Week 5 begins! Divine storm 1 & 2 are doing well, however DS2 is a bit hungrier. I believe that was do to her close location to the fan moving air around the bottom of the canopy. Increased feeding to 5 liters per plant and did some defoliation of the yellowing leaves. Moved the ladies to the other side of the room for the rest of the grow. Thanks for stopping by 👽🌳🔥

Leaf scaring getting worse but seems to have stopped progressing. Buds look amazing and can't complain about tricome production.

Just got a new 600w mh/hps light for now it’s in my current setup with my 250 n it’s dimmed to 50%, only reason I mention is b/c the plants seem to be loving it!! They’re 12 days old from seed, still just ph’d water for them! So far so good :P

Day 29 - 8/12 - I took the day off! Didn't water and didn't measure. LOL I did peek at her once or twice though... Day 30 8/13 - 8.5" today! - 5.8 ph water as usual. - Cut off a couple of fan leaves that were annoying me. Thinking about finally flipping her tonight, getting a bit bored LOL need a change up. Day 31 - 8/14 - LOL Never mind on flipping her I guess, I ended up topping her! I wasn't going to, the furthest thing on my mind when it came to training her! But, I just did! I topped her! What can I say...I am very impulsive. I get an idea in my head and it's done before the next thought. I will change things up on a dime! - Well, she is doing good after that sudden head chop though. Wish I would have decided to do this a few days ago...but whatever! I think I will let her veg out for a few more weeks and get tall before I flip now LOL I may change my mind before then though. - 7" tall today now that she is topless. - No water today, but bringing her new feed up to full strength on her next...It's coming! She wants it bad lol Day 32 - 8/15 - Finally a full feed! Upped her Cal mag to 4ml/gal now too. May end up needing to go higher on that soon. - 7" tall still - She's already growing new pretty leaves and looking more bushy lol. I'm glad I topped her. - Hoping her full strength will help her paleness now lol, and her big dose of cal mag of course. Day 33 - 8/16 - 7.5" tall Day 34 - 8/17 - 7.5" tall - Still on every other day water with full strength Terra Grow from Plagron and 4ml of Cal Mag. Sometimes I feel like adding a ml or 2 of silica. Giving 2000ml per water. Day 35 - 8/18 - 8" tall **Still going on about how much I love my low effort nutrient feed! Simplicity is the way ! LOL at least for me. She didn't seem to mind the switch up to Plagron at all, but she was really young though. She did yell a bit at me for starting her so low...but this was my first time using Plagron, and my first time not going off of someone else's chart so I was fine taking my time. And, as you can see, she survived LOL She also didn't mind me suddenly cutting her head off. LOL When will I flip.....now that will be a mystery. I'm sure it will just hit my head one day that "today is the day"....and I'm sure there will be no actual reason for that specific day either, just an "I felt like it". Lana has not managed to nibble any this week, but she has stood guard to make sure no one else could either. She thinks if anyone is getting a nibble it's gonna be her! My little guardian. Feeding these plants is an absolute joy, especially with the Aptus Holland veg mix. It's like giving them a gourmet meal tailored to their exact needs. I can see the difference it's making in their lush, green foliage and sturdy stems. Every day, I'm amazed by the progress these plants are making. The 1st week was kind of nerve racking wondering if I did the right thing by popping the seed straight into the soil. Luckily 🍀 everything went smooth, with an exception of me having to leave for a couple of days. I’ll show you an update on how that went on my next post for week 2. What an incredible grow this has been! It's definitely up there with my best and favorite indoor grows I've done on Grow Diaries so far. It had a strong, resilient and beautiful growth from the first week when it fell all the way to harvest. Definitely an easy plant to grow that had an amazing pay off in the end. I think it's safe to say that anyone could grow this strain with mid level supplies and minimal experience and get good results. If I ran more powerful lights and kept a more comfortable environment (humidity etc) I don't see why my yields couldn't get even better with each grow. Even at the 4 ounces of good smokeable buds and 1 and 1/2 of trim and larf I was very satisfied . After drying and curing the plant had a strong smell with hints of flowers and sweet fruit. The taste was subtle fruity and sweet too. Where the Blue Monkey really shines is with making concentrates. I was able to do a few different projects with it. First I did some rosin pressing where the return rate was just barely under a 20%, which is very good. A 4 gram squish giving .8 gram back, that's the best return I've gotten off just bud, no kief or hash pressing. Then I decided to make some rick simpson oil. Ground buds and trim, decarb it, put it into the jars with high proof alcohol 150+, let it sit and shake overnight and then strain into a dark tincture, then use double boiler with no open flames to evaporate all of the alcohol out, and suck up into some syringes. I got 12 ml total...which is equal to 12 grams of RSO. It was awesome, you can smoke it, use it for edibles, a good diverse concentrate. * Don't forget to make your mom a care package, she'll be happy.💚 All in all this was the most productive, and educational grow I've had all year. Not to mention the plant and buds were just gorgeous! Thank you @exoticseed this was an amazing seed you created.

december 20th gave her half a gallon of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.6 with 1/2 tsp of bloom nutes to each 3 gallons of water. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. she was showing a few deficiencies

The seed was immersed for 12 hours in water with three drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide 11.01. Then it was immersed in a peat tablet. After throwing off the helmet, the tablet was placed in a 1 L cloth bag. Cloth bag about 15 liters Earth will be used in its own assembly: sour peat, sphagnum peat, Biohumus, perlite, vermiculite, GUANOKALONG, krill meal, bone meal, fish meal, dolomite flour, ash, sapropel, English salt. I also use trichoderma, mycorrhiza, some bacteria and organic stimulants Italian company Valagro. 80% is super soil, and 20% on top is soil for seedlings. The main pot watered Trichoderma lignorum before planting the seedling. I used the method of sprouting in a peat pad for the first time - did not like it. Better in a napkin. The first cloth pot of 1 liter is also a bad option. Next time I will take a 0.3-0.5 l paper cup for drinks.
