The 7th week started. Based on the Breeder's description it is supposed to be the final week for The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe so it should be ready to harvest. It is my first grow but I can say it needs a minimum of 2 weeks to be ready. I think 10 weeks at least. I have checked another diary with the same strain and it took 10-12 weeks to be finished. I placed the Purple Punch 38 hours Darkness so from now I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light schedule to start flowering. They are in the same tent so I take out in the morning to be in darkness, and put back at night. I did reset the timers. Water: 125 ml 2x daily each plant so altogether 250ml a day for 2 plants. I raise up every week with 50 ml a week per plant. Fertilization the same amount of water the same acacia honey around 2 big spoons and bat guano 1 teaspoon per 1-liter water and I fertilize it 3 times a week every second day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus one-half day like on Saturday once. So from today (Thursday), I started forcing the feminized strain Purple Punch to flower also after 45 days from germination. This week not too much things to say. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe stopped growing just added an extra 5 cm to its height. Hopefully it focuses on the bigger buds creation. Purple Punch grew an extra 2 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 37 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70cm.

29.6 I think I have missed a week but girls are growing like crazy now. I topped that topped one again and pinched also couple new shoots. Let's see how that turns out never done that before. Gonna switch to flower once these get recovered from that pinch. That topped one is also super cropped. I bend it to half from main stalk and tied to a stake for support. But yes very healthy nice growing plant no problems all good. 3.7 Flipped to flowering today. Next update is flowering week 1 seven days from today. (10.7.) Both doing very good. Topped girl has got good even bushy shape, like it. Other one has not gotten too tall. They actually are the same height. Happy growing!

~ Update ~ Hello my friends, welcome back to another weekly update. I have a few issues going on so I’ll put those below in the IPN. This has been a good week so far, the girls are very happy, except the bazar mazar… Other than that it’s exciting that I’m pretty much at the halfway point :) Anyways, enjoy the update and let me know what you think in the comments, I always appreciate feedback ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Notes: This is the healthiest of the bunch, nice rich green leaves and fluffy buds. I’m surprised the this little mutant is doing so well. As I said in the vlog GCS got back to me last week, I’ll keep them up to date with my grow so they know what’s going on with this girl. [Mazar] Notes: Burn! I’m noticing a lot of small but noticeable spots, leaf chattering, and slight yellowing at the tip of the leaves. I feel like I should just avoid feeding this girl though I’m not sure if that will help the situation. If you guys can take a look at this girl I’d really appreciate it :) Edit: I found out thanks to my friends here on GD that I burned my Bazar Mazar :( So time for water which I might only give her water and flower fuel then flush till harvest (might be my cleanest tasting and smelling afterwards). It's hard to feed 4 different metabolisms every watering, but hey I'm learning :) [Super Silver Haze] Notes: The beast of the grow! What a lovely plant. Even though this girl got really hungry and started cannibalizing the lower leaves her buds are massive! I’m impressed with the total growth of this beast. Honestly, I’m cheering this girl on, might be my favorite (don’t tell the others). [White Widow] Notes: More like purple widow, this dense girl is showing her dark side and I like it. I planned on the purpling, still surprising to see all this purple though. I like purple buds but I don’t want this (or any of the girls) getting shocked by the cold. Hoping the I can get a few more pieces of gear to help out the next grow. ~ Final Thoughts ~ What a week, some of the girls are rocking and the Mazar, not so much :) It’s a learning experience that will take some time for me to learn how to balance all (most) of the variables. Feeding at 1000ec, some calmag, twice daily top feed drain to waste. The roots are sitting in aerated water all day thanks to the hempy's. This is the beginning of each week. So I flushed them and switched nutrients. They were mag deficient, nitro toxic. Not PH actually. I'm adding co2 next week after I seal the room. I think I need to back the PAR down to 800 but they are still alive and it's over half way done. How any more weeks? I thought this was a 65 day auto. Hydro in a 5 gallon pot could add up to three weeks I heard with Autos. could these go 12 weeks total?

She is so beautiful her colors are coming in so nicely not to mention the pungent smell of gas that smells just how it did out the bag sheesh buds are nice and dense Im sad to see her coming to an end 😂 soon need to definitely try my hand at a reveg once she is done will continue to update as the weeks follow

Day 63 This plant now shows a much fuller canopy, with strong lateral growth and dense foliage. The training earlier in veg has clearly paid off — multiple tops are reaching upward, giving the structure a wide and balanced appearance. The node spacing is fairly tight, and the plant has developed into a bushy, healthy shape. Leaf color is a deep, rich green, a sign of good nutrient uptake. The canopy is vigorous and energetic, with new shoots continuing to push through. The posture of the leaves is upright and responsive, indicating that the plant is currently in a comfortable environment. No major signs of deficiencies are visible from this angle. At this stage, the plant looks ready to transition soon if the goal is flowering. The main considerations now are airflow and light penetration: the canopy is dense, so a light defoliation of older fan leaves could help improve circulation and ensure even bud development later on. Next steps will be to maintain a steady feeding schedule, monitor watering carefully, and prepare for the upcoming stretch once the light cycle is switched.

topped previous weeks, this week was spent training plants out to get ready to flip to flowering light cycle next week. left platinum yeti number 4 alone it is smallest weakest growth so i'm doing less to it than the training wise.

The buds hage been building and full of tric's. A few new white hairs and most have turned amber. Fed again this last week and added a bit of molasses. I think no more nutrients now. I will start checking tric's and will harvest when they are mostly amber. I think this still a couple of weeks from harvest. Thanks for looking. Cheers

D40 (31/12/2020): Second week of flower and everything is good! They are still stretching a lot. I'm not continuing LST with ties but just by tucking and banding stems and leaves. I will continue to slowly remove leaves and small bud site under canopy that will never receive enough light. The higher buds receive around 520 and 600 PPFD (40 000 to 46 000 lux) for a DLI (for 20 hours of continuous light) around 37,44 and 43,2 moles of photons which is perfect. This Glue Gelato phenotype is weird as it grows weird leaf structure since a couple of weeks. Probably since I discovers a nutrient lock in the soil with too much nutrients. Banana Kush is super healthy and look amazing! 😎 - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 56% D41 (01/01/2021): They are stretching like crazy so it's a sign of good health! I fed with nutrients 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I did remove leaves today but no bending. I want to let them grow in height. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 820 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.7, 1150PPM for BK ; PH6.8, 1120 PPM for GG - RH: 54% D42 (02/01/2021): Nothing special today. I try to turn the plant 180 degree each day to make sure fan is blowing air on every side of the pot and plant and to make sure light is distributed evenly. I also swap the two plants every 2-3 days to make sure again that the plants receive light equally. I continue removing leaves and small buds site under canopy. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 54% D43 (03/01/2021): The lights are now at 16 inch from the top buds and just 12h later I saw a big difference. They are now ready to receive intense light 😎. They receive approx. 650 to 780 PPFD and even 900 PPFD for the top buds (50 000 to 60 000 lux, and even 70 000 lux). I will check closely in the next days to make sure the buds and leaves are not burning. I fed only Max Minerals full recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I placed a round stake in each pot for when the buds will be heavy. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 460 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.8, 1550PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 1480 PPM for GG - RH: 55% D44 (04/01/2021): Nothing new today. *** UPDATE ON BUGS: I did not see any more larvae since last week. It's the 3rd week since adding nematodes and after adding 2 pouch per plant, doing 2 insecticidal soap treatment and removing 1 inch of soil, I feel like I did control the infestation. I still see some mature fungus gnats on sticky traps but nothing alarming. Increasing air flow and reducing RH also helped a lot for those bugs. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 55% D45 (05/01/2021): Nothing special today. I let them grow without new LST. I did not removed leaves since a couple of days. They are growing in height and that's what I want. I might do a defoliation in beginning of week 7 (or week 3 of flowering). I want to reduce RH in the tent under 50%. When the lamps are off, I have a lot of difficulties to maintain a proper RH for flowering stage. During night, it is around 57% with the 4 inch AC Infinity inline fan blowing full speed. RH in the room where the tent is is around 35%-40%. With 5 plants in the tent (2 cannabis, 2 tomatoes and 1 mint) it will be more difficult to control RH in the next week with flower and fruit growing bigger. I ordered a small dehumidifier on Amazon to help me reduce the RH. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 53% D46 (06/01/2021): I fed today half of the recommended dose for transition week. The PPM of the run off from last fed was high so I want to cut a bit on nutrients. The run off of both plant is down under 900PPM which is what I wanted 👍 -temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 480 PPM, approx. 3.5L each plant - run off: PH6.9, 860PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 766PPM for GG -RH: 52%

I’m baaaaack!!! Sorry I’ve been away for a while. I’ve been busy getting everything together for the next phase… Welcome to the Dude Garden 2.0! I now have 3 grow areas. Two 2x4 tents (one for clone/veg, another for mothers) and a large 10x12’ish flowering area (its actually larger than that, but I’ll be conservative). The tents are running 300w LED’s and a T5 for the cloning/sprouting station. The flowering area has a 1000w HPS!!! I’m totally psyched to see how the HPS does with flowering for me. From all the research I’ve done It seems to still be undisputed that HPS is the best for flowering (but not so good on the electric bill). I moved all plants from the tents to the new flowering area under HPS. That includes 3 Blackberry’s (FastBuds), NYC Diesel Auto (Barney’s Farm), DinaMed+ and Critical+ (DinaFem), Cream & Cheese CBD (Seedsman) and 3 Cherry Hemp (Elevator Supply Co). The Cream & Cheese CBD is looking very nice and she smells great! I am looking forward to watching her stretch and bloom under the new 1000w HPS. Then I'm really looking forward to the results. I'll definitely get her tested and hope the specs are even close to true. 20%'ish for both THC and CBD sounds too good to be true, but fingers crossed that's what she actually brings! I transplanted the photos from the 3 gallon grow bags to 7 gallon fabric pots. And also purchased some Pot Elevators that they are sitting on. The Plant Elevators are pretty cool, they have a mesh base to allow better drainage and air flow to the bottom of the pots. I have clones of all of the photos cut and planted in Jiffy pellets in a humidity dome. I took 3 clones of each. The strongest clones will become mothers, the others will be grown out. Note: The HPS gives much more of a yellow wash on the pics than I was expecting. I tried to color correct the pics the best I could and tried to get to the real colors, It should be pretty close.
