2025 Fastbuds GreenHouseGrow has come to an end. Its been an absolute roller coaster of a grow. So cool to watch them grow from sprouts to absolute giants around 8ft tall. They're a great and easy strain to grow and I could only imagine having them in bigger pots how much bigger they could get. I ended up harvesting them for fresh frozen and immediately put them into the deep freezer after trimming everything that didn't have trichs on it. Excited to do some bubble wash and make FreshFrozen Rosin/Hash. All in all highly recommended and Happy Growing.

Wrapping things up here in the studio, first down was Sapphire Scout. Thankyou for all the lovely words of encouragement, thank you to the team. As we lay this plant to rest in the drying room let me, your host Jobbie, take you through its final days. She led a good few final days, ending her life around 15 weeks since she was given water to begin her journey, in this time she grew up strong, but not without issues, we watched her struggle at many stages including the overfeeding that plagued her middle age. In the last few weeks she was peaceful, growing heavy and smelling... fruity, like fruit soda, she was loved by all in the home and was watered plenty. In her last moments the restraints where taken off and she fell her ass over, buds flopped around like a granny with no bra. Then the end came. She was taken to the mortuary once the chop happened and was washed and raised in the true fashion of a butchers yard to dry off. After this, she was sealed in a room to dry out before going on to the next place in space and time... likely a jar. Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. Well here she is into week 7 few days in her 2 week flush. The buds are super crazy dense. Doesnt look like she yeilded too much but we will see🙂👌

They seem to have stopped stretching and are now focusing on the buds. Very odd coloration happening on the leaves of the left plant. I'm thinking it's either a calcium deficiency or a manganese deficiency. Either way the buds are developing nicely still. Right is looking great right now, save for a few spider mites I had to squish earlier last week. Nice and frosty at 5th week of flower. If all goes well with both of these girls, I'll be harvesting them at the end of January. I'll definitely give them a bud washing b/c I found mites. Update 1/2/22: okay I've got a few notes to make on the progress as a whole. So after topping right, it seems like she started producing flowering hormones right after. While left focused on stretching for like a week more. Right has fat, compact and frosty buds- shaped like golf balls. Left has spire-shaped buds, not AS dense(still dense though, mind you), and less frost. So I'm thinking left is staggered behind right by about a week. Since this is week 5, we'll be able to tell just how far ahead she is by week 8.

(Days 28-35) (Day 29) Everything seems to have recovered fine from topping so I transplanted into their 1.7 gallon pots. They were pretty rootbound so this should make them nice and happy. Going to start LST after recovery. Got a ton of holes poked around the rim of the bucket which should make tying down easier. I’ve been asking around on some forums and reading some articles and I’ve decided to switch out my MH bulb for the included HPS bulb. Apparently HPS bulbs will stretch the nodes out quite a bit more and provide higher PAR value for the same amount of electricity. My plants are looking pretty small for day 29. Although, that could just be from stuffing 15 plants under one 250-400w light. I’ve been powering the lights up to 400w at night and back down to 250 during the day. 400 just gets it too hot during the day (86-88) without ventilation. That temperature should be fine in veg once my co2 has really built up some mycelium. (Day 32) Just got 14/15 topped. The BCTG runt is just going to be lst’d and not topped or fimmed. I decided to just fim the plants I started later so they’d have a bit more time to recover and catch up to the others. I also LST’d all 9 quite well. Almost had a stem break but she’s doing just fine now. The deformed bbb was accidentally fimmed and as a result it’s got a very trippy looking main stem that has branched off into 6 mains. I definitely have fungus gnats. Fuckers must have got in with that coco I bought from hydro store. This has never happened to me with just promix but the benefits of coco are too much to pass up. I might order an OG BioWar/capsbennies/grubgrenade to help naturally get rid of them. I’m getting some confirmed yellowing on bottoms of the zkittlez and WW’s. They must be heavy feeders because no other plant in the tent is getting yellow like that. I’m going to feed a compost tea, top dress everything at full strength and mulch in some worm castings to help break it down faster. Will also do a foliar spray with some insect frass, microbes and m1pps. (Day 33) Got some more of that marine phytoplankton stuff to help stabilize my RO water. It’s got a good amount of soluble magnesium and trade minerals in it so that should help stop the yellowing on the zkittlez and WW. (Day 34) Things are looking great so far and they’re all recovered from topping/transplant/lst and thriving. Some slight yellowing and a few of the plants are cupping from heat and high humidity. I just put in a dehumidifier to help bring the rh down. The m39/zkittlez bagseed plant is just outpacing everything in the tent by 4-6 days. No wonder organized crime used to grow it. I hear it can completely flower in 45 days with a solid yield and very little trimming or leaf matter. It’s very weak on the high and smell though. Nonetheless it should be nostalgic to try those old terps. There is still a small chance that it’s a super vigorous zkittlez plant too. Plants should be showing sex this coming week. Hoping for 8+ fems but I can make do with just 4. 1-3 is unlikely but that would piss me off beyond belief. I’ve heard of it happening though.

Hi all , here we are for another fun run with a some of Fast Buds most delicious looking ladies to harvest. With each strain having it's own amazing appearance and buds , i am hoping to spoil them like a rich kid at the seaside with this new FC3000 provided by the generous sponsors at Mars Hydro. Thanks Susie. It is a 300w draw with a full spectrum of gloriousblumens to develop and create some hard , chunky and downright delectable buds. Easy to set up with a removable driver too. Very handy of the heat builds up and we need to reduce it somehow. There is more than enough extension chord(2m) to re hang the driver out of the growing area. It has a dimmer to allow it to offer seed to harvest capabilities all in one unit. No need for separate lights for each stage of the grow. The unit size is more than big enough to cover the 6 plants and the 100L x2 beds that they are going to be grown in. It is nice and light too so no worries about the hangers being stressed. It came with a hanging kit too so nothing to stop you getting it on out of the box. At 100% it really kicks some light out and has even worried the more than capable sp3000 sat next to it. A beautiful piece of kit that will no doubt be a good as it looks too. Having had a few issues with germination over the summer and totally failing seeds , I went back to plugs. They hold the perfect amount of moisture and dont fall apart when lifted either. Again they proved excellent with 100% success of these genetically brilliant seeds . Seeing them poking their heads up on 2 already only only day 3 was a pleasant surprise as i have had these in waiting a while now. No soaking the seed just straight into the cube from the packet.. Now fully germinated with no helmets for the unwary seedling either. ( can occur using cubes for.me!) We are officially in veg I think!. 7th Oct veg started...... I hope you will join me on this run to see what this light unit can do with 6 genetic wonders and 200L of well composted living soil/coco in newly set up No-till beds. I have been trying to use the living organic soil but find that in mid to late flower , I had to supplement to keep the hungry girls green and mean which i feel was due to only 60L of soil to work in effectively. With 3 plants sharing the 100L i am hoping they communicate via the root system and keep each other happy and healthy. I do intend to add some wrigglers and also some myco and a cover crop too. (Inspired by UKPersonal420 ). The ladies are domed and comfortable ar present and I am hoping to remove the domes in a day or 2 but temps here have dropped a fair bit so I will have to be mindful of the delicate girls getting too cold . Plan is to train them into the light with as many mains as I can manipulate using l.s.t , supercropping , topping or maybe a f.i.m or 2. In the last two weeks I had some problems taking care of her, I was out most of the time and it kept raining. She's really doing her best and the flowers, even though they're small, are nearly ready. Still having a lot of troubles with mites, I hope I'm not gonna end up smoking them🤢🤣 Also, I have to keep using neem oil and I know it's going to effect the taste, but I really can't do anything else
