Week 16 - 06/28 - 07/04 Light - 200 W HPS & 265 W LED Day Temperature - 78 F Night Temperature - 68 F Humidity - 40 +/-5 D59 Flower - Came home from vacation to some fat sugar coated buds! I flushed them with FloraKleen and molasses, this should be the last one before I snip down the main colas. Since they are close to harvest, I spent about an hour defoliating so harvest will go a little quicker. D60 Flower - Took the ladies out to breathe, take some pics, and snipped the tops off the Royal Gorilla's. I'm going to allow the Hulkberry's to mature a little longer and probably do the same thing and snip the tops. D61 Flower - Unfortunately HB #3 hermies on me, she had a bunch of "bananas". So I cut her down and hung her to dry, Sucks to lose her but she will do well in some RSO! Unmanicured wet weight was 251 g. I am also going to be testing out the bowl bud trimmer I just ordered on these buds to make sure they dont damage the buds too much.

Hello Diary! This time on the "Farm" there are two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Watermelon Auto and Purple Punch Auto. In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 17/01/2021 Watermelon Automatic sprouted. There was a seed coat left on the stalk so I had to remove it by hand, but a nice photo motif. 22/01/2021 I watered the plants with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. 08/16/2020 She seems to be recovering well I think she was hungry. So fert. (4-9-3) spikes and LAB worked well together. Affected leaves are fading, new growth looks good. And not a spot of PW any where! We are getting some light rain throughout the day but still could use more rain

The runoff acid pH really went up on the last feed & its starting to show its toll especially on Chemdawg plant, seems immobile as it visible mostly on the top growth, I think I'm going to add some potassium bicarbonate on the next watering to attempt to curb the damage, hopefully its not too late as I'm coming up to the final month of flowering.

What a run this was, harvested at day 70 of 12/12. Pheno #1 was the iciest from the start and hasn’t disappointed ever since. Amazing and beautifully stacked buds with and insane amount of trichomes! She looks truly amazing, very exotic bud structure too! The smells are out of this world with artificial cherry, cookies and gas terps. Can’t wait for her to be dried and cured for the final smoke test!

Week 4 started off with a bang as the day before was LST day. I’m new to this but the goal here is as many bud sites as possible. She’s growing great considering it’s 90+ everyday here and august is insane normally here.

Wow! Hard to believe these are autoflowers, I’ve never harvested a cola off an autoflower quite this robust. The hps lights in the 2nd grow room were maybe a bit much and all the plants handled it differently. The big beast is one that did very nicely under the hps lights. The smaller much more frostier dried bud is from the mars hydro ts1000 grow tent. Not nearly the yield or density but beautiful crystal covering the buds. Amazing colour from both the led grow dark devils and the hps ones.

Day 28 after switch. Looks good to me, stopped stretching and bud develeopment is doing well. This week watering only water maybe a little bit melasse together with Bactrex.

Flowering day 19 since the time change to 12/12. Hey all together 😀. This week she has developed beautifully ☺️. I poured it 3 times with 1.2 l this week. Tomorrow I will add the 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom because the first blossoms are coming :-). I checked all the leaves thoroughly for pests or diseases and everything is fine ☺️. Next week I'll look at your roots as soon as the coconut is completely rooted. As every week, the tent was cleaned and the entire technology checked. The humidifier was also refilled every day 👍. In the next few days I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up being wasted in the small popcorn buds. I wish you a lot of fun with the update.
