9/6 - Looks like 6 of 6 germinated. They are now in the nursery. Going in the Organic direction with this grow. First time trying it but i like the fact that you can have a "living soil", reuse the soil, and a big thing thing for me is that you don't have to flush like you probably should if you use salt based synthetic nutrients. My 2 cents. 9/14 - progressing nicely. Installed a better light source for them.

They all basically look the same at this point. Plant 4 popped a day later so it’s a little smaller. At day 12 I sprinkled some great white shark around each plant. And added just 1 tsp of green harvest bone meal.

Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. Hi Growmies. A good week for the girls this week with plenty of growth now starting to happen. I was worried about the #2 jealousy as she did seem to be lacking something but was too young to mess about with her feed. The Candy Rain was looking similar toonwith an obvious dislike of something in the soil mix. I have begun feeding them with my all time favourite nute , Mega crop. The vibrant green that this non salt based nute helps develop is an excellent conductor for photosynthesis. It has rested so many of my plants over time and bever fails to give them a really healthy appearance. I have seen the recovery with both if the smaller ladies andndont doubt they will catch up with their peers. The Bruce Banner#3 is really going for it with growth and had already pushed 6 nodes out. I have now Fimmed her at her 5th node and plan to quad the lower 4th and 3rd nodes in their l.s.t. I am close to being able to do the same with the Jealousy #1 to. Hopefully by the next update , they will all be underway for their planned growing pattern. I hope your all keeping it nice and green. 🌱 Animal Mints — Week 6 From Seed (≈ Week 2 Flower / Pre-Flower Phase) Quick Recap for New Readers This run includes multiple Animal Mints plants, all treated similarly, but we’re mainly cataloging two reference plants to clearly show how timing affects structure and development: • Plant A → 12/12 from seed • Plant B → ~15 days under 16/8 veg, then flipped to flower Same genetics, same room, same feeding — different timelines. So I have decided too pot up the 3 toronjaz girls into bigger pots, 1 because the older girl needed it but 2 also because I feel they needed space and a new home too stretch their roots out 🌱 The above blend will hopefully help these girls soldier through these first crucial weeks, let's keep our fingers crossed 🤞 I'll be doing light lst over the next week for the older girl, maybe top her end of week 3 maybe 4 depending on how she grows 🌱 Light feeds slow and steady will do as new too aptus buy I hope I can do well with them as they seem really simple too use and also their website has lots of usefull info incase I'm in need 🙏👏👊 These will be tidied up and given this space too their selves once my fastbuds testers in the back there are ready for new pots and their new space I have waiting 🌱

@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 10 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Edit: I just wanted to share a couple photos and a video that I took with my new WiFi microscope. Best $20 I’ve spent in a while. Ladies and gentlemen it’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Live from the Alaska arena IT’S TIIIIIIME! After 15 weeks in the 4x5 custom tent these ladies standing at 38 inches weighing in at a weight to be determined later are going to get chopped down by rear naked shearing this Sunday Sunday Sunday! We’ll sell you the whole seat but you’ll only need the edge!!!! On the real. These ladies have done their job. They’ve bulked up and gotten rock hard with mad trichomes on the sea of upper bud sites. I had a scare with a plant in a nearby tent that was rescued that was a hermie. ONE site right in front of the intake vent got it and was cut immediately. The rest of them were not affected. This strain is nearly impervious to everything from ph to whatever amount of nutrients you want to feed them in a hydroponic environment. I hit them with a massive 2100 ppm of flora series with fox farms beastie bloomz 0-50-30 in the end and never got the fade or burn. The nutrients have been cut out and it straight water for the duration. Friday starts 48 hours of darkness.

Auto creeper has grown really well. I probably could of harvested her a week ago. She has about 40 percent amber trichromes on tops. Mis judgement on my part. Plus just been super busy. Smells really strong. Heavy frost. Pretty purple hue to buds. I will be back for the smoke report in a few months once it has dried, and cured some. The Mars Hydro light worked great for the grow. Day 122 / Week 7 of Flo: Since the colour of the fanleaves is fading away pretty quickly, i decided to add in a little nitrogen (in form of BioGrow). I havent been feeding any nitrogen since the beginning of the 5th Week of Flowering. Only the little that is in BioBloom, that is only 2% The complete solution i used is following: 16l Water (4 each plant) 8ml Bio Grow 48 ml Bio Bloom 16ml TopMax 48ml BioHeaven 48ml ActiVera Day 125 / Week 7 of Flo: I am not adding any more nutrients at this stage and i started watering every plant with 2,5l of water every two days as their demand is not that high anymore and i wanna keep humidity down to a minimum to prevent bud rot. To give you an idea in early Flowering i was watering every plant with 5-6l every 3 day's, from 5th week on i was giving them 4l every 3 days and now only 2,5l. As two of the plants (Plant #2 and Plant #4) are starting to look like they are close (about 10-12 days) to harvest i am considering to flush them one of the next days. The other two plants (Plant #1 and Plant #3) seem to be of the same phenotype and look like they can take a few days more, let's see.. Also they grew bigger and stretched more in flowering then the other two, maybe a little more sativa genes.. Day 127 / Week 7 of Flowering: Today i flushed plant #2 (back left) and plant #4 (front right) with 20l of fresh water 💦 from the well. Plants #1 and #3 are recieving 2,5l of plain water every second day for a few more days. Soon i will flush them too.

Started week 1 and we placed these girls in a 7 liter pot, they are now growing with 1x Marshydro TS1000 but im adding another TS1000 in 2 weeks when they start flowering

However, I've been monitoring the trichomes under a microscope and the majority of top buds had a nice mix of amber triches, I had to begin harvesting a week early. This week I began harvesting the topmost buds only in order to allow the lower ones to continue to develop and mature. We certainly had a few hearty colas, with a number of well defined buds throughout all three plants. Next week we will harvest the remaining as initially estimated.

Day 47 ( 10 days flowering): Another week passes and these girls take full advantage of the available resources. #1 in the e ecothrive soil is killing it for size , bud sites and general health . Their is a clear difference between them all in the Los compared to the coco , mc fed plants. I do suspect 3 different phenos of the smoothie and others in this run but they are all 3 different. #2 is now under the TSL-2000 with her sister as she outgrew the light height in the middle. I have not out too much on her as she still looks very odd with discolouring and a cabbage look to her leaves. she is nowhere near as big overall but is straight up with no lst so should still give some decent bud. #3 Is the little lady of the three and looks like a totally different plant than the other two. very stout and robust and will no doubt produce some fatties judging by her branch sizes. I am glad I have the sp250 for the smaller ones or they would be pain to keep level canopy wise. The 20L pots could have been a mistake and bigger could have been better. I wont be sure it it was pot size or medium that gave the LOS the edge.lol I am loving the #1 girl and her size is huge. she could use a light of her own !! peace and love folks. green days.
