So here we are day 24 in bloom! My new girls have started to climb above this beauty now and are off their raises and I feel I may have to start raising this one if they continue to stretch any more! As I have to keep the light at 18” running through my tests of the light! Because I did 12” last grow and ran into light intensity problems and as of yet am I to experience any problems and I hope I literally make it through without any 😊 she’s all organic too which is a treat when it comes to flushing! I do flush for 2 weeks when the pistols turn 60-70% orange! Seems to be the perfect time I’ve been used to and worked! Then I look at the trichromes for perfect harvest! Just know she smells so good already just open the tent and smell her sweet grapefruit terps coming through strong! And her flowers and going to be huge as I’m not yet half way through and look at the growth! I do prefer growing organic and am transitioning towards growing fully organic! All I know is this Zamnesia stuff is incredible! Along side bionova! It’s simple and productive!

26/07/20 (Sunday) Plants were starting to exhibit signs of light burn so I switched back to the 75W bulb. SVG never seemed to recover from having it's cotyledon damaged so I decided to take a risk and fed all of the seedlings 20-20-20 nutrients except the D.R. which I thought would've suffered shock, so I just watered it. 27/07/20 Decided to mist the plants with a homemade pesticide mix today because they're readying to be introduced as full time outdoor plants in a week or two so their sun basks are getting longer. 28/07/20 Noticed what looks like new growth from the first true leaves of the SVG, fingers crossed it's making progress. 29/07/20 The new growth from the SVG has split into two on both sides leading me to theorize that it's abandoned it's main stem (for now at least) and started two new stems. All other plants are working on new nodes and are showing a steady growth of .5cm a day. I've decided to revert to the 100W bulb because I believe I've misdiagnosed the light burn. 30/07/20 Today I left them outside for their longest sunbask to this point; 7 of their 18 total hours was provided by sunlight. The SVG now has two new 3-leaf true leaves on each new stem confirming my theory. Also starting to see signs of a minor mite problem on one of the leaves of my TT plant (Though it's new growth that wasn't sprayed with my homemade concoction.) 31/07/20 New growth has already begun sprouting from between the new true leaves of the SVG with no visible progress on the 'abandoned' main stem. Also had a power outage for 2 of the plants 18 hours. 01/08/20 Today the plants again stayed out in the sun for longer than previously making 8 hours in direct sunlight. I've decided to keep them in the grow tent for a further week because when I went to retrieve them the Jam was blown down flat by winds and had started to grow bent towards the light, so I doubt it's stem is ready for that daily beating. I raised the soil level and massaged it back into shape and it seems to be back on track. The D.R. is slowly beginning to bounce back from being stunted in the seedling tray and from it's third node (from the bottom up) of 3 leaf true leaves has turned into 5 leaf leaves. The SVG has made a major recovery and seems to be on it's way to even surpassing the others by the end of the week. The TT is officially the sturdiest of the younger seedlings and it's growing right behind the Jam in terms of node development. All in all this week was an overall success growth wise and I'm looking forward even more to week 3.

Week 4 of flower 👍🏾

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. 28 days huh... I don't know what to think here right now. The plant looks completely healthy, no over or underwatering symptoms, no nutrient deficiency or excess symptoms, completely healthy in my opinion. The plant is growing as seen in timelapse, would not say it is stunted. It is growing a shit ton of side nodes but nothing is stretching and I don't know why. I did see some stretching at the end of the week, either the plant will stretch drastically over the next week or I will end up with a Basketball-sized XXXL Bud. To be sure I re-calibrated all probes and they were fine before calibrating so no error on that side. Mixed a new batch of nutrient solutions and did a full swap of the reservoir. Added support bars and a net. Values are average of the day. Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

Yeah I have already written a review about it in my previous diary. It is really strong not a day time smoke... It makes you really high. The plant is very very stinky when you cut so close all the doors and windows!!!!!! Last 2 pictures in the jar was aken after 4 days of the harvest. The harvest day it was 171g and after 4 days 80g. It needs to be cured. After 6 days its weight 51g. The last 6 pictures show the flower after 3 weeks of curing. The best thing in this smoke that it doesn't have that strong smell at all almost nothing but the effect is in :) All the plants grow at least 40-50 cm but it can grow over 100cm as well if you let it. 4 weeks later : I decided to make some cannabutter. Update: Fucking hell I have never tried brownie or tea like this and also I have never been so high. I put one tsp into my tea and felt nothing so decided to repeat with 3 tsp. I went to take a nap and when I woke up I couldn't see I was so fucking high for several hours. In the third week of the cannabis flowering stage, I have been working to reduce deficiencies. I used PK 13-14 for the first time at a very low dose. Humidity is consistently at 55%, temperature is maintained between 23-24 degrees Celsius, and I am following a 12-hour light/dark cycle. 🔄 I welcome any tips!
