week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

Shit got out of control, i had to perform an LST to keep the big sister under control and she is the biggest plant I’ve ever grown although She is developing buds everywhere and im not really sure but for me this is bad as i think sometimes less is more, its clear that the plant just can’t distribute the same nutrients on 10 buds/20buds, so i expect them to be soft and not potent, maybe THAT xxl pheno, im sure someone else could have get even more, shame that I can’t clone her Little sister is looking so nice tho, Perfect structure, just amazing looking and beautiful to its maximum

Blüten werden inzwischen sehr Harzig und der Duft nimmt zu. Dem Giesswasser wird täglich 1:10 Jauche zugegen. Zu dem jedes zweite Gießen Pro Sugar von Grow Pro ein Kohlenhydrat Blütedünger(von der Mary Jane ein Tester). Zu dem gibt es ein bis zweimal in der Woche Seafeed Xtra von envii. Die ersten Blätter haben sich unten entfernt daher gebe ich gerade wieder Stickstoff zu den Pflanzen. Auch wenn es nur noch diese Woche war danach nur noch Blütedünger. Zu dem habe ich Basilikum gepflanzt, Dill, Ringelblume und Koriander gesäat am Anfang der Woche und zum Ende noch Lupine und Rot Klee.

Beautiful pheno the one that I have right here, I didn't expect to see such a great pheno of Jack orange, the buds are very dense already, it's not the strongest smelling plant in this run however she has a very unique and different smell, you can feel some citric tones mixed with sweet flowery notes, it's really weird in a good way, stay tuned to see how this lady performs until the end!! 💚❤️💛👨‍🌾

Day 37. Not much to add ... Adjusting the pH morning and night and observe the good growth it has, keeps the canopy quite well. I have observed some pistils with orange tips, do you know what is due?

Barneys Farm Cookies Kush 7 Weeks of Flowering Completed 29th march 2020 Here we are at the beginning of the eighth week of Flowering for my Barneys Farm Cookies kush Girls. 😀 They are both looking good Phenotype 1 which is the Indica dominant plant has a higher leaf to calyx ratio than her sister the Sativa dominant phenotype number 2 they both have distinct characteristics to each other such as pheno1 has a sweet smell and more stickiness whilst pheno2 has more of an Earthy smell and is clearly the better looking of the two. Both plants have not had anything for the past 3 days due to the fact that it's been very wet here & the relative humidity is almost at 90% at some times during each day. They don't seem to mind not having been fed or watered which is a bonus as adding more moisture to the environment is not Ideal. So far Zero signs of budrot unlike the other strains I have close to maturity which have all shown a little botrytis forming on some buds. This has given me some hope of being able to let both girls grow right thru until optimum maturity, whereas the Jack herer , Red diesel and girl scout cookies will all end up being harvested earlier than i would have preferred. Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. The plants are doing great except for a little issue on one of them that I will show you tomorrow. Topping or not ? May be beneficial so I’m about to do it. Fiming maybe ? Thursday Topping on video ! ⭐ TrolMaster tracking ⭐ I started to track my crop during week 15, when I got the Tent-X TCS-1 by TrolMaster. First impression was: this is too professional for me, I can't handle setting it up and using it well. Then I started reading some posts on Instagram, I visited their site and in 5 minutes my cultivation experience took a huge step forward with disarming simplicity, I couldn't believe it. I have uploaded tracking videos from the TrolMaster app for each week from the 15th to the 19th, as well as the two weeks of drying stage. ⭐ Controller Chronicles ⭐ Day after day I appreciated the clarity and precision for data, access to all settings and instant readings by connecting a WIFI router to the controller's LAN port. I loved the possibility to dim my lamps remotely, or even automatically based on the temperature in the box! 🌱 GERMINATION (2 days) Seeds in a glass of EC 0.4 tap water for 10 hours, then in root riots and under the lamp. They sprouted after 48 hours from dry seed. 🌿 GROWING STAGE (10 weeks and half) I decided to give these plants a long vegetative growth and this allowed me to do a lot of training on both. Starting from the 4th veg week I started with defoliation sessions every two weeks, for a total of four during the entire vegetative phase. The last defoliation was done a couple of days before the switch, in order to allow the lower parts of the plant to get as much light as possible. Furthermore I did Topping on week 6, cutting the apical branch, then on week 8 I did Topping again on several sites, as well as SuperCropping on the highest branches to make the canopy uniform. The light cycle I used is 18/6 and the last two veg weeks I lowered the light hours to 16/8 first and 14/10 then. During the veg stage I made 4 DWC change, PH was always between 5.5 and 6, about EC I started with 0.6 and was 1.4 on the last veg week. 🌸 FLOWERING STAGE (9 weeks) I started this phase after 36 hours of darkness, I then changed the DWCs solution (adding a flowering stimulator). Then I mounted the ScrOG-net about 50 cm from the base of the plants and I wove the phenotype #1 through the net occupying at least 60% of the available space; the phenotype #2 stretched shortly after the switch and I used the net only to widen the central branches. They showed the pre-flowers two weeks after the switch, then I made two defoliations on week 3 and 5 flo. During the last four weeks of flowering (weeks 6-9) I simply paid attention to the PH-EC levels to provide the roots with optimal conditions. I then kept the TEMP-RH-VPD-PPFD values ​​under control and this also thanks to the Tent-X controller by TrolMaster which allows me to provide optimal conditions also above. I chopped them when trichomes were about 85% milky and 15% amber. During the flowering stage PH was always between 5.8 and 6.2, about EC I started with 2 and was 2.3 on the last week before flush. ✅ HARVEST - From dry seed to harvest: 140 days (2 days germination + 75 days veg + 63 days flo). - Chopped after 4 days flush and 48 hours in dark; - Wet trim, removed fan leaves. ✅ DRYING STAGE - Time: 14 days; - Average: 20° C - 50% RH. - After that I made a dry trim, removed branches and sugar leaves. ⚖️ DRY WEIGHT - Phenotype #1: 230 gr buds + 25 gr larf; - Phenotype #2: 105 gr buds + 50 gr larf. So, the overall dry weight is: 335 gr buds + 75 gr larf. ✅ CURING STAGE - Curing is done after 30 days with Boveda 62%.

Wow, what a great week for the plants! Despite some challenging weather conditions, they really thrived. We discovered that watering them more frequently helps them deal with the sun and dryness in the greenhouse, which is fantastic news. We've also taken steps to control pests by using peppermint and more neem oil around the house, and we've improved the greenhouse's foundation. It feels great to see everything coming together! While we're aiming for the best, we know there's still plenty to learn and do. Next week, we'll likely start implementing some new growth techniques now that the plants' stems are getting sturdier and more leaves are sprouting at the lower levels. It's exciting to see them progress through this vegetative stage! One of the Sour Diesel was beginning to flower so we had to cut it off. She was putting all of her energy towards growing it and it was eventually going to kill her. RIP
