Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

Bene ragazzi si inizia anche questa settimana. In teoria alla fine di questa settimana i pistilli inizieranno a diventare arancioni. Giorno 6 ragazzi scusate se non sono stato attivo con le immagini ma ho avuto un problema comunque guardate quanto si sono ingrossate quelle cime.

Woche 3 Anfang der Woche, an Tag16 bekamen alle vier Ladys ein topping. Alle vier Ladys haben das topping sehr gut überstanden und haben schöne Seitentriebe entwickelt. Alle Ladys haben ein sehr kräftiges Wachstum und wachsen fleißig. Bis auf minimale Höhenunterschiede, weisen alle ein bisher ein recht gleichmäßiges Wachstum auf. Mitte der Woche wurden die beiden unteren Paare Fanleaves entfernt und an Tag 21 dann auch das obere Paar. In der kommenden Woche gibt es nur noch leichtes LST. Alle Triebe werden so gebunden das kein Trieb über dem anderen liegt und alle Triebe gleichmäßig an Licht kommen. Viel Zeit bleibt dann auch nicht mehr bis es in die Blüte gehen muss um rechtzeitig fertig zu werden. Der VPD war in dieser Woche halbwegs optimal. Die Temperatur im Zelt war tagsüber um 24-25°C und die Luftfeuchtigkeitum die 60-65%. Angestrebt in diesem Stadium sind 60-70% Luftfeuchtigkeit und ungefähr 25-26°C. VPD: 0.6-0.9 kPa ________________________________ Düngen : Gegossen wird mit Wasser das 24/7 mit einer Aquariumpumpe in einer 10L Gießkanne in Bewegung gehalten wird. Davon wird soviel genommen wie es die Ladys verlangen und mit dem einen oder anderen Zusatz versetzt. Je nach Stadium der der Ladys. Ab ungefähr Woche 5 wird mit 10% vom Topfvolumen gegossen. Das ganze wird in zwei bis drei Teilen mit einem Abstand von 20-30min gegossen. Tag15 gab es nach dem anfeuchten der Oberfläche vom Substrat 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PureZym als Zusatz. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.0 gebracht. Jede Lady bekam 450ml. Tag 17 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PureZym als Zusatz. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.0 gebracht. Jede Lady bekam 450ml. Tag 20 gab es 1ml/L PowerRoots, 1ml/L PureZym und 1g/L BioEnhancer als Zusatz. Das ganze wurde auf einen ph-Wert von 6.1 gebracht. Day 70 - It takes 5 days for the soil to dry out, with a 2.5 gallon dosage of the above listed nutrients. She has been selectively de-leafed, since the last major defoliation. The goal from now to harvest, is to maximize the light penetration, and airflow throughout the canopy, while sacrificing as few leaves as possible!

I plan to harvest in a week, afraid that if I'll do not cut then buds will start to turn yellow. I probably won't keep the two lagging plants longer because the box is needed for drying. The smell is similar to sweet strawberries.

Day 36. One more heavy training session. Girls drink every day a liter at least, have to water them every 2-3 days and its good !! They got second wave of food , lost almost all oldest fan leaves and i think ill drop my plank to 80 g and will flower them next week. Still never cracked is it better to clear bottoms before flip or with first wave of defoliation during flower. This time i'll lolipop them in flower. In middle of last week found some mold on one leave - no waiting and hesitation - Biobizz LeafCoat applied ! Now can't find even smallest issue in them , pure perfectness !!! Still think 10 girls is too much for my setup to bush them out, but i just can't throw away any plant ;)))) Damn - lesson for life !! Leave branches alone after watering !!! Itchy fingers and smallest plant have only 7 proper branches left, thought to move one a bit ... ;))) Girls respond to training and food amazingly - late eves video is a proof ! Day 41. They just fly, thickness of branches is just amazing, leaves regrow faster than i pull them ;))) Today all girls will get bottoms cleaned and heavily defoliated, all tops will be HST'ed and i have power cut next tuesday, so monday - lights out for 24 hours of darkness, wednesday - flower starts ! Had to reposition them and bring in one more drain tray. Attack scheme still 2-3-3-2 ;))) All Blue Dreams hated it, loads of supercroping, one stem split, but it looks like all is finalised for flowering ! Girls got Great White Mycorrhizae tea. Next pure water, later Molasses and only then updated feed, Root Juice out, Bloom and Heaven 2x , all plans and changes ... Happy Growing !
