2/21/2019 #2 is a little unruly for a tent this small, but great outside. #1 is doing great flowering,this week I hope to see more filling out of the buds. Also.feeding overdrive into the mix for week six as suggested, see if she likes it! Hope it works. All is going well otherwise letting plants dry out a little they don't seem to care both plants.drank 2 liters plain water before runoff of 10-15%. Get the soil nice and damp for feeding time kind of a drain to waste style.

🌱 Week 3 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week down and the differences between the phenos are becoming more obvious every day 👀🔥 The environment stayed very stable this week with temperatures, humidity, and VPD remaining consistent. Because all plants are growing under the exact same conditions, it’s really interesting to see how differently each phenotype develops genetically. 📈 Current observations: Several phenos are already reaching close to 30 cm in height Meanwhile, some smaller phenos — especially Pheno #6 — are still around 13 cm Leaf structure and overall plant shape continue to vary a lot between phenos Growth vigor is clearly different from plant to plant now 💧 Feeding & maintenance: This week the plants received their first proper feeding with around 4 liters of nutrient water. Some phenos seem to react more sensitively to the nutrients, as a few plants are starting to show slight brown leaf tips, so I’ll keep a close eye on them over the next days 👀 I also removed more large fan leaves to improve light penetration and allow the lower branches to develop more evenly. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Humidity staying between 63–65% VPD maintained around 1.3 kPa Light intensity remaining at 35% Now I’m really curious to see when the first flowering signs will appear 🌸🔥 💬 Which pheno would you pick so far?

🌿 Lava Cake – Week 5 (First Week Flower) | Pre-Bloom & Heat Talk 🌿 The Lava Cakes have officially stepped into their flowering tent… though, to be fair, they’re still enjoying a little extra veg time before showing pistils. Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load. I already cut some branches off this lady from the lower section that wasn't getting much sunshine. So I topped this gal to keep short and then the sativa traits took over and she grew tall and lanky which I would definitely change how I approach this strain in the future. Solid buds with a nice coating of trichomes. The yield won't be impressive but the quality is going to be banging with what she is producing. I cut more than half of this gals branches because her height was too much for my space so the final yield will not reflect what she could produce with the right training. IM so glad I picked up this limited edition strain from ace seeds. She smells like a tropical fruits . Always wanted to try growing a p.c.k strain (Pakistan chitral Kush). Genetics speaks for it self. Buds are slowly fattening up, and getting loaded with resin. I have nothing but big hopes for her. I can wait to try this baby. I think this is going to be some top shelf smoke 💨

Flowering process going very well, buds smelling very well and growing. She is in very good health. Hope buds start turning purple soon, still, they are filling with trichomes. Mollases: 5 mL/L

Hydro will be going in the flower tent once this run is wrapped up. I’m all out of horizontal space which is limiting the goal of gaining more width. Week 6 flower wrapped up I’ll say she’s the last one showing signs of bulking now from what I’m seeing she might out up the fattest colas in the tent once complete. All n all very happy with this homemade cross from WS.

Week 7 Veg - January 16/21 to 22/21 ***** Week 7 will be their last week being able to take them out of the tent😟 SCROG netting going in on the weekend ahead. Not really a lot to report this week as the girls are doing well and I am just wanting their side branches to grow longer to help filling in the canopy anyway. Performed more LST this week and bending over the branches daily. Didn’t do any HST this week, will once the net is in and I have a better visual of how the branches need to bend. They have come a long ways over the last 2 weeks when you look back at pictures. They have filled out with more side branching and other than battling a little purple striping on the main stems they seem pretty happy. Leaf colour is good and should be in good shape for the flip soon. Will go through all of week 8 before flipping so hopefully week 9 will be transition week and week 10 the start of flower.......have to get through next week first though😀👍 Switching over to tap water again. I have been struggling with calcium and magnesium deficiencies on all grows for the last year. I can’t seem to get the right amount added back to the RO water I use in all feedings. So running with straight water again now. Ppm coming out is 325 so I will work with that. Going to explore my own RO system in the house rather than bottled water, a system that adds back calcium, magnesium, and iron. It’s been flowing okay for the first week and will continue on for now. Using RO water I have been feeding full strength on the nutrients and have been working on backing them down a bit to compensate for the starting point of 325 now. They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 16/21, Day 43 Veg - 3L each of full line at full strength in RO water - 1150ppm and 5.8pH given to the girls - didn’t add any other nutes other than IPP line. Jan 17/21, Day 44 Veg - dry out day - pulled down all the girls again tonight to train them outwards. - Jan 18/21, Day 45 Veg - 3L for each girl today with tap water and CalMag @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 5.7pH is what that works out to. - have to use a considerable amount of pH down to adjust the tap water, over 6ml in 16L Jan 19/21, Day 46 Veg - measured the girls today, GSCHB Is 12” tall. They were topped already😀 - dry out day for the girls. - pulled two large fan leaves from her. They were just getting the way too much of lower branches light. Jan 20/21, Day 47 Veg - 2.5L each with plain tap water - 295ppm and 5.8pH. - all the girls are looking big and bushy today.......they are ready for flip soon. Jan 21/21, Day 48 Veg - dry out day for the girls. Jan 22/21, Day 49 Veg - pulled all the girls down again......repeating the same LST each day manually rather than tying down for now. - this should be water day but leaving for today as I am going to lolipop the lower branches and a heavier leaf stripping tomorrow. - will feed tomorrow as they will benefit more. Very solid week ETS......the girls are taking off and expect to see lots of leaves popping out over the next couple of weeks😀👍 Work on the side branching to come up higher closer to the tops next week.......continue tap water and give a feed with Epsom Salts new week

Desde el momento uno fue fácil de cultivar, no tuve ningún problema en todo su desarrolló. Como planta supero todas mis expectativas, se encuentran densos y muy pegajosos los cocos. En algunos hay partes de color violeta/lila. Y por ultimo recomiendo mucho cultivar esta genética por lo sencillo que fue cultivarla y sus resultados finales, todo de diez.
