4/24/23 @ 12:30pm - We did something a little different today. Both plants given 1 gallon of campden water + 1 TSP RECHARGE + 1 TSP Mega Crop + 2 TSP Bloom. This should act like a flush of sorts but the water is loaded with nutes so hopefully this helps the plants turn more green. 4/26/23 @ 9pm - I checked on both plants tonight and the first inch or so of soil felt dry so I decided to water. pH'd 6.5 campden water + 1.75 tsp MegaCrop + 1 tsp Bloom + 1 tsp RECHARGE. 1.5 Gallons per plant. Still some yellowing and wilting but the leaves have straightened out since the wind burn adjustments. Hopefully they uptake all these nutrients, the smells are getting incredible. 4/28/23 @ 2:30pm - Checked on the girls today and I am happy to report they're finally starting to turn back to a nice shade of green. The wind burnt leaves have either died off or recovered. The smells are getting very strong and all the colas are super sticky. Hoping to see some fattening up over the next 2-4 weeks until harvest time. 4/29/23 @ 6pm - Both plants given 1 gallon of campden water + 1/2 tsp MC (4 grams) + 3/4 TSP Bloom + 1/2 TSP RECHARGE pH'd to 6.5 - First pistils starting to turn amber!

Added co2 this week finally and the terps coming off this beauty now are unreal pineapple and mango every type of tropical fruit smell you can think of, my mates just chopped one of these and it’s potent it’s like Cali seriously amazing strain probably my favourite upto now

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... I‘m pretty happy with These Girls. They Strech Fine and the flower now begins To get bigger. The only thing Im a Bit Confused about is the nutrition. The got Nearly Nothing. Just a Bit Heaven. And Bloom at the First week of flower. In Not Sure how To find the Right Rhythm, because they seem To get overfed fast.

Al 09/02/24 se pueden ver a las plantas bastante sanas, no han mostrado ningún síntoma de stress por el transplante. Esta semana he aumentado la dosis de agua a 3. Litros, El drenaje del riego me tiro un ph de 5.7 y una ec de 2000.

This #42 and #40 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. Today they were watered with clear water. Each lady got a good 3.5 liters of water, also to rinse the soil. The LST was also readjusted. -DAY 42 The fifth vegetation week comes to an end. The plants are looking good. The LST has been readjusted and a few of the sun leaves have been removed.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain.
