This is exactly the 🇲🇦 morroccan 🇲🇦 way of sifting resin from kief. Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s. Cruising right along. This is technically day 6 of week one and they are performing as I had hoped they would. Already splitting off and I upped my nutes to try and get as much as I can in the vegetative weeks as possible. I know it’s pushing it but no guts no glory as I’m running 1064ppm. On the 50th day, freezing of the leaves was done. it seems that it did not cause stress to the girl, and her leaves were all looking at the light the next day :) The girl drinks a lot, she needs 4.5 liters of water every 4 days, the girl received full nutrition on the 53rd day, the water ppm was 1100:) "strong girl -strong food ":D everything is going very well:) On the 56th day, when I came I saw condensation formed, the humidity showed 85%, I put a dehumidifier in the tent, so everything is fine :) good luck to everyone..Also, the girl received a "MarsHydro vetiliator" as a gift for her amazing growth :D she likes it :) she's happy - I'm happy :).

Too hot so they are growing slowly, but looks really frosty

Looks like most of the stretch has stopped for both plants. There appear to be two slightly different phenos with one slightly taller than the other. The shorter one seems slightly further along with a bit more flower development and some frost starting to show. I've done a couple rounds of defoliation to get some better air flow and light to bud sites. I also went through and pinched off most of the lower bud sites that were not going to get sufficient light to develop.

This strain looks absolutely amazing. I ended up keeping the other purple punch going . I didn’t continue it in the diary . I had intended to kill it because of the way it looked. I guess it had wrinkly leaf syndrome . It ended up turning out 🤩. 1000 grams from two plants. The smell from them while harvesting was overwhelming.

Veg Week 5 Day 35 to 41 - 3/25 to 3/31 This week is primarily test training recovery. Seeing each recent topping was at the 3 node point I topped again. Follow up of the cola breaks was nice for all but 1, The worst break (the one with tape over it) actually recovered very well, I see no future issues from that branch other than monitor for weight tears. The next worse break on the other plant wasnt so fortunate. While it started out okay, it also kept ripping under its own weight as it grew topping wasnt only beneficial, it was the only thing that allowed this branch to survive past the day (lesson here is to make sure all breaks are back supported early while they recover at least) I think this branch may need to be supported for the entire grow, and the amount of recovery time is possibly past the point of which I would want to see in a normal grow since it may not produce nearly as well as the other colas. The lighter break on each plant look to have taken advantage of the damage and produces giant knuckles of cured hardwood at the breaks. This is exactly the kind of recovery I want to see since all future water ways will pass these points and the branch will still be strong enough to support future weight of giant flowers. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 300ppm total before add-ins. I used 300ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and NO Bloom concentrate mix (just showing the recipe in week 5- I am adding it in week 6). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.0 Next week I plan to top cut the branches again and change out the feeds with 350ppm at 6.0ph

Hi Fellow Growers They are going good. The heat its stressing them. the are not drinking so much water and yellowing a bit.... Not so Nitrogen Green but i thinkthey are doing fine. Did a jump start tea, 3 feeds of cutting edge solutions. For past 4 weeks have Found one adult spider mite per week, and destroyed eggs on the leaf's bottom with the white spots. I have no clue where they came from never had them before. I live next to a river and it is spider season so the normal spiders have been hunting the mites just becasue they are attracted to the lights at night. I don't see the mites as a threat and I'm not going to spray for them I might try to make a ladybug farm if I see more.
