase. The Hesi Bloom Complex has reached 5ml/L, the Hesi Phosphorus Plus is going to 1ml/L, and Hesi PowerZyme is at 2ml/L. I am lowering the pH value by another 0.2, so now it is 6.3-6.2 until the end of the flowering phase. This will allow it to absorb all the nutrients it needs that are available to it 👌. The scent is getting stronger, with a hint of citrus. The next update will come on a beautiful Wednesday. Stay high. Mid week check in with grow issue (mostly on the Future #1 and Future Island - other strains in my grow room). Will post for feedback. Held of on any nutes this week as I try to get my grow issue under control. Looks like either calcium or potassium or both. I initially bought some lime and added that to some well water instead of the RO water I had been using. I also fully flushed out all of them in order to ensure that I didn't have any lingering issues. A little unsure how it got to this point as I have used RO in past grows. My RO is barely 6.0 ph and the well is well over 7...closer to 7.5. I had not changed my diary's ph since veg since I think I had mixed up the reading between the RO and well water. Either way, I plan to feed them all well water and balance the ph to 6.5. Except for some of the leaves showing some stress, the bud development is looking very nice. I plan to ease back into a more reserved nute blend later this week. Trying to get the humidity under control but with the excess heat the humidifier gives off it has been a bit of a struggle. Going to set up the unit on a timer so it dehumidifies at night where there is less heat in the room. Plant #1 - Continued fattening of the bud locations as well as more turpentine development. Looking good. Plant #2 - no more stretching, bud development is coming along just lagging behind a bit.

I started germination of 3 Gorilla Girl beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Gorilla Girl. I've only grown this variety out once. Did her in a 1 gallon SOG grow and she was a beast! Fat Chunky main cola just loaded to the tits in trichomes. Amazing bud structre and a definite cut above alot of the genetics flooding the market. I cant wait to let this variety loose in a larger scale grow. See what these powerhouse genetics really have to offer. Haven't grown out much sweet seeds stuff. But what I did test drive got there genetics into a larger setup. So caps off to them.

Day 79. One of the most beautiful plants I've grown. Twisted Trees autoflowers always turn out as advertised on their website. You should definitely give them a try. Did some defoliation today to promote airflow as buds are thick and densely packed together. Smells strongly of fresh cut peaches. Thinking I'll harvest after one more good watering. Day 82. Gave her final flush yesterday. Will be harvesting after 24 hrs of darkness. Special thanks to Greenleaf Nutrients for simplifying and amplifying my nute game. Day 83. Harvested some of the top buds. Giving lower buds another week.

One more week up we go, they responded very well to topping and are growing fast and strong 💪, i will star training this ladies some point this week, i will as always keep you guys posted as things move along 💚💚💚 Notecing some different greens from the ones i like popping up , so just in case and since I’m not feeding on my watering npk , I decided to apply nutrispray using 1ml of it for each Liter of water, and spray out them with a good bath. I brought my VIPARSPECTRA P- 2000 ( with is performing amazing in this 3x3 grow space ) to minimum power to avoid burning my girls leafs, and now lets see how they react. Hey family. Weekly update on these purple girls. One is super purple as the other two have shades of it. Getting close as most likely only a couple more weeks. I really couldn't be happier the way they're progressing and the flowers are dense to the touch with a super sweet smell.
