🎊 Week 12 is officially over ! I’m really pleased with the progress she’s finally stepping fully into that Purple Banana expression 🍌🍭 The buds are still packing on size, and every day brings us closer to harvest. I checked the trichomes again and we’re starting to see a nice mix: mostly milky with a few turning amber. Since the last feeding, I’ve been giving her only RO water to avoid oversaturating the soil before the finish. With two more weeks as our target, we’ll push one final week of feeding before the flush 💦🌊 One of my biggest joys as a grower is bringing out the unique characteristics of the strains I pick up as close as possible to what the breeder intended. For me, it’s not all about chasing yield. Genetics vary, and sometimes even in perfect conditions, your plants won’t look like the online photos or hit those top shelf sizes you see everywhere. But here’s the truth: If your environment, feeding/watering routine, and training techniques are on point, you’re almost guaranteed a potent, high-quality plant, regardless of final weight. So don’t stress yourself Focus on mastering your craft, learning your strains, and dialing in your system. Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. Strawberry 🥧 I feel like her milky trichomes were starting to turn a little amber on some of the more mature buds so I chopped her down.Indica dominant strain so I wanted to let her go as long as possible.Smells great I’ll update a smoke report after she dries and cures.I think I’m going to use the majority of this one for some Rick Simpson oil and see how she turns out :)

I DID A PREVENTATIVE SPRAY OF BT THIS WEEK BUT I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHICH DAY. I THINK I MIXED AT 3 OR 4 TBSP GALLON WITH SOME DAWN. BONIDE BRAND THURACIDE. 8/30 Fed two gallons to the garden. Watered before and after the feed. Defoliated what was dead. Its scary seeing so many leaves go but energy is shifted to the buds. Buds are ripening but on one mislabeled mystery seed and the wedding cake they look far behind the rest. Wondering how they could possibly finish in the 6 to 8 weeks I have left. If needed I MAY be able to put something in the garage at night. I'd have to RIP the bag out of the ground though which wouldn't be good. I mean some of the plants are pushing ten feet but we use it for heavy equipment. So foggy this morning. Horrible weather. Still fighting PM, possible lockout and ear wigs. We will see how it goes. I'll continue weekly treatment for the pm and I'll find something for the earwigs. I'm hesitant to use the Spinosid in flower. 8/31 Rained last night. Surprise, surprise. Talked to a few other growers and consulted my last year's diary. I had a couple early pheno's last year but things seem on schedule. It's amazing the amount of growth that can happen in a day. Even my ice cream cake has small flowers. Time is running short. Probably six to eight weeks max growing time left. I hope everything finished up nicely. I need to continue monitoring PM and pests. Considering spraying preventative BT tonight. Yesterday I saw the biggest pile of powder mildew and leaf septoria on a tree an hour from my grow. It literally looked like snow flakes on leaves then someone dumped a bag of flour on it. This gives me some perspective and gratitude that the TINY spots I'm treating could be much worse. Weekly treatments until harvest. Hopefully BT or diy green cleaner tonight for earwigs and worms (if they are there). 9/1 Watered thoroughly. Leaves still yellowing. I hope it's senescence. Still need to continue treatments with BT and potassium bicarbonate. Sunny day but rain tonight. Need to add more supports for heavy branches. Will update as I go. 9/2 Rained all night and it's still raining. I'll update when the rain stops. Went back over and added a couple higher supports and defoliated a shit ton. Spent two hours in the garden last night. Too tired for pictures. 9/3 Fed two gallons to the garden and upped Kool bloom to a full tablespoon. I'm thinking about using beastie bloom then cha ching as I have them both. I'm a little hesitant. Wondering what others thoughts are on those products. I plan to spray either tonight or tomorrow with another helping of potassium bicarbonate to help with the WPM. To be honest it seems to work great. I just don't want to go overboard. I wish you guys could smell the pictures. Shits getting fun now. 9/4 Had a torrential rain storm with massive wind. No damage. Buds are getting huge. Had to add a few more supports this morning as branches were hanging. If I had room I'd do a second vertical trellis. Unfortunately I do not. I AM able to run string across the cage though which really helps things higher up. I need to put some pictures of my stalks. Legit bigger than soda cans. I wish you guys could smell my pictures. Re-checked all cameras and everything is working good. On high alert. I'd be very surprised if anyone even attempted to rob me but you never know. That's why it's 24/7 supervision until Croptober. 9/5 Lots of sun yesterday but if course it rained last night. Buds are progressing at a rapid rate. Leaves seem to be dropping to soon on the blueberries. I need to do another potassium bicarbonate treatment tonight. Branches are really getting heavy. I'm hoping all this rain doesn't cause bud rot but so far so good.

The plants were so crowded I decided to put them into a Larger tent to allow some light to the lower bud sites and to help lower the humidity amongst the plants. I'm sure they will love the extra space. The light has now been raised 20cm (20cm taller tent) Allowing me to turn out right up which is 45000 lux in the centre right below it. I will up the bloom to 2ml/l this coming week.

- Sensi Seeds Research The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. - 7 weeks in soil (week 7), this is where the ScrOG is a good method to keep on vegging your plants without getting too tall, saving space for the future stretch. Indoor growers are limited by the ceiling, this is the best way to keep on growing roots, more roots more fruits 😉 Sensi Seeds strains are perfect, it’s a pleasure to grow such genetics, everything is going like expected, each plants are doing their thing very well and dose respond marvelously to the plan, in time with no delays due to shitty or sick and weak plants ! 👍 - For the beginners : Setup the first trellis on the top layer, then lower each corners to the bottom level, smashing the plants and the 2 main stems to the third node where the topping has been done (see previous weeks). You will gain approximately 30cm of growth, and you will be able to keep on vegging them without getting to tall, as mentioned more roots = more fruits, and you will avoid long legs (don’t grow legs!!! They will have to be trimmed later on) where all the popcorns and small buds tend to grow. Remember, you are here to learn how to knock a ball out of the park, this method is complete, you avoid plants getting too tall and finishing with your buds too close from the light, killing all the essentials oils and terpenes (you will kill flavors and scents), you avoid to grow legs finishing with tall plants and just a ball head of canopy, you avoid small buds and popcorns by applying the incoming method in the next weeks where you learn how to clean your legs . Then , once you smashed the plants with the first trellis (you’re supercropping by doing this bro) , the junction of the stalk (at 3rd node) will probably split in half, no worries it will heal by itself. You just need to put second trellis on top ! -Watering and feeding, that is the question ? 😄 I’m looking the leaves lol 😝 They are around 2l every 4 days at this stage , I’m not watering until drains come out for the moment, I’m keeping all the good stuff inside the pots another week or two. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)
