It was the last week for the Black Jack and I was kind of sad to cut it down. I wanted to go the full 9 weeks of flower but she was telling me she was ready. I couldn't wait another week to get the Liberty Haze in its place either. It took an hour just to cut down/hang and remove most of the crispy and yellow leaves. Have a 3x3 set up for drying and have it dialed in and filled it with 5 hangers from the plant. Cut it into chunks as big as i could fit on the hangers. I weighed the buds wet this time just to get an idea of how much they loose during drying. She got light dose if Buddha bloom and some brix/molasses this week as she was starving.l'm still learning when to harvest but I like a more heady high so Its sometimes hard to tell when the trichomes are past my preference but I want to let a plant flower a week or two after its "supposed" to really have a gauge on it.l next time. But i think I hit it at a good time. Will update the harvest soon. I think this one will need the full 2 weeks drying even though I have my dry tent in the basement now instead if my garage with ac/heater It stays about 64 in the basement and i was having a hard time keeping it down to 60 anyway out my studio without the heater and ac constantly battling, and the ac freezing over. This beautiful girl got the chop. All I can say is Wow. It went full on beastmode in the Cannpot system which is a self watering pot through a wicker system. The pungent sweet and sour smell, followed by dense colorful flowers it's a growers dream. The total wet weight came to a whopping 1014g. Over all was fun to grow especially watching the flowers swell in the final weeks before harvest. Did very little besides a defoliation and lollipop and started feeding Athena Blended line around week 2. Happy Growing.

Welcome to week 6 of flower for this lovely project! Last week was exciting this week should be even more exciting! With the ladies beginning to put on serious weight it's only a matter of time before I'll have to install a second net to help support the branches. Day#38F Macmelonz continues to stretch and stack but looks like its nearing the end for her stretch phase. Hopefully she pumps HUGE kickass flowers for me. Day#39F Flowers are almost the size of a soda can now. The trichomes on these plants are wild like trichomes over trichomes. The flowers have really picked up on the aroma department as well very please with the plants. Day#40F Raised the light abit, Flowers are starting to display colour in them now can't wait to see them in a few weeks! Day#41F Pictures N/A. Ladies are still beefing up flowers some of the pistols are starting to turn. Day#42F Ladies are still putting on mass daily. Lots of lovely unique smells coming from the plants. Everything’s trucking along nicely so far This week. I cleared out under the first net this week and stripped there bottoms down. Lol I also was forced to do another defoliation up top this week as it was insanely crowded again, 3 days later and it’s gonna need it again to put the top screen on. Crazy foliage on these girls. I had a friend pass away last week so stuff kinda got put on the back burner, shoulda had the top screen on already. They are also so bushy and crowded I had nowhere to train the larger branches coming up in the middle so there are a few popin up over the canopy here and there. Gonna have to remember to flip this strain earlier if I give her a go again. Looks like I got 2 pheno types as well, 3 are bigger and stretched up more and 1 stayed low and is a bushier girl. I think it will all be good in the end though, no big hiccups yet. Cheers💨

Que pasa familia, vamos con la octava semana de floración de estas Pink Sunset feminizadas de silentseeds. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 100% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color. La flor está engordando y van formándose, también empieza a producir tricomas. Well... I had been growing these in a local biosolids medium. Should of researched that earlier 😭 While there are folks who grow in it, it’s not my jam. To many questions unanswered. So... I did an emergency, bare root transplant to an organic soil! I definitely ripped some of the more fragile lateral roots in the process, so I decided to go ahead and top and do a major pruning to cut down the amount of foliage they have to feed. I figure they’ll either make it or they will not. Time will tell...

This week the girls were covered in snow. I've never seen anything like it with my own eyes before, only in pictures :D The lower large leaves have turned yellow, but this time don't panic :D experts say it's normal.

10/14 - Mother had to be discarded - PH burn - pulled 17 viable clones - all clones are alive and thriving - split between 2 tents (2x2 - 4x4) all clones will be moved into the 4x4 - All the clones have been topped.

I have to dry the buds in the dark, at 21 degrees in 50% humidity 🤯

The girls are moving along nicely just watering with water ph to 6.4 this week as I top dressed with Gaia green 4-4-4.Spider farmer Se7000 dialed in at 30 percent and to the ceiling.Noticed some minor deficiencies Day 12 and check soil slurry 50/50 soil/water and the ppm was at 780 lil high at this early stage and the culprit.Going to work on lowering that a bit this week.I did add a top layer of fox farm ocean forest as well which runs a little hot with nutrients rather than the pro mix.I have to remember with these beautiful auto flowers less is better :)
