Cheers to growth, both in the mind and the garden! _____________________________________ At mid-day on January 25th, 2024, I accidentally placed the light too close to the plants for a couple of hours, resulting in burnt leaves and pistils. It can't be a calcium deficiency since I have been feeding 6ml of calcium to 5 liters of water. The only difference was the proximity of the light.

Flower development definitely set back right from the beginning with extreme light intensity reaching 1650 ppfd before corrected. Never fully took off I don’t think. Midway through week 7 started to slowly dial back the intensity from 900 at tops to 650 ppfd. This is a 9.5-10 week strain. Using fish shit to keep things ramped up, also Bokashi Bran and worm casting. Also mixing in Gaia seaweed extract 0-0-17 with the fish shit. Not a whole lot more needed that the soil and top dressings doesn’t already have, if anything at all. I just like to give it that extra kick. I had completely wiped out those pesky fungus gnats and future offspring before flower, but they came back after top dressing and adding more soil. They come in the bag soil, and while I was on holidays for 10 days they came back and I wasn’t on top of the new wave of those dirty bastards. Just about got them cleared out again with the use of nematodes and sticky traps.

Day 22 white pistils 👍🌱 only had root juice and bio grow gonna remove root juice and add molasses this week at one teaspoon per litre she shows that shes not hungry no nute burn yet small signs that she can do with abit less nitrogen I'm not gonna lower my nitrogen at the sametime I'm not gonna up it either she been getting 1l feeds every 48 hours gonna up it to 1.5l keep an eye out for next update 🌱🧞‍♂️🍾🕹️🎮 I've been training her LST since day 14 and folding looks like shes gonna have some good bud sites 🍾🧞‍♂️ I've put the light schedule to 20on 4off so he can get rested during flower keep the stress down to a minimum 🤓

Continued with the ripen only this week. Going to water with it one last time that would be 10 days using the ripen. Going to start the flush with canna flush! The blueberry has started fading out nicely. The smell coming from these plants are amazing. Can't wait to chop the girls down. My anxiety is going crazy wait on this girls. This was the second grow cycle of the Lemon Skunk genetics. I'm happier with the way the second run turned out compared to the first. My yield was higher and one of the phenotypes turned out some stellar top nugs. This grow took way longer than it should have and I'm to blame for some of it. I think I should have went straight to 5 gallon pots instead of hopping into the 3 gallon pots. This cost me at least 2 weeks of extra veg time, maybe more. This harvest took 21+ days to dry. That's about a week longer than last time. I've had to prepare my report early to enter the Diary of the Month. I did a smoke sesh yesterday morning on a nug that's only been curing for 3 days. I'd much rather wait a month to fire some up and let it cure properly. I didn't get many followers or comments on this grow until it was approaching the end. I got the feeling that most people don't like this strain. I'm not really fond on growing it again for various reasons. Mostly because of the amount of labor involved with the trimming portion of the harvest. Maybe I just got some bad phenotypes. I wasn't really impressed with the way the terpenes touch my palate even though it smells really loud either.

Few days into flowering and the lower internal nodes are already stretching up through the trellis. Hope they keep stretching for another week before they start bulking up.

My light fell on my plants yesterday. , the pot of my plant in the first corner was broken, I bought it in a different pot. In my other plant, 2 branches were broken, I taped one of its branches, it became crippled.

Harvested today. Noticed a small amount of bud rot on a couple of top buds due to elevated humidity over the last few days. Affected tops were removed immediately. Only the very top buds were impacted, the majority of the plant was healthy and harvested without issues. Trimming done, moving on to drying. Final trimmed weight will be updated later plus a more thorough evaluation of the grow and strain. * Rest of grow info week 20

Well this little girl is forming very much like kush buds would , very dense and thick bud with very few white pistel hairs , A very attractive bud too watch form , she is packing on bud like there is no tomorrow as you can see from the pics and drinking the pot dry every 3 days of 8 pints , the colour from this plant is truly a sight indeed and the smell she is giving off is like a mouthful of blackberry jelly and icecream back when you was a kid , i am very excited about this one and cannot wait too try her ,

After almost 1 week with my girls with MarsHydro 100w znd a proper tender with

I purchased a pack of 3 seeds, and one of them didn't germinate. I must admit this is discouraging, and I believe reputable seed banks should address this by providing guarantees to us growers. I'm not wealthy, and when a seed doesn't germinate, it feels like I'm wasting money. Regarding the fertilizers, they come in powder form, but I didn't see the option to measure in grams, so I used milliliters instead. The iron supplements I use are effective; I even found it strange not to have Plant Prod around here. It's a very affordable Canadian fertilizer that delivers good results. Many brands don't want you to know about this fertilizer. Look it up and let me know what you think.

Starting to get lots of pistils, gave her a feeding without watering in between ( newbie mistake) so i think i gave her a little bit of nutrient burn

The plant grow so fast you could almost see it happening. It was resistant to drought and handled anything I threw it's way. I highly recommend this strain. The best grow techniques are main-lining or topping, from my experience.
