The smell has really picked up! The buds don't seem to be getting any longer/more connected, but they are def getting denser... I'm guessing another couple weeks before harvest.

Hello fellows growers ✌️ First week of flowering, plants started their stretch after 5 days of 12/12 lights cycle. And some plants showing their first white pistils. I gonna start to cut some shoots at the bottom of the plants, I already know these small ones won’t reach the top. And will start to unplug some few big fan leaves, that are covering shoots just below the canopy to give them some light. ✅New Growers Tips ✅ ✅Switch to 12/12 light flowering cycle when your lights are half way to the ceiling. ✅Stick on your Veg. nutrients to give them Nitrogen to support the stretch and avoiding any dieback situation (plants yellowing from the bottom, moving their Nitrogen to save the top) around week 4 of flowering. What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

This week they got defoliated again like last week, rotated them and re arranged the net so they got nice canopy. Started using sugar royal and green sensation. The random seed turned out to be auto, and i thins she is a little faster, she thickened up faster, and already gluey so much i can't wash it easily from my hand. Note to myself: get some gloves I am very excited about both plants now, if anyone having any idea what strain is the random one, i'd like to hear your thoughts.

Tok off large fan leaves on day 24. Seeing preflower starting. Decided to try out a natural shape instead of doing LST. I hope this doesn't backfire... The blackberry gum on the right is getting big. I like how autopotamus has natural shape... But he also has much more light haha

Transplant went well today. The girl got three weeks in the tiny pot and barely grew any roots. Surprising honestly. Gotta water more thoroughly I guess. But all is well and will start the beginning process of training soon. Lights at 40% power. First week back with my plants and they’re wayyy bigger than I thought they’d get! Decided to do a big defoliation since it’s about the 3-4 week in flower. And they’re getting stanky

She's starting to show some nice purple colors, even though it's not getting very cold at night. She's showing many nice buds and it appears that while they may not be the biggest buds I have grown, they will be quite firm. So far, so good! Let's see what happens!

What up Grow Fam. Weekly update on these beauties. They've stopped the stretching part and now started focusing on flower sites. Seeing the flowers swell almost daily is wild to watch. I started to drop the night temps down to low 60's and around 70 with the lights on. All in all Happy Growing.
