Thc bomb auto has been growing really well this last week. I Did a defoliation on it today to prepare for flowering. Should set in at any time looks like stretching is already started. I believe I am close to the sweet spot with this light. 1st time using it. I am introducing bloom booster and lighter bloom nutrition in my base nutrition. Soo...Nr.1 von 2 die auf dem Balkon waren wächst super...war jetzt die ganze Woche geflippt auf 12 h aber von Blütephase sind minimal nur Ansätze zu sehen...aber der Stretch ist wohl schon im Gange...trotzt living soil und 1 mal pro Woche Kompost-Tee...gebe ich noch was dazu...topbooster und P-boost von Aptus...ich bin davon überzeugt das kein living soil genug Phosphor für die Stretchphase hat. Ab und zu noch etwas "fish shit" aber nicht bei jedem Gießen...das Zeug ist in Deutschland teuer bis unerhältlich...aber sehr gut. Cover crop funktioniert auch sehr gut...habe gesehen dass es viele bei sehr jungen Pflanzen machen...davon würde ich abraten. Die Nr.2...auf dem Balkon gestartet und dann ausgewildert...habe ich auch besucht aber keine neuen Bilder gemacht wie hier vor 2 Wochen gepstet...macht nur wenig Fortschritte...aber sieht wunderschön aus.

Topped the plants this week. I think the soil got a little too dry on the Dos-si-dos toward the end of the week. It started wilting. Keeping a close eye on soil moisture. I think I'll need to water more often as the soil this run is predominantly coco coir.

Hey hey growmies Week 3 went by without a hitch, however I transplanted a bit late, cause the roots of the plants to tangle, I had to snap a few roots, mainly the one from the Runtz pheno, she's a photoflower and will recover, the Wedding cake is already in pre-flower, so harming those roots would damage harvest. this is also the last week these plants will share the spotlight, they are now officially seperated from eachother. check back next week, ill go over my end goal of both diaries. I’ll be honest, for my first grow and harvest, I’m stoked to have pulled this much weed off of these plants. Though I did dry them too fast with my given conditions so the planty “green” smell, isn’t quite gone yet with a 4 week cure and going. That’s fine though. Everyone that smokes this, loves it. Really heavy body high with a couch locking effect. Munchies set in heavy shortly after lol I personally don’t smoke much but I offer some to everyone that comes through my door. I would for sure run these again but maybe in larger pots. A bunch of folks say that these only require 1 gallon pots but I can tell that they would’ve for sure grew larger if given the space. 10/10 would recommend to beginners.

Buds are growing, all levels are stable so started to remove some fanleaves. Still 2-3 weeks to harvest so when I cut on a daily basis I believe there are no fanleaves left at harvest time. Then I can just cut them and put them in the drying net. Turned down CO2 to 600PPM so they can rest a bit... not sure what will happen now.

Things are winding up! Have been flushing #2 for a couple of days. Replacing half the water each day.PPM is under 100 and that's been consistent for a day. The harvest will be going into a dark closet in a day where it will stay for 7-10 days (7 I'm sure), then be jarred for curing. 20 branches harvested! BHB#1 is still packing it on! Guesstimate, two more weeks. Will start flush Wednesday taking 50-75% solution out and replacing with water. Weights will be shared after #1 has dried. Have had a couple 'testers' already and am not disappointed. Harvest was better than my last soil grow and this first DWC was not a disaster. I'm happy with it. Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.

12 weeks from seed, no topping

This grow has just remained on autopilot, I am very pleased. I have cut back water a bit they were looking a little unhappy going to give them a dry back and not feed a whole day.
