La tierra que utilizamos que está en la publicación anterior es top crop all mix, aparte alimentamos nuestras plantas con Agrobeta, el tetra 9 fue aplicado foliar. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2, regando cada 72 horas e intentando mantener la humedad un poco alta al principio. Las próximas semanas vamos viendo cómo avanzan. Honestly, we had to built a greenhouse We figured it out, temperature outside after 10AM was getting real hot and balcony window got enough sunlight but seems like they want more, that's why we installed more CFL lights to increase light intensity and since balcony window wasn't working quite well we noticed at the very first week some of them where stretching a little and thank God we noticed early otherwise our plant would've grow leggy, phew! Must say temperature, Humidity and light are things you really need to balance otherwise they really get messy They are completely aware of their surroundings, it's amazing how they actually are, great plant but needs lot of care and attention if you wanna get good harvest of course! Please fill in any comments, tips, advise, more than happy to hear you folks Day 9 We decided to feed the ladies, they got 171ppm and 200ml of water Day 10 Decided that the rooftop is a better place In the morning time Day 11 They looking good Day 12 Wanted to give them more sun light, placed them close to the balcony window from 4pm til sun it's gone! Then they go to CFL for the rest of the night until they have to go to sleep Day 13 Decided to replace her pot for a bigger one, since she's growing so fast I don't want to mess with the roots, so it's better to do it now before it grows around.... Also fed them today with 1ml Flora Nova grow mix with 1 water Gallon so total PPM was 314, tomorrow they start the 3rd week so I wanted to give them what they call "a boost" on their early vegetative stage. That was only 200ml each And followed by a 200ml plain water with a little runoff at the end to make sure the nutrients gets all well mixed up and she can absorb it avoiding extra nutrients.... Once again, this week starts where the former one ended. With the exception of all the cables you can see in the first picture. I dared to install a minimalized version of the Raspi control only controlling the self-built humidifier and one blower/fan combination. I was very pleased to see how easily the simple diffusor can hold optimum VPD as long as temperatures are high and humidity tends to fall below optimum VPD. A single 10 seconds evaporation can hold the level for about 2–3 minutes. I am not pleased to see the Monsanto blowers rather underperform. It’s impossible to reduce humidity or temperature with both running on full speed, while a lifting of the tent door will bring immediate changes. With the Raspi/Arduino success so far*, I am thinking about using old Power Mac fans which are WCM controllable and use 12 V. At least one to increase air intake, and maybe even the blowers. * It wasn’t any problem at all to have the Arduino collect CO2 and soil moisture data, so after some more cable manufacturing (aka helpless soldering), I could extend the Raspi control. I’m still uncertain about the camera module (@trelorny impressed me with his time lapse videos). I don’t want to put the hardware into the tent with its not so electronics friendly climate, already risking some rare outages of the temp/hum sensor. But the camera module cannot be placed far away. So maybe I’ll use the 3A model I own as a spare part as a camera driver. Any maybe, if it works, invest in a better camera module. Mine is generation 1. Oh, and the ladies! Gave them slightly fertilised water yesterday, and even it or the better VPD yesterday or a combination of both make me believe bud growth is a bit more visible today. The smell in the morning when I open the tent to release accumulated humidity is outstanding. They were already thirsty on day 57 again, so pure RO + a bit of tap water until it spilled out of their pot’s bottoms. Many fan leaves turning autumnally now, and the smallest Sherbet suffered a bit from over-fertilisation as I wrote. But it this stage I don’t go for leaf beauty anymore. Just another learning: Don’t use differently sized pots anymore. Hard to feed them individually this way. VPD was mostly in best range yesterday, and I have the feeling it really supports their bud growth. I added an "Evening time" option to my Raspi control that allows the humidity to sink a selected time before lights shut down. That made it possible to have humidity in best range for most of the night time too. They were even dry again on day 58 morning. Another time just water. The blowers cannot cope with the flowers’ smell anymore, and so sometimes my flat cannot hide who shares it with me. Day 60 presents me with a problem: I’ll leave on Friday for a few days. Considering the microscope pictures are not from the tops buds: Would you say it’s safe to give them another week? Problem solved on day 61. Only clean water from now on, and next week will be their last. You won’t see any new pictures for some days now. Me too … Something I wanted to share with you before I leave: I just finished to update my grow box control with a new PWM fan hat that keeps the Raspi cool, while at the same an infrared sensor can now measure real leaf and additional ambient temperature. Setup is much cleaner and more robust now, but I wish my flux would not make the solder stick to the tip of the machine instead of making it flow and stick at the tiny tiny spots I have to hit …

Feed this week according to the scheme: For 1 day only basic fertilizers A + B (840ppm 6.9PH) Day 2 stimulants only (800ppm 7.0PH) Day 3 water only (250ppm 7.8PH) Harvest in 2 weeks, maybe early?

next time i have to veg more then 4 weeks to increase yield. it finishes quickly and big yield for the short veg time. im also very happy with the optic 4 wich made the buds dense from top to bottom. i might upgrade to cocos or hydro next grow, or maybe both ;)

Sorry I was a few days behind. Had a busy weekend. So did these babies right here! The one is catching up to the other 2! But the other 2 are totally taking off! I've been letting the roots growth take off ✨️ I do how ever think its time for another transplant. And into final pot. I'll do a 3g. Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.
