Just a little bit of bokashi this week. Beautiful! So ready to flip!!!! 👾 2 more days 🤲 - I noticed that the leaves were somewhat drooping and it wasn't due to lack of water. I asked the GPT for help and the advice was to reduce the ppfd. I was going a little over 600 in the center, I thought that since they weren't burnt it was ok, but I realized that there's no point in going over and expecting a good response. Less is more now. Just hold on for a smooth flip for the flora.

Seemingly overnight, the A.K. plant overcame Sour Ripper in growth! Been a fun week as far as the plants go, havent needed to water them at all. Ill take a peak into the tent occasionally, witnessed the growth pick up exponentially this week. I noticed the pots are getting pretty light when i was taking these pictures. Will likely water them tomorrow. Notes for those interested: My last grow was RUINED from consistently overwatering and NEVER checking pH of feed water. Everything that could have went wrong as a result, did go wrong. Murphy's Law eh? Just trying to see to it that doesnt happen again. For those interested in the DWC girls, their growth has been nothing less than great 👍. It was less than two weeks ago that i went to the local hydro shop to pick up some hydroguard and damn! Is that shit good or what?! Root rot has been stripped away in almost ALL of my DWC girls, tons of white, happy root growth in their place. Ive decided that i will flip them all either halfway through this week or monday of next. Going to mother both A.K. and S.R. 2-3 weeks into flower transition. Again, great job @RipperSeeds and @Nirvana, really loving this stuff.

This plant was harvested approximately ten days before it should have been.But this is because i'm going on vacation for 2 weeks.And I also need some weed for the next week

These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

Hi liebe Community! 💚 Nach der sechsten Blütewoche beginnt nun das ausreifen der Pflanze! Ein Dichter Tepich aus Stigmen überzieht die Blütenansätze und allmählich bekommen die Trichome schon eine milchige Einfärbung. Es sind bereits auch vereinzelt Bärenstein farbene Trichhomköofe zu sehen. Aber immer mit der Ruhe. Ich werde die Pflanze nun alle 3 Tage Mal kontrollieren. Ich möchte auch schauen, dass ich einen großen Anteil an Bärenstein farbigen Trichome raus zuholen um einen etwas gechillteren Effekt zu erzielen. Die Ice Cream Haze ist eine richtige fast gainerin. Sie scheint insgesamt (auch bei der regulären Version war es so.) sehr schnell fertig zu werden. Hierzu muss auch gesagt werden dass sich die Blüten sehr rasant entwickeln. Die Buddichte beträgt nun ca 8 bis 9 cm an der dicksten Stelle. Week 5 I believe and they’re doing great..topped them lil over a week ago. Thinking another week or two then flip to flower! 😎

So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn''t getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don''t know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3 months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not and will not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. 10/20: I foliar fed her today with some SP-90 humic/fulvic acid and kelp me kelp you. She will probably get fed again tomorrow. Drying out quickly- 10/21: I applied Axiom again today..I sprayed her with the finest mist I could produce..tops and bottoms of all leaves to the point of runoff. I fed her about a 1/4 gallon with nutes. I put another big fan in the closet and turned off the evap cooler for the night so she'd dry out better. 10/22: I used a stainless steel skewer to poke a bunch of little holes in the lower part of her fabric pot to try and improve oxygen availability to her roots. I also carefully arranged the garden so that there are gaps between all the pots. I think I'll also space my waterings a little further apart. The topsoil is drying out well enough, but I don't want her roots sitting in muck. 10/23: She's flowering now, and starting to stretch a little bit. After observing signs of nitrogen toxicity yesterday, I realized that I made another rookie mistake...(where is my head??) The new 5 gallon bucket I'm using to mix a batch of nutes must be about 2 inches shorter than the one I had been using, and I never bothered to calibrate it....which I did today. So, for the past couple of feedings, I've been mixing in enough nutes for 5 gallons, but in only 4 gallons of water!!! I foliar fed with BoomBoom Spray and gave her about 8oz of boomerang and cal-mag early in the morning, and by 5pm she looked happier. Compared to the hybrid seedlings in the space, she's got very narrow, sativa-looking leaves..should be a treat!😋 I raised the lights about 2 inches today and dialed the ac infinity's high temp trigger up to 88f for a bit to get her to dry out a little faster, so the RH climbed a little higher as well...so I also set the ac infinity's high humidity trigger threshold to 65%. 10/24: I fed her another little dose of boomerang and cal-mag, along with some bembe and open sesame. 10/25: I fed her about 1/4 gallon with everything except Grow Big. I'll flush her on Sunday or Monday with Sledgehammer and only foliar feed with fulvic acid and boom boom spray until mid-week. Then I'll give her a good douching with humic acid, myco, tricho and beneficial bacteria and bembe(molasses and beet sugars/rock phosphate/trace elements) to keep the microbes thriving. I'll go heavy with P and K later in the week. 10/26: Last day of week 4 and she's doing great! Her pot is still pretty heavy after her feeding yesterday, so it will probably be Monday before I flush her.

LED dimmed down to 40%, i.e. 48 Watt. Tatanka Pure CBD Seed died on 2nd day (watch Video). Replacing it with Painkiller XL and Northern Light auto - hopefully they spout fast and healthy this time.

This is going to be my very first grow. very excited :D As soil I'm using Biobizz light mix mixed with 20% Cocos Brickx from Plagron. No nutrients in this stage just water. Light schedule 18/6 Day 5 - 4 out of 5 seeds have sprouted. still have a little bit of hope for the last one. let's wait a little bit more. Day 6 - Seed # 5 I assume is dead. it was still completely intact decided to try a revive on it by putting it in paper towels (wet) but that didn't do it. the worst thing is that I had my time lapse camera on this seed 😭. The other lady's doing well growing at the same pace. let's do 1 more night before we hop on to the next week of this story. Happy days friends 😀

For this week it’s all about roots! I need the roots to grow enough so i dont have to worry about keeping the rockwool moist. Just can’t wait to get my 1st ever hydro grow under my belt!!!!

SUMMARY: The OG has bounced back from the pH issues now after giving all watering/irrigation at a pH of 6.5. I continued with the updated GWE mid bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden peak bloom nutes for the Amnesia. I also continued with some light defoliation this week removing the odd lower leaf and some fan leaves covering bud sites that I couldn't tuck. DAY 78 -------- Thursday 19/11/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. Although I only mixed these nutes and pH'd to 6.4 on Monday I always check again before and the readings had changed - I don't think my pH pen is the best (yes I keep the tip moist). I didn't have time to pH again and tbh after spending 30mins doing this the other day it can get to fuck and stay as is. OG (in) = 5L pH 6.4 OG (out) = 1.05L (21%) pH 5.7 [0.7 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.2 Amnesia (out) = 1.4L (35%) pH 5.9 [0.3 drop] The plants look healthy still with no signs of issues and are both a great colour so I think they're doing just fine. The OG has bounced back from the pH issues now and is really blooming fast, much faster that the Amnesia which makes me sad as I will inevitably cut her down early...I think she has the potential to be a beast judging on bud development so far. The Amnesia on the other hand...I'm starting to become a little disenchanted with her due to the very slow progression of the buds - I was expecting bigger buds but I don't think the genetics are the best (freebies from Seedsman). DAY 80 -------- Saturday 21/11/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. I turned the heat up to 25°C a week ago which seems to have helped bring the RH down. DAY 82 -------- Monday 23/11/2020 I fed the plants. GWE 2020 updated Mid-bloom nutes for the OG and Sensi Garden Peak Flower nutes for the Amnesia. OG (in) = 5L pH 6.4 OG (out) = 1.1L (22%) pH 6.0 [0.4 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.3 Amnesia (out) = 1.25L (31%) pH 6.1 [0.2 drop] The RH has been lower the last week or so and it seems to be due to the defoliation I've been doing every time I water/irrigate (removing a few obstructing/pointless leaves). I think because its such a small space the removal of the leaves has allowed for a constant 15-20% drop and so its right where I want it now at 40-50%. DAY 84 -------- Wednesday 25/11/2020 I watered the plants with pH'd tap water as my rainwater supply has dried up a little. OG (in) = 5.5L pH 6.3 OG (out) = 1.17L (23%) pH 5.4 [0.9 drop] Amnesia (in) = 4L pH 6.3 Amnesia (out) = 1.2L (30%) pH 5.4 [0.9 drop] No idea why there is a drop in pH of 0.9 for both when there has been a steady trend of it getting closer to the input value. But its expected to vary and 0.5 either side is standard I believe. The Amnesia is taking forever to fatten up, if it ever will now at this point. I know theyre only getting 12 hours of light but this is SLOW!
