1 week left until i flip, the blue dream and white runtz are lagging behind but the pineapple express, and ghost train are begging for flower! day 54, and what a beautiful first grow it has been so far, these girls have responded well to all the punishment i could dish out in training and have responded with a beautiful even canopy. cannot wait to see them flower day 55, midday, lights are off for the next 36 hours to expedite the flowering process.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. More updates to follow. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Info and pictures were taken at day 12 of flower. Nice progress this week. There's plenty of new growth. She hasn't grown upwards as much as the other ladies, only about 5 cm this week. BUT she's got a darker green color, stronger smell than all the others. It's smell is unique and very strong. Not sweet, VERY pungent, it's a slap in the face kind of smell. Her bud formation is also more advanced than all the other girls. That's something I need to watch out for because she's an early finisher. Supposedly finishes in 40 - 45 days. Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. That's it for now. Day 8 of Flowering, this babies are stretching hard and starting to show white pistils and i couldn't be happier! Even if the soil is pre fertilized i just added 0,5ml of Biomagno FiorituraOM to help the plants start flowering, as @Mangodudu said EC was only 1,2 it shouldn't get them overfert. The structure il very nice and the plants are vigorous and always with praying leaves, i defoliated pretty hard and fixed every branch to a bamboo stick, so they don't have to carry the weight of the buds in the next weeks and focus all the energies in the bulking up the buds. I also just lowered the lights to get some light stress and help the plants stretch harder, and the response was amazing they just doubled the size in this first week of flower, I'm also very happy with this canna plus pro soil, it takes the water and drys very fast it think it's thanks to all the cocco in it.

I ordered a new bigger setup as you can see. Switched from LED to HPS. Although it has a significant heat output diff, I can tell the plants love it. I also noticed I developed some fungus nats in the soil of the smaller plants. I finally got a soil meter to help me know more exactly when go water which should rid the fungus nats if I'm not over watering. Lastly, I'm going to scrog this week. I know I'm doing it rather late but it's a learning experience and I'll start sooner next time. Will be a lot of weaving. And I'm still deciding if I should cut everything else below the screen.

My OG Kush plant is from Royal Queen Seeds, and I know they sometimes get a bad rap, but I've grown their OG Kush before and it was fantastic. This pheno has some awesome leaves and just a really good structure overall. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

beautiful girl ill suggest for anyone to grow! the trim was easy as i prepared the harvest and defoliated along the way! i took a different route that will now add to my future grows where i lowered the lights power to 50-60% and lowered the light close to the tops and had my light turning off 2 hours earlier for the last 3 days! and wow oh wow the density the terpenes the THC i can't wait for her to dry, my normal is 5 days! she smelled so good! could especially catch that mint when pulling off the little fan leaves! she has so many tones! will be sure to seek out some more from super sativa seed club! they're impressive! video will be added and updated as soon as its rendered! be sure to check out my Instagram page for daily updates!

12/31: They are both coming along nicely.👍 Today was the first day in which I fed them some Big Bloom and Boomerang along with humic acid, pH'd to 6.1. 1/3: I've been letting them dry out a bit for the last two days. They've got roots coming out the bottoms now...I'll probably transplant them into 5 gallon fabric pots tomorrow or the next day. I ordered a 4' 180w tube light with 578 LEDs..it has a 360 degree beam with 3000k and a bunch of 660nm. It's waterproof, so no worries about keeping it beneath my canopy to illuminate the lower branches and hopefully increase the density of those buds that never get much top-lighting. Today, I mounted my two new 24w UVA LED lights (395-405nm) to my frame. I'll run them 6 hours a day from the time I put the plants into my closet, until harvest. It is my understanding that exposure to UVA, particularly during the vegetative stage, triggers many different plant defense hormones, which speed growth and can increase heartiness to withstand constant exposure to UVB without suffering as much cellular damage as usual. I'm also ordering a 2' Solacure FlowerPower UVB (285nm-310nm) next week to use during flowering to stress the plants and increase trichome production. 1/4: I did a few foliar feedings with big bloom and fulvic acid today. 1/5: Transplanting day. I dusted their roots with magic dust and transplanted them into 5 gallon pots today. I had some excellent compost with biochar and myco that I mixed into their soil, too. I watered them in with about 2 quarts of their first taste of full strength veg nutes, plus mycorrhizal fungi, trichoderma, beneficial bacteria, and humic acid, then I sprayed them with biotabs boomboom spray when finished. The were moved into the closet under the quantum boards, UVA's, and a pair of MiracleLED blue bulbs. I'll start adding far-red spectra to the equation in the next few days.
