Plants were a little neglected this week due to health issues. Temps are cooler also which is not helping with growth, but they are still doing well

We've harvested a plant that amazed me from the start with its powerful growth. We're talking about Tropicana Cookies #2 from Zamnesia, fantastic. Why? Because I noticed it when I transplanted it from 6.5 to 20 liters. A magnificent root ball was there, triple the size of the other plants, with wonderful color and health. Because it grew incredibly, and after transplanting, I waited just long enough for the monster to emerge, and it did. Because the flowers are large and fat and very heavy, I expect a great harvest. The purple color it took on at the end is also stunning. I've seen amazing results from this plant in both the auto and photoperiod versions, and my other plant was a beautiful pure bombshell. Give it a try. Maturity - The pistils are quite mature, especially with a red percentage between 80% and 90%. The slight Sativa dominance encourages us to harvest it early in the growing season to prevent it from over-ripening and ultimately bring out the full-bodied Indica characteristics of the evening crop. The plant was topped with 16 buds. I topped a few more that seemed to be slipping away, and we're full of succulent buds, perfect for topping, mainfolding, and scrog. We chose a 100% organic soil, 1000% Plagron, as always. The soil we chose is the recently launched Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us to start with more gradual and consistent watering, without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause. A week of soil is sufficient, so don't overdo it. Choose your favorite style and calculate your results on the website: www.plagron.com Visit the new Growshop area on the Zamnesia website: Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/it/531-growshop Our Tropicana Cookies is now in top form, try it! Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10921-zamnesia-tropicana-cookies-semi.html Z - The award-winning Girl Scout Cookies is a cannabis strain that lends itself very well to breeding projects. That's why we've boldly experimented by combining its genetics with a fruity Tangie. The result is Tropicana Cookies, a fast and potent hybrid with 22% THC. This strain is highly productive, and its buds are not only rich in sweet and spicy terpenes but also covered in a layer of sticky trichomes (which facilitate the extraction of high-potency concentrates). Tropicana Cookies' genetics are 60% sativa and 40% indica, a blend that produces a balanced, euphoric high. Although easy to grow both indoors and outdoors, Tropicana Cookies thrives outdoors in warm climates. With enough space and good sunlight, plants can reach heights of 180 cm. If you wait until mid-October, in optimal conditions, you can harvest a whopping 700 g/plant. A result well worth the effort. This strain also impresses indoors, reaching heights of 150 cm and yielding 500 g/m². Tropicana Cookies also stands out for its rapid flowering. After just 7-8 weeks of indoor flowering, it will be ready for harvest. You know it, but I recommend it: here you can find so many wonderful things, essentially "the best that nature has to offer." Tropicana Cookies - Starting to see amber/cloudy trichomes. Will probably harvest in the next couple of days. Not a big plant by any means but I’m stoked on it. Covered in trichomes, smells like god and nice, dense buds.

Start of week 3 of flowering. This Do-si-dos girl is hungry! She's now up to 6 liters per feeding. Bud sites are developing nicely, added B52 to the feed this week.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Check out their site: www.mars-hydro.com Thank you @MarsHydroLED for letting me test it, hook them up for a great deal or info on their products! Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Thank you all for joining me again in this Orange adventure! I hope you all had great weeks, germed seeds, extreme growth and buds bursting with trichomes!! See you next week! Hug Bud PS Sunshine made her first appearance, as she promised on the Gelato 33 grow. She is still a bit camera shy, so her digital alter makes an appearance first, if you all want to see more of her and my other helpers, let me know in the comments. Sunshine will make a real appearance if yall are real nice to her.

Everything is going AMAZING! I have started giving her some fox farm big bloom every other feeding. As you can see she's flowering now. The smell is very strong and sweet. Additionally, one set of nodes just split into 2 growth tips as if I had topped it. I've never seen anything like that before. So far I have nothing but good to say about SpliffSeeds!

Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have ā€œdead zonesā€ because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

Heavy Defoliation and Training this week, Noticed a bit of TMV on one leave (Tobacco Mosaic Virus) Thankfully it didn't really affect the plants growth at all! Stay Tuned

Week 11 Update – Harvest Time Approaching! šŸŒ±āœ‚ļø BioBizz#1 – BT51 She’s done! She hasn’t had any water for the past five days and will be harvested later this week. AN#4 – BT51 She still needs a little more time—probably another 1-2 weeks before she’s fully ready. AN#3 – BT47 Somehow, she’s managing despite the extremely close distance to the light. I haven’t held back on PPFD at all, but she’s handling it like a champ. Super curious to see what kind of yield she’ll bring in! šŸ˜…

This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!
