Without a doubt the best bud I‘ve ever grown! I have nothing but positive things to say about the genetics of this plant. This was my first mephisto grow so very impressed. Buds are sticky and dense after weeks of 90-100 degree weather. No signs of stress or slowing. The plants tackled every hint of def or toxicity with ease. Got a little less yield than I expected, but not complaining as quality is incredible!! Buds dryed for 6 days and cured for 7 as of review. Very dense and sticky. Yielded 5oz dry A-bud, 2oz dry fluff, and 15oz of wet trim. Pressed the fluff with a 11% yield. Rosin is budder-like and smooth. EDIT: Later edited on aug 17 to provide cure update. —-smoke report—- The finished cured bud reeks intensely of diesel, raspberry, and hash! The smoke itself is light on the lungs and heavy in texture. Smoke hints at flavors of raspberry and caramel with sweet notes. High produces strong headband and couchlock effect. Potency is high without a doubt. Smoking a few under 30 day cured bowls produces a high for a solid 3-6 hours even at a high tolerance level. As of mid-august, the cure is complete and stone has intensified. Feels waaay more indica this time. Fully cured bud can knock a seasoned stoner the fuck out. Blew my expectations out of the water This was my first mephisto grow and it made me a diehard fan. Can‘t wait to grow more later in the year!

She looks super heath and happy, I Supercroped her to get much more light penetracion and avoid a high height because I don't want her to be seen from the street,looks like a big green spider. Well it’s been another average week. I topped once more and did a slight defoliation. She bounced right back happy as can be. She started showing signs of sex this week and well, IT’S A GIRL! The clone I took from her 2 weeks ago has finally started to show roots. It took it a bit longer than I had hoped and it’s showing some deficiencies, but we will let it root out a bit more and then plant her into a pot. I plan on using some mycorrhiza when I transplant it into its new home to help stimulate fast root growth. The temperatures in both tents were getting a bit hard to control and I needed to have better control over both tents individually. I originally had them daisy chain ventilated together and now I am using 3 fans with a Y connection to individually control their climates. We have added a CO2 bag to help increase growth in the vegitative tent. into the 5-gallon bucket with them. looks like they were ready the roots were poking out the bottom holes. let's hope the soil is not too hot for them and they can start eating up all the goodness in the soil. i turned on the other TSL 2000 as well to get the back row. let's see how they respond. this week.

I've grown this already 2x, but this is the first time growing in DWC. As far I remember it is the same size as my older grows, she seems healthy and putting a lot of energy in the roots. Next week probably she will start blooming and then we shall see her real size!

Welcome to Week 7! All plants are in the flowering stage and looking good. They still have a while to go before harvest time, so I’ll just be waiting patiently 😉

D22 - Today was the start of the fourth week of veg, and it was time to transplant the girls into their final pots. I got the largest pots that I could find that still would fit in my small tent: 25-liter square pots. I prepared each pot with mycorrhiza before transplanting. I picked #2 and #3 to transplant since they are the most similar in structure, even though #1 and #2 are more similar in size. I adjusted the light to 300 PPFD at the canopy level. Finally, I gave each girl one liter of water @ pH 6.6. D24 -The girls love their new homes and have grown quite a bit in a couple of days. I've added a bunch of sensors to the pots to monitor the soil moisture better, one Flower Care sensor and one Blumat Digital in each pot. The Flower Care sensors aren't all that reliable in larger pots, so I temporarily added the Blumat sensors from my other tent to get a feel for how the FC sensors work in these pots and dial in the Blumat watering system. However, I haven't turned on the system yet, as the soil moisture remains relatively high after the transplant. D25 - It looks like the transplant was a success and that I avoided stunting either girl. They are looking more vigorous with each day. Yay! I'll give them one more day to chill and settle in before starting LST tomorrow. D26 - Started LST today. D27 - Tightened the LST wires and increased the light dimmer to around 400 PPFD at canopy level. D28 - The end of the fourth week of veg and all is well in the tent. I did a soil slurry test to check the pH since this is the first time using this soil blend. The test showed a pH of 7.0 so all good.

14 l Pots for the beasties

Well, probably this is her last week. There might be a chance of me holding for another week for more than one reason, but mostly because I think she is a little late. A noticed that the first week of flowering took longer to show flowering signs, something I usually see quickly. And the stretch took a little more time than it usually does. So, by Thursday I'll be sure. Still, as you can see, the yield will not be that good, we can't win them all, can we? Nevertheless, it is a healthy plant, with awesome genetic material and I'm already anxious to grow the last seed I have, which will begin July 2025. Also, I uploaded a pictures showing a light green structure. It seems to me like male flowers already opened, but no really. I dont know. The other LSSH had the same thing, developing close to the end, but there where no seeds at all.

The stretch looks to be comin to an end. In the process of doin my last defol. Temps are staying in the zone at the moment. I think I'm in for a Shit show but fingers crossed. Maybe they will come fix the a.c. early or somethin...lol
