My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

The start of week 9 is going well. On day 5 and 6 of week 9 the temperatures outdoors we're in the 90s my extractor fan ran continuously and my grow room temps are hitting 83 to 85 warmer than I would like. It is day 7 of week 9 and the plants did well on vacation the 10 gal reservoir lasted with an extra 2-3 gal left when I returned. I did however notice a Nitrogen deficiency on the foliage(yellowing on lower parts of plant). I believe this is due to to the long time in between feedings. I applied my weekly Nutes. I will watch for improvement in the Nitrogen deficiency.

After lots of perturbations, including visit from electricity company and moving 80cm-1m plants to another location in plastic bags 😅 we finally can start this run. Plants look super happy so far. They are all my best clones. This time I will try another cut of violet face and it will be probably the last time I grow her. I have coco jambo from. Anesia in another tent. I chopped her way too early,she had so much untapped potential I will definitely be running this seed next round, beautiful flower when you break it down. Purple and silver and it’s bomb 💣 and tasty 😋.

July 13: perfect cannabis weather after last week’s heat wave. Another heat wave next week, but for now it’s perfect. Added a third scrog layer and tied it off to some water bottles. This type of scrogging works, is easy, cheap, and it’s easy to still move the plant around the yard as needed. July 14: re-did the scrog net using a larger piece with more squares. Supercropped some ends to keep the growth tips at the same elevation. We’ll see how many colas I can make of this. July 16: looks happy enough but I need to up the water volume in this heat. July 18: really hot the last few days (33 C) so lots of watering and misting to keep them a bit cooler. Look really green and robust. 👍👍 Also wetting outside of grow bags to get some evaporative cooling for the soil. Added malted barley and Power Bloom to some soil and added it as a soil layer. Added plain soil on the top to deter birds from stealing the barley kernels. A bit less than 1 tbsp of Power Bloom per 1 gallon of soil with a bit more than 1 tbsp of malted barley per gallon of soil. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

At the end of the 12th week I decided to chop. The plant grown a lot filling my entire tent, il she gives to me about 500g (or more) of wet harvest. The smell is very intense and the buds are sticky a lot. I put the branches into the tent with the dehumidifier, fan and extractor 24 hours on. Update: two weeks after the first harvest I've decided that it is time to harvest the second plant that I transferred outdoor when I discovered that she was showing signs of illness. It's buds are not so fat as the ones of the other plant, but they are rich of trichomes. Harvest today, light trimming and put the branches into a box.

The Red Pure develops extremely quickly. I have therefore not been able to keep up with the fertilisation scheme in time to switch to the flowering fertiliser and also adjust the CalMag ratio. You can recognise a slight lack of potassium and magnesium. Nevertheless, it continues to develop very well and you can see how the flowers and leaves are slowly turning purple.

Starting the 2nd week of vegetation! So far everything is looking very good! The hydro plant is lacking behind a little bit, that's probably because of the low concentration of nutrients. So today I mixed a new batch with 2ml/L TA Organic Grow, which was recommended on the packaging for the growth phase. The roots look healthy, having reached almost the bottom of the jar already. Day 12: The diagonal leaves are starting to come out for the soil plant. Day 17: The hydro plant continues to fall behind. There is also build-up in the jar. I'll be switching to an anorganic fertilizer later today to hopefully stabilize the plant development.

It’s so warm today! Of course I pulled all my plants out to spray with spinosad and feed/water. ********* I use a Hudson 2L sprayer. My partner used to work in the film industry and they found this brand of sprayer gets the most thorough even coverage for makeup or whatever movie magic they use sprayers to create. It’s great. ********* The larger gorilla glue has come around but I lost a few nodes. I’m seeing a little PMD, but I’ve been knocking it back when baking soda and water. I’ve been taking scalps, defoliating the big one gently and the little ones need almost daily lollipopping. I’m watching my ph and using more cal mag. I definitely feel like they are two different phenotypes.I have them on individual diets. ********** Some fungal gnats come with the humidity so I topdressed with gnat nix. I don’t believe I overwater so I hope that’s the solution! I think I may wait another week or two and get things more stable before moving to flower. They had way too much mass so lollipopped about another 25% off the bottom. They are stretched way up into the lights so I had to modify the hangers to put the lights as high as possible. Did another major leaf strip just around day 18. Now at day 21 The buds are starting to form and looking okay. Next couple of weeks will tell if they will be close to successful or not. It’s the end of June and humidity stays around 70%. Not ideal conditions
