she is a champion ... she grew very fast entering her second week of flowering ... with 145 cm a normal smell yet ... and waiting for her potential

Lots of growth this week, and still nursing the potassium deficiency which looks grim, but she actually seems to be doing okay. Lots of white hairs literally everywhere. A lot more than the Northern Lights growing next to her.. only 3 days apart too. It’s been interesting to see how differently they have progressed. Sb is way taller, her main stem has been tucked 4 squares and she’s still standing tall. We should be coming to the end of her growth spurt soon, but we shall see where she ends up. I’ve kept on the same feeding schedule, upping bloom slightly. Hopefully she continues to do well, it’s been a learning curve every week of growing these autos.. the most important lesson is that they continue no matter what, no time to fix anything unlike photoperiods.. and I kinda like the challenge of that. Both plants have been fed the same, one has shown a deficiency one hasn’t at all. (yet🙈) entering week 7 with hopes of no more deficiencies, and the production on bud.. the smell has started to show, and it’s clearly coming from s/b. Very sweet, if you’ve ever been strawberry picking it smells like when you get to the strawberry fields, mixed with gank cannabis. Quite lush I won’t lie ☺️🍓 Let’s see what next week bring.. hopefully great things for us all. Happy growing everyone. 💚🌱

Week 7: 5x9 Main Stage Week 7 saw the four Chicken ‘n Wafflez, three Jelly Donutz and one Vanilla Frosting (all from Humboldt Seed Co.) really start coming into their own; soon it’s going to be a straight up jungle in the 5x9. Good news! The beneficial nematodes have worked wonders against the fungus gnat infestation; they knocked it down in a week, DONE! If you’re in living soil and haven’t invested in beneficial nematodes to prevent/combat fungus gnats, I’d say it is a must. I ordered from naturesgoodguys.com, received 5 million for total (shipping was the highest cost, so if you can order some other beneficial insects for your grow at the same time, do it, so you only pay for shipping once!) I’m thinking at the end of week 8 I’m going to flip to flower. That means I will need to take clones from each of the plants in the 5x9 this week, in case, later, any of them turn out to be keepers. As far as watering was concerned, they are definitely drinking more as they fill out these 30-gallon pots. Generally, the rule is 5-10% water by volume for living soil. I water every other day, generally, and for the most recent watering, I went ahead and gave a little over 2 gallons per plant. To make it easier to prep the water I just use 5-gallon buckets and do all my measurements accordingly for each bucket. I want to get in a better habit of filling the buckets for my next watering before I leave the grow, so the chlorine has at least 24 hours to off-gas, but sometimes I’m lazy and forgetful. It is supposed to be better for the microbes to let any chlorine off-gas… but like I said, it doesn’t always happen that way lol. I imagine if your water has more chlorine it could cause more of a problem for your microbes, in which case letting the water sit out for 12-24 hours would probably be more beneficial. Day 57 : AK was fed 2L with just Sensi Bloom A&B @ 2ml/l and Carboload @ 1ml/l . I backed off the Overdrive as i don't think it is time yet. The buds are still really forming and i don't want to burn this one as bad as cheese is showing. Day 58 : I found out that i've probably been feeding too much cal-mag. I spoke with AN and they told me that their Sensi products have enough cal-mag that i didn't need to be adding it. I've started seeing tip burns only in the past few weeks. I think adding the Carboload and Overdrive may have pushed it over the top with the extra cal-mag going in each feed. Lesson learned. Cheese is on water from this point on. I figure she'll be ready in the next 9-10 days. Need to start checking the trichomes as soon as my pocket microscope arrives in the next few days. Man am I ever glad I didn't kill AK off because it was taking too long to flower. That plant is going to be a monster. It has so many side branches and bud sites. And it's starting to put off some kind of funk. Giddy up ! Day 59 : Pocket microscope came in today. Can't wait to check the trichs later on. Cheese is really starting to smell more and more. 8 more days until she gets chopped. AK is fattening up nicely. She'll finish in 11-12 weeks for sure. AK was fed 2L this evening and is fattening up more and more each day. Cheese is getting close. Day 60 : Cheese got 2L of water, had a good look at the trichomes and this plant is pretty much ready to go. I should have started the flush earlier but i didn't have the microscope yet. Checked various parts of the plant and I am seeing mostly cloudy with a small amount of amber trichomes. I'm going to let it go 4 more days to try and give it at least 10 days of flush. Day 61 : Fed AK 2L, brought the base nutes down to 1.8ml/L and started Overdrive. I'm seeing some brown pistils starting to show up. Buds are filling out nicely each day. Cheese is getting frostier every day now. Only a few while pistils left per bud, many of them starting to curl inward. Not seeing any yellowing yet. Been almost a week of just water. 4 more days and she's coming down ! Day 62 : Fed cheese 2L water this morning. That plant is looking really incredible. So much frost ! 3 more days until chop chop Day 63 : Fed AK 2L, buds are filling out quite nicely. Some of the pistils are turning brown. Buds are not as fat as they are on cheese, however this AK seems to be a sativa phenotype so the smaller buds are expected. We'll see what the Overdrive does. Cheese is 2 days away from chop chop ! So much frost. This concludes week 9 !

Pow pow and welcome back 🙅‍♂️ Week3 of Flower starting today. Last week stretched those ladies very nice and now we can see that power is going to bud production 😍 Checked the stems and the highest one is reaching 45 inches tall itself. Absolutely delighted 😃 We are cutting Roots Excelurator and CalMag Extra from the regime as they will not need it anymore. I’m still struggling a lot with high humidity levels hitting 70-80% quite often - still, there is good exhaust system and lots of air movement with temperature between 21-26. For now completely no sign of Mold or bugs 🐜 🤞 Stay tuned and look for daily photo updates 🤘 Update Day4 (day 18 of flower) Buds starting to fill the whole tent everywhere I look 👀 Invested in RAM 10l dehumidifier and now both girls are in sweet point...second advantage - I’m getting back free 0ppm water 😍 Stay tuned!

Hace un par de días le he dejado de dar nutrientes y he suspendido todo tipo de alimentación para terminar con una cosecha más limpia. Ahora solo toca ir aumentando el volumen de riego e intercalar los riegos de agua sola y enzimas para aprovechar todo el alimento que pueda quedar en el sustrato y así lograr la cenecencia.

Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Week 6 for the gorilla gas has finished up. These girls are showing their phenotypes and it's awesome. 3 different plants. One tall and lanky, one in the middle and one runt. All smell amazing. Finished up giving it bulk of the nutrients now it's a downward slope from here. Gradually decreasing every day till flush. Looking forward to the harvest!!!

This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius.
