Buds are beginning to forms very well, the plants looks very strong. I have been cutting off big and old leaves, also the small lower branches. Compost added on top of the soil and watered down. Smell is very good. Molasses were added to the soil, to provide sugars for the plant and microbes.

Letzte Tage vor dem Chop – Flieder-Terps & milchige Trichome 🌸👀 📅 Blütetag 73 | Gesamttag 133 Jetzt wirklich die letzten Meter im Double Run. Viel passiert nicht mehr – außer dass beide Ladies sichtbar auslaugen und immer zerlotterter wirken. Genau das, was man sehen will: sie ziehen jetzt konsequent die letzten Reserven aus den Blättern. Die White Gushers 33 braucht weiterhin Geduld, während die Triangle Sherbet Kush schon fast komplett milchig ist – kaum noch klare Trichome zu sehen. Reif ist sie definitiv, aber ich gebe beiden noch ein paar Tage extra, um den Sweet Spot sauber mitzunehmen. Beim Öffnen des Zelts kommt jetzt ganz klar eine florale Fliedernote durch – richtig angenehm und deutlich wahrnehmbar. Das Ganze geht in eine fruchtige, leicht süßliche Flieder-Richtung, sehr rund und schon jetzt ziemlich ausgeprägt. Seit einer Woche gibt es nur noch Wasser. Trotzdem trinken beide noch erstaunlich gut weiter – läuft also sauber bis zum Ende durch. Draußen wird’s langsam frühlingshaft, VPD deutlich entspannter – aktuell eher nebensächlich, aber zumindest keine kritische Feuchtigkeit mehr. Was mich etwas fuchst: die White Gushers 33 schiebt auf eigentlich fertigen Buds noch diese kleinen Türmchen. Nicht ideal, aber jetzt auch nichts mehr, was man noch beeinflussen kann. Ich gebe ihnen noch 3–4 Tage, maximal 5 – dann ist Schluss. ? 💬 Grow Frage Feedback – Dark Period vor der Ernte Im Zuge meiner Frage zur Dark Period vor der Ernte wollte ich das Ganze hier nochmal zusammenfassen: Vielen Dank erstmal an alle für den starken Input! 🙏 Es war wirklich interessant, die unterschiedlichen Meinungen zu sehen. Die meisten Grower sind sich einig, dass die Ernte am Morgen vor dem Einschalten des Lichts im normalen Zyklus der gängigste Weg ist. Einige setzen weiterhin auf eine 24–48-stündige Dunkelphase, während andere diese für unnötig halten und den natürlichen Rhythmus der Pflanze nicht unterbrechen wollen. Am Ende scheint es so zu sein, dass der richtige Reifegrad und das Timing wichtiger sind als eine abschließende Dunkelphase. Ich schätze die vielen Erfahrungswerte hier sehr – richtig wertvoller Input! Not much is happening anymore – except both ladies clearly fading and looking more worn out by the day. Exactly what you want to see: they’re pulling every last bit of nutrients from the leaves. The White Gushers 33 still needs a bit more patience, while the Triangle Sherbet Kush is already almost fully cloudy – barely any clear trichomes left. Definitely in the harvest window, but I’ll give them a few more days to really hit that sweet spot. When opening the tent now, a very clear floral lilac note comes through – super pleasant and quite pronounced. It leans towards a fruity, slightly sweet lilac profile, already very round and well developed. For about a week now, they’ve only been getting plain water. Interestingly, both are still drinking quite well – smooth finish so far. Spring is slowly kicking in outside, VPD is getting more stable – not very relevant at this stage anymore, but at least no excessive humidity. One thing that bugs me a bit: the White Gushers 33 is throwing small foxtails on already finished buds. Not ideal, but nothing you can really influence at this stage. I’ll give them another 3–4 days, max 5 – then it’s chop time. ? 💬 Community Feedback – Dark Period before Harvest Following my question about dark period before harvest, I wanted to sum it up here: Thanks everyone for the great input! 🙏 Really interesting to see the different opinions here. Most growers seem to agree that harvesting in the morning before lights turn on during the normal cycle is the most common approach. Some still like to add a 24–48h dark period, while others consider it unnecessary and prefer not to interrupt the plant’s rhythm. All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 77/7 PPFD is between 470 and 700 again with little vertical growth after all the HST/LST over last few days. I used 15 minutes of UV mid day with 15 minutes (30 total) IR before and after main light timers. VPD was better today with 73F/55%RH/40%ILV Turning off the humidifier was the key this time. All in all she looks fine for the day, I am hoping to get the new tent up tomorrow and will see if I can get her to fully stretch out again to allow each cola enough space to bulk with light and wind Day 78/8 Tent conditions improved today because I was able to fix the sizing issue - I now have a Spider Farmer Pro-Grade Grow Tent, 48"x48"x80" VPD is harder to get the humidity down in so I may have to put in a second de-humidifier or open another vent port, currently I have a 6" ILV pulling against a 4" open air vent hole. I would have tinkered with it a bit more but I was getting close to lights out so I left it. VPD for most of the day was 74F/55%RH/40%ILV in the Mars Hydro Tent. I current have 68F/65%RH/40%ILV for overnight. Lights are about the same as yesterday with 80% power I am getting 470 to 700 ppfd from 42" from soil to light and since the plant is about 20" that gives her about 22" leaves to light. Im currently using the same 2x4 Bloom Plus LED light centered in the tent but I have another 2x4 Bloom Plus scheduled for delivery on Monday or Tuesday. - She had 20 minutes of UV and 30 minutes total of IR (15/15) I am hoping this allows her to spread out and receive full light/air on each cola - So I also placed 2 more fans in the tent at plant level to help circulate the air better. Day 79/9 PPFD was little changed since yesterday as was vertical growth (I think she's trying to spread back out again.) - ppfd was between 480 and 710 with 25 minutes of UV and 30 of IR (18/18) VPD was a struggle to get under 60 - I now have 2 de-humidifiers in teh tent witht the ILV set to kick up anytime she hits 62%RH. Mostly though I was able to get it down to 55 to 61 - Temps are easier to control with 4 fans and the ILV triggers. Day 80/10 VPD was 74 to 77F today with humidity still pushing 62% with 2 humidifiers today when the tent was closed. Otherwise I was able to reduce the humidity to 35 to 45% with the door open long enough (in MN fall with temps are around 30s) So I had my door open for a bit today because I installed my second Bloom Plus XP2500 LED lights today and had to reroute most of the wires. PPFD after completion ranged from 550 at lowest to 750 - I only did 20 minutes of UV since yesterday was her first day at 20. I also increased the IR to 30/30 with 15 before and after lights on/off - so a total of 1 hr total at lights on/off Feels dry so I plan to feed tomorrow morning with about 3 gallons of 6.3ph de-chlorinated tap water feed in a 10:90 ratio of Veg/Bloom mix Day 81/11 I fed her today with 3 gallons of 6.4ph de-chlorinated tap water with a 25:75 ratio of Veg/Bloom mix at 500ppm. Runoff showed a ph of 6.5 and 1750 ppm. VPD was more stable today after I opened another open air vent hole on another side of the side. 76F/55%RH with ILV on auto when needed. PPFD ranged from 550 to 750 again with the lights at about 42 and she's now 34x28wide x22 tall, so about 20 inches from lights. Still only hit her with 20minutes of UV and an hour of IR with 30/30 at main light schedule with 15/15 before and after. Day 83/13 Almost two weeks since flip. Turning the lights down yesterday seemed to help, little to no new burn progression on those identified yesterday and new growth with no new burn. Will continue to monitor. Nute transfer seems to also slowed progression with the leaves only turning brown where they yellowed before and little to no new yellowing. VPD doing better as well - I turned the heat down just slightly so now avg temps are about 73 - 75F and humidity under 59%RH with the OLV set to auto for limit controls PPFD most unchanged after I started the day with a little LST on the center cola that was getting ahead of the rest. I also released teh last branch being tied - now all colas are simply help by the tomato rings. Once it was leveled PPFD was 750 at highest and about 550 for the lowest.

Processed 2 plants and took some colas off one of the remaining plants make sure my washing volume is consistent. Holy smokes some amazing rosin. Consistency and terps are loud and stinky. Very potent effects. This mfker will put you on ur ass. The fresh press rosin is just outta this world. This strain dumps trichromes. What a great experience. Half way done and I have nearly 80 grams of rosin. Insane! Business is boomin

The breeder says day 45 is the day for harvesting.. when I reached that day I started looking closely the trichomes to see when best day to harvest.. usually I wait till more less 10%amber.. however I found a bud rot in one of the other plant on my tent so I decided to chop it down on same day afraid of spreading it to Apple blossom. If that had not happened I would wait maybe 2-3 days more.

I just noticed today I’m having some top leaves yellowing between the veins. My ph is on point so I don’t think it’s a deficiency. I haven’t changed anything except the Carboload. So I think I’m going to dump my tank and flush. I really cannot imagine its the Carboload either. So I’m a bit perplexed. I decided after digging into The scrog and finding some lower yellow leaves it was a nitrogen deficiency. Upped the A&B

Buds are getting bigger, :) Starting to get a little warmer in my neck of the woods, gotta run the AC a bit more. Got the grow almost dialed in. Girls are looking good.

Hello, Day 29 of flower today. She is packing on some trichomes since 2-3 days and it’s getting more everyday. Buds are growing and starting to look like they should. The smell is not that strong but if you walk by the opened window you smell that there is a weed plant somewhere near. The trichomes are sticky and the smell is hyping me up like crazy. Weight was okay today, I will water again tomorrow with 6-7 Liters without added nutrients. Some bottom leaves are starting to get a yellowish colour which kinda concerns me, but I’m far away from panicking. Estimated flower time are 50-60. my light is running on 85% which is 225W / 35cm distance to the canopy. I added those extra 5% power yesterday and we will see if she likes it. Maybe I will buy additional phosphor booster, but I have to gather some information first. I the next couple days I will also get a hygrometer to check my humidity. I can’t change it but I think it’s good to know for the next grow. The temperature is measured via an infrared thermometer, leaf temp was 18°C night and 23°C day temp. Week 2 begins, showing some deficiency signs, hopefully the addition of big bud coco will help correct it.

I transplanted the Blackberry Kush a little early so it could start benefitting from the auto watering. For my grow set up I am not worried about overwatering, and I think the root development will be just fine in my tall, 2.5g pots. I will keep dialing up the nutrients carefully, as the Blackberry Kush is showing some minor development issues which I hope will self resolve (the Fastbuds Blackberry is doing great in the same conditions). I will have a lot more updates during the week, happy growing everyone and stay safe! 👍🌱 Day 10: started adding silicon and rapid start (and a little pH down) and upped the trio slightly. In case anyone is wondering if there is any perlite, there is! It's just chilling under layer of pure coco. Right now there is 3l of perlite per pot, with the highest concentration lowest in the pot where drainage will be needed the most. Day 12: I lowered lights to 20 inches which is my vegitative growth hanging height generally. Thanks to those who responded to my grow question regarding this plant's leaf deformaties, the general consensus was that if the other parameters are good and this is the only plant showing symptoms it is likely genetic. This is also what I have suspected, as the only other plant I have had display these characteristics was a Black Cream almost a year ago grown with a completely different growing style. That plant grew alright (although slightly behind it's peers) so I hope this one can do well once it starts taking off! Day 13: I am running low on calimagic as a cal mag source, so I switched out to Greenleaf nutrients cal-mag pro that I have a bag of (that will last forever!) It has a bit more nitrogen, which is good for the current plant stage, so I can save the calimagic for flowering if the plants don't mind the switch. I mix about .5-.6 EC worth of Cal mag, which is about .625tsp per 5 gallons of the Cal mag pro. I will have this reflected on tomorrow's diary entry.

Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline...
