Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time. I guess from when I drowned it I caused a lurking issue that really showed it's head today. The roots were looking not slightly bleached but looking black. I cut out what looked dead and I had to run to the local Hydro shop to pick up some items to see if I can fix it and strengthen the plants. I picked up Mammoth Silica, ORCA, and ROOT Drip. I actually needed to top 1 node on #2. PH is stable, Temps are stable.. I will be changing out the water and Nutes on Saturday not waiting the 2 weeks. 3/8/2023 Week 3- Day 4 of Veg (Day 35 overall) Well Both appear to be doing all right. I think the additives are truly making a difference I think I will be adding them to all my grows from here on out. 3/9/2023 Week 3- Day 5 of Veg (Day 36 overall) Both still appear to be on the mend Still some dark brown on a small part of the roots and I don't know if those are just dead but it doesn't look like it is spreading and I see a bunch of new roots forming. Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. I topped 2 nodes on #3 I topped 3 Nodes on #2 I also cleaned out some of the bottom third portion that isn't getting much light and not much growth at all. #2: 8 1/2" tall, 18" Wide #3: 7 1/2" Tall, 15" Wide

Start of the 9 week, the ladies are showing nice tops and the smell are really getting stronger day by day! Leaf colors are "OK" (in my opinion) some "yellowing" i guess not from the normal growth cicle fadding collors of this genetic... I think it was from the distance to my Optic LED, i underated how tall this genetics grow, some burnout signs on leafs and that´s not from the nuts also! So far so good, not optimistic by nature and having lack of experience as a gardner but i guess i´m on the rigth path! 👻

So this week I added nutrients for the flowering stage. I gave her a little trim as well as added her netting. I flipped her on last Sunday PP

Rainbow melon has exploded with vibrant green branching. Seems like a new node every day beautiful plant structure going to start low stress training this week.🔥

Hey! This was the last week of flower, I harvested on day 62 of flower because I noticed some nanners appearing.. This strain was fighting for it's life from start and it did a good come back but in flower she couldn't advance at some point, must have gotten stressed for some reason.. all the other strains turned out great and this one pretty good as well just not as great as I'd expected.. I saw a fly in the tent about 10 days ago. The larvae of these flies feed on the roots of the plant. I first watered it with diluted hydrogen peroxide. then i flushed. now the ladies are fine. 🤓🌱🤓👍👍
