Off to the races after the first week of veg. And the girls are looking good. They had about 24-48 hours of transplant shock but have since turned over and look perky. They never fully transitioned and all of em look like they’re turning back around. Definitely starting to see some pheno variation on one of the indicas (F6) - trademark from the Skywalker 100%. A light bluish/purpleish hue on the fan leaves. We’ll see what happens over the next week then probably just pick a day and flip. We don’t need em huge - just big enough to show off dem buds. On the hardware side of this grow, the mods to the dutchy system look to be working well. It just makes plant management easier with a full trough drain as opposed to individual drainage holes. Really, the system isn’t a concern for the most part. It’s proven time and time again how manageable a recirc system can truly be. Scaling down to smaller pots and more plants has also been a revelation of sorts around here. We used to grow monsters and now the aim is strictly proportional yields across a wider array of genetics. Been a great trip so far🤟. Couple more boring weeks of veg. And as soon as the breeding tent is cleaned up and pollen free - it’s go for blast-off👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

These girls are just days away from harvest! I will closely monitor their pistils, calyxes & trichomes throughout the week so I can determine exactly when to give these girls their two days darkness before chop! They are all starting to fade out really nice and the smell just keeps getting stronger each and every day! After this last feed/flush I will only give these girls R/O-Distilled Water with nothing added whatsoever. Please enjoy the videos I posted of the girls! Update: 9/7 The pistils and trichomes are about right where I want them. I’d say I have about 90% Cloudy, 7% Clear & 3% Amber Trichomes. A majority of pistils have gone from white to amber and have retracted. The girls have stopped drinking water so I transferred them to my darkroom to finish off for two days. After the two days I will chop and hang at 67°F @ 55%RH for 8-10 days until the stems begin to snap.

Bubba Kush Mintz Autoflower is growing great. She got some selective defoliation, and gets kst as needed. She is showing her first pistils, and will very stretching a lot in next few weeks. I busted myself up so havent been able to get into the grow much for a couple weeks. They are definitely thirsty and not getting enough water so will water more deeply next time around a gallon per tote a day.

Smooth grow all round - poor weather at the start, centipedes near the end... otherwise okay.

Vegetative Week 6 – Pineapple Upside Down (Round 2) This week confirms a full recovery in vegetative growth. The plant clearly regained vigor and momentum. Growth is strong, foliage is dense, and overall structure looks healthy. Internodal spacing is noticeably tight, resulting in a very compact and bushy plant. This could be influenced by the full-spectrum lighting, which appears to promote dense vegetative development. Although topping or defoliation was considered, no structural work was done this week. The priority is to let the plant continue growing naturally and fully stabilize before any training or shaping. Nutrition remains unchanged from the previous week. The nutrient solution is maintained around EC 1.4–1.5, with pH close to 6.0. The plant is responding well, showing no signs of deficiency or stress. While some time was lost earlier in the cycle due to initial issues, the delay is clearly less significant than in the previous run. Progress has improved, and this recovery phase highlights areas to refine in future germination and early-stage management. This week ends on a positive note. The plant looks healthy again, and the focus moving forward is simply to let her grow and maintain consistency. See you next week. Take care. -Update: 04/02/26- •Structural work update: Today, a full structural intervention was carried out on the plant. Defoliation, topping, and pruning were all done in one session. The plant had become too bushy and overly dense, with poor airflow and excessive humidity trapped inside the canopy. To correct this, the structure was reset: four lateral branches were selected and kept, while the main apexes were topped to start defining the future shape of the plant. At this stage, the goal was not refinement but foundation. This intervention marks the beginning of the plant’s final structure, or at least the first clear step toward it. A significant amount of foliage was removed, leaving the plant with much less leaf mass than before. The work is now finished, and no further cutting is planned for the moment. From here, the plant will simply be left to recover from the stress of this heavy intervention. The focus now shifts to recovery, stability, and healthy regrowth.

Another good week. Knock on wood. The plants responded very well to drop in the nutrient level. This is the first and second week of the flower cycle. And starting to get some white hairs. They are girls! I decided they needed a haircut and did some major defoliation today. There’s some pictures before and after.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. Week 8! I've seen some challenges leading up to this point so far, with Plant #2 showing the results of what insanely high EC levels can do and how important it can be to know what's going in to the soil and what's coming out. Luckily, things seem to be straightening out and both plants are putting on bud weight. Day 50: - did some very light defoliation, removing a few fan leaves that were blocking bud sites on both plants. - the smell is starting to get much stronger than it was last week. Day 51: - watered with a 310ppm nutrient solution, using 3ml of Remo's Bloom nutrients + GH's CaliMagic per gallon of dechlorinated (by aeration) tap water. Day 52: - nothing to report Day 53: - tent temperatures reached a bit higher than normal due to warmer outside temperatures. 80F instead of 78F, for approximately 8hrs. Day 54: - Plant #2 has an extremely sweet smell, sort of like grape. - Plant #1 is smells similar but not quite as sweet and not quite as much grape. Day 55: - Probably should have watered today but we're leaving it one more day. Day 56: - watered with plain, dechlorinated (by aeration) tap water. - used small amount of bloom nutrients to adjust pH from 7.1 to 6.4, resulting in a weak 55ppm nutrient solution. - watered to runoff (maybe 10%). - Plant #2 runoff testing at 6.3 pH and 1850ppm, which is higher than we expected. - did some light foliage trimming, mostly on plant #2, to remove dead and mostly-dead leaves.
