Bubble og man these ladies loved being topped they were not growing the fastest before topping but after getting topped they have really been stretching out they very much have a scrog potential the branchs bend easily and have good distance between nodes to work with The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

May 31st Everything is looking good after the LST from last week, I said I was going to swap them into flower and I realized that I should wait another week or so as they will be going into a new home so to speak. Updates coming next week for that. Doesn't look like to many PH issues anymore or whatever was happening but the plants seem a bit happier now June 1st I Figured today would be a good day to do a bit of defoliation on these girls in order to get some more light down to the newer growth. I didn't take a ton off as you can see, but for the size of the plant I suppose it was a decent amount. I read somewhere that a general rule of thumb is only defoliate roughly 30% of the plant at most. I'm not to sure if it is true but I tried to stay within that general rule. June 2nd, I decided since I would have them in veg for at least a little while long I would top them again. After topping I gave them some water and nutrients. I know I said I would do straight water for the next one but I went for it anyways as it seems the flowering mixture may be giving it some deficiency's. So I gave them the recommended feeding for heavy veg growth. I gave about 3L to the bigger plant and around 2L to the smaller plant (as it was still a bit moist but it wasn't damp). My crappy soil tester was saying my soil was at around 8PH so I figured I would aim to feed around 6ph. With the small amount of runoff from the smaller plant I did A PH test and the PH seemed to be around the 4.5-5ph area. My liquid ph meter arrived broken so I am waiting for the new one, therefore I am using the general hydroponics liquid test kit. I presume my soil ph is lower then the water I have given seeing as it went from 6ph water to around 4.5. Next feeding I will aim to feed at 7PH. With the defoliation I just made sure that the tie downs were decently tight still and moved what I thought needed to be moved. June 3rd,4th Not a ton to update on. I didn't get any pictures for these 2 days. June 5th Some obvious problems going on with the bigger plant. I am guessing it is the PH issue but I am still unsure. The one browned leaf I accidentally squished in the tie down while I was low stress training it so it got a bit damaged. Other then that the plants are growing decent. Im not sure why I didn't have more pictures for today but I mainly took problems of the problem areas. June 6th Not much going on still. They are still just hanging out not doing to much. It was a busy work week so pictures in general were a bit lazy. I will try to get more for the upcoming weeks. Big news for next week!

All plants are fully blooming and create frosty leaves. Caution! Very Sticky! Amazing smell from the apple fritter and critical. Really intense.

What up grow fam. Update for these lovely ladies. They started to go into preflower so I'm glad I did a defoliation and lollipop earlier this week. I will switch from Athenas Blended Line Grow A&B to Bloom A&B with a PK Booster. They got a little out of ph in the soil as I completely forgot to calibrate my ph/ppm meter. Now they seem to be bouncing back ok. All in all Happy Growing.

Day 21 Veg: Hi all. Hope we are all free and healthy in the grow diaries community this week. It has been a very enjoyable and productive week this week. The purple monkey are gaining a nice size and taking to training really well. Their bases are getting thicker and i am now seeing small white female hairs at their bracts. I think flowering is very close now on these ladies. All three are looking very healthy and green with no signs of any issues to worry about so far. They are all reaching the pots edges with their side branches now so should make a decent sized canopy and bush after the stretch has finished. I did strip lower, small tips out too so that air can reach all of their budsites from underneath too. Banana Mash is a little behind the monkey so far and has no real gender signs yet. The mutant is growing out a little better now but is still looking odd. I have included 3 seeds that came from my last exotic run and where in some of thenbuds that I harvested. I suspect a lemon mimosa xhicked some pollen before I took her/he down and it hit all of the strains except 1. I now have about 100 seeds crossed with the mimosa lemon amd have kept each seed batch separate so I can have some idea of at least the mothers genetics if mimosa isn't daddy !!. They are also doing really well with the Mango cream X being the best looking so far. be interesting to see if they remain autos of just keep growing as photoperiod. I am adding the Megacrop to feeds now as I approach flowering and plan to germinate the next exotic goodies to join the second harvest. ( to follow...) They are all being trained now amd have taken to the idea quite well. I did have a snap on one of the Purple monkey ladies but tape should rescue the buds on that limb hopefully. So there we have it , another good week with plenty to do and the next week should hopefully see the start of some flowering stretch to wrestle with as they explode with growth. lol be well growmies.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! Really good looking plant, I'd say she's definitely a sativa by the shape of her leaves and the distance between internodes as well, I think this lady is ideal to be trained, I guess she'll be a big bush full of nice colas, let's see what we can do! Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

Removed lil buds, had some insects this week removed them. Week 7 grow needs to be deleted its dubbel eith week 8 and since week 7 i use 4-4-7 npk.

~July 12th-July 18th~ 🌡️Temp: 🌞78-84 , 🌚74-80 💨Humidity: 🌞65-85%, 🌚70-80% 💡Lights: 🌞18h/6h🌚, 24’ from 🌱, PPFD approx-275 🌬️Airflow: 2 small oscillating fans and a 200cfm inline fan+carbon filter ~Day 15~ Plants are still showing signs of a deficiency or overwatering. I’ll continue to wait to water but will add nutes next time I do. The new growth on the 3 plants look good and the smallest sprouts growth is looking good. Started ph balancing and dechlorinating my humidifier water just in case. ~Day 16~Plants seem to finally be drying out after the overwatering, the growth on the 2 biggest plants has been stunted and the mutated plant is still growing funky. Smallest plant is growing well. Dialing in on the humidity and temps well. Close ups of the discolorations on the 2 largest plants in the photos. ~Day 17~ Old discoloration not gonna get better but it hasn’t spread anymore so that’s good. The plants are still growing slow though which gives time for the mutated plant and the sprout to catch up at least. Woke up to the mutated sprout producing resin like drops from its lower leaves and it had a noticeable smell to it almost similar to a concentrate smell of thc. Prepping the 2 bigger plants for transplant tomorrow, filled 2 fabric 3-gallon AC Infinity pots with about an 1-1.5in layer of perlite at the bottom then Happy Frog and Perlite mixed in a 75/25 ratio layered over top of that up to the holes. Put the plants in the hole still inside their original pots so I could adjust the lights and get them used to their new places. ~Day 18~ Woke up to not much change with the plants other than some small growth in the mutated plant and the small sprout. Definitely time for a transplant and some nutrients so I prepped them for transplant. I mixed up my GH Trio along with some GH Cal-Mag and Ph-down all in distilled water along with a separate spay bottle of rooting powder diluted with Ph balanced distilled water to spray in the hole and on the root mass. The plants were very hard to get out of the small pots and the roots were sticking to the sides while the dirt was falling out around them so I had to cut open the pots and manually set them in. Not too messy but I was scared for the plants, I watered them both approx 250ml of the new nutrient mix along with the other 2 plants who got less. Will check back tomorrow. ~Day 19~ All the plants have exploded with growth since yesterday, the 2 biggest plants have perked up and grown a lot while the mutated has sprouted even more leaves and the little sprout now has its second set of leaves coming in. Everything looks great and I have more confidence in the grow now that I know the nutrients and environment is good for them. ~Day 20~ Lot of new growth continues and the transplant and feed seems to have worked really well. More leaves keep appearing and the growth seems to be going at a much faster rate as they grow older. Getting the other 2 plants ready for transplant tomorrow and I will feed them all again.

Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!
