Lost 2 plants to being hermies last week not sure why it happened but anyways spread the remaining plants out to take up the whole tent and keeping a close eye on them as well ... added a few bloom supplements cyco swell supa sticky and suga rush as well as king crab beneficial bacteria going into week five should be able to cruise right into harvest nothing much to do from here on out feed when there hungry and let em grow

Well the trichomes clouded up fast! Maybe I didnt notice them initially but majority were cloudy with some amber so I gave it the chop on the night of Day 80. Will update with dried weight soon. Very exciting times for a first time grower!

​Die finale Phase der Vegetation war ereignisreich. Pünktlich zu Beginn der Woche stand für die Jelly Donutz der finale Medienwechsel an. Die Dame wurde erfolgreich aus ihrem alten Schuh in den großen 15-Liter-Stofftopf umgetopft, um dem Wurzelsystem maximalen Freiraum für den kommenden Stretch zu bieten. Die Oberfläche wurde zudem sauber abgedeckt. ​Beim Blick auf die Wachstumsstruktur im Nachhinein fiel auf: Das eigentlich geplante zweite Topping wurde schlichtweg vergessen. Dieser ausbleibende Schnitt wird das finale Wuchsmuster natürlich ein wenig beeinflussen – die Haupttriebe durften dadurch ungestört weiterziehen, anstatt sich nochmals aufzuspalten. Das tut der brutalen Optik des Humboldt-Strains jedoch absolut keinen Abbruch. Die Pflanze strotzt vor Vitalität, steht extrem stämmig im Substrat und hat den neuen Topf zügig angenommen. Zum Ende der Woche hin waren alle Parameter im grünen Bereich, sodass die Beleuchtung nun offiziell auf den Blüte-Rhythmus von 12 Stunden umgestellt wurde. Wir verabschieden uns aus einer starken Vegi und sind bereit für die ersten Blütenansätze!

-------------------------------------------- Week 14 // Dec 4 - Dec 10 -------------------------------------------- - Dec 10th puts us at day 96 from seed and everything is going smoothly for the most part - but they still need to mature a bit more. - i'm definitely seeing the difference in the phenos; one plant going yellow and another is going purple. - Sage #2, the smaller plant, really hasn't shown me any issues and is fading out to purple and still looks great today. - Still running beneficials and enzymes: Microbial mass every two weeks and Orca twice a week and Z9 once a week. ​- Plants are eating and drinking as top off is dropping daily and PPMs dropping as a result. - I'm still alternating Overdrive (15ml) and AN Coco Bloom (10ml) and shooting for a high target of 750ppm each dose. - I'm giving a dose at about the 690ppm mark. The dose brings ppm back up to 750ppm. I've been doing this daily with a top-off bucket with plain RO maintaing the water level. ​- I'm checking trichomes daily, just getting milky now on the calyxes (bracts). But, I'm still not seeing much amber yet and still lots of clear trichomes on the lower growth. - Sage #3 leaves are getting pretty brittle. The RH is way too dry for a rust fungus issue and would have spread by now to the other plant (Sage #2) I'd imagine. I don't know if it was salt build-up or calmag deficiency in early flower with a combination of nute burn, but now I'm leaning toward nutrient burn and CMH light burn even though it was the bigger plant of the two. Sage #2 doesnt have any issues. Balancing the needs of two phenos in RDWC can be challenging. - I'll admit I did push the ppms for a bit of tip burn, but it is weird why the bigger plant would burn if that is the case. - Either way, the upper sugar leaves have on Sage #3 are rusty, breaking off, and brittle on the top of the flowers. I need to figure it out so I can correct it next time. Plenty of PK between overdrive and bloom, calmag really isn't needed in late flower so the deficiency shouldn't have progressed if it was a calcium or magnesium issue in the early flower. - RH is dry enough I'm not too worried about any rot and trying to clean up any dead leaf matter when i see it. - I'm not rushing anything for the sake of harvest, but I do need these plants need to finish up... I'm worried I may in trim jail on Christmas after a 10 day dry. - Expecting to harvest any day, but who knows at this point could be another 10 days until mostly milky and I feel the THC content is optimal. Was a smooth week. Did a flush and fresh nutrients. Kept the nutrient dose the same since everyone looks happy. Started training and trimmed a few leaves and branches off. I plan to switch them to flower after week 5. She is one of the slower growing plants. Heavy indica with short fat leaves. Still pumping nutrients 24 hours.

Time to move to flower tent; hopefully she fits! Defoliating and topping the soil before moving her. Will continue defoliation for a few weeks. Photos/video taken 77 days after breaking soil.

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

Again, added silicate to this grow too, probably should have done only one first to see how it does. Time will tell. Did some super cropping on this grow too, seems to work. The plant under to cobbs seems to be doing slightly better. Not really sure as they are just over a week longer into flower. I am tracking this and will know more at the end. Buds are building and a pretty sight. Going to water less and more frequently, lets see how that goes. Also during flower I am not going to let them dry out as much. Maybe half way, as best I can and then water again. Cheers

Week 17 Day 1 Getting closer day by day, currently at 1.6 e.c, ph6. Will lower her down to around 1.2/1.4. Still can't see any amber get, just cloudy as Week 17 Day 6 Changed out to winter frost for 7 days, shes getting close

This girl has become a beauty. Stacking up nicely with amazing tricome and hair production. Unmistakable RS11 aroma. Thinking she will be the heavyweight out of my outdoor plants all said and done.

12/3/23 - Day 27 - Hello All! Today I was able to catch the water change as it all happened. I have a video that I uploaded above. Here we are going into week 5. Shes growing fast and her branches are close together. Not much going on other than letting this LEAF box do its thing. I'll keep it updated with pictures as we go along. I still have leftover nutrients from the last grow. The A-nute is getting close to being gone. So I replaced it with the A-Nutes that I had purchased to start this grow. Replacing them is super easy. Another water change day in the books! 12/5/23 - Day 29 - I did some cleaning up on the branches. I removed a lot of the fan leaves. I do plan on cleaning it up a little more but I wanted to give her a moment to recover. However, I am starting to think that it does not matter. So far with both of the grows I have done in this LEAF box. When I trim the plant and I think it's going to cause an slow down, I'm wrong. So far I have yet to see a bad result from trimming her. It's almost like the plant likes it better immediately and starts to stretch out and get bigger. 12/7/23 - Day 31 - I noticed there are pistles already forming. I spoke with someone about how quickly that was and they said that I should wait to flip them to flower. Autos are kind of known to start flower when they are stressed. I forsure stressed her out when I just put a huge trim on her. Ill give it another few days to see if the pistles continues to pop up or slow down.

What up fam, weekly update on these gorgeous ladies. They're getting really close. I'll probably be harvesting these this coming week to wash. So they'll be getting chopped and froze until I bubblewash them turning it into fresh frozen live rosin. They smell so good I find myself going back to for more. The flowers have all swelled amazing to nice size buds with what I like to think is the perfect density. Have some alcohol near by after touch them as your fingers will be stuck together. Está 5 semana de vegetación la planta dejó de estar en indoor y fue puesta en el patio, aquí recibe el sol de 11 am a 4 pm, al parecer se está espigando un poco pero en mi indoor estoy cultivando plantas automáticas correctamente desde el principio para mejorar la producción.

Start of flowering week 1. This girl is already bigger then her round 1 sister and she's starting to stretch after just a few days of 12/12 light. The only nutrient difference this grow, will be the addition of sensizym, hopefully it helps pack on a few more grams per plant.

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊

So this multi strain grow was abandoned to itself after I had to leave home for a while, forest fires and damaged roads. So for four weeks they were alone with only light and water. No nutrients or training. Now, she survived but it's obvious she has suffered more than some. I expect a very small yield here but that is no fault of the strain. Buds look light and not too dense. Smell is down the cherry side almost like dark cherry. No purple buds to speak of but she is now showing a little colour towards the very end. Trichrome production is OK not great. I will soon have this harvested and I will update you all with weights although I expect to so much, maybe the quality will cover the lack of weight. We can hope :)
