The bottom buds were done and getting amber, I thought of partial harvesting but the math didn't match and leaving the main cola didn't make sense so I chopped her down. Will be back 3 weeks after she's dried with the smoke report

Flowering Week 5 23.02.2026 - 02.03.2026

Buds smell already beautiful and the bud structure is nice🙂👍. The flowers were dried for 9 days. I tell the weight later when i get batteries for the scale. Now weighed. Total was 221 grams. I gave some grams to my friends and i have smoked some too before the scale.

After you found some good sector and clone it you let the mycelium grow and fill almost all the petri dish like I did last week. So now you're ready to move forward. Making grain spawn!🍄🍄 For grain you can use Organic Rye Berries, but you can also get away with wheat berries, or brown rice or even corn kernels(which I used myself) ! And you'll need some mason jars or honestly I used some jars that I had home just clean them very well and sterilise before using Making a grain spawn can be broken down into 6 easy steps. 🍄Hydrate Grain By Soaking 🍄Make Specialized Lids 🍄Simmer, Drain and Dry The Grain 🍄Sterilize 🍄Put your agar in the jar 🍄Colonize 🍄Soak the grain by placing it in a bucket, covering in water, and leaving it for 12 -24 hours. Easy. 🍄Drill 1 hole on top of the lid. Right in the center and cover with a small dab of high temperature silicone sealant, and leave it overnight to dry. And your jars are done. There other diff types for different methods like liquid culture etc. But I'm just going roughly through what Ive done. 🍄The next step is to simmer the grains on the stove. This will thoroughly hydrate the grains, and will soften them to make them easier for the mushroom mycelium to consume. Cook soaked grain on the stove for about 15 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long, because eventually all the grain will crack and you’ll get some mushy grain spawn. We don't want that. 🧐After the grains have simmered on a low boil, you’ll need to drain them off. What I did is I drop them in the sink with the drain cover on. The grains will drain over an hour or so, after which you can go ahead and fill your jars. 🍄Once your jars are filled, they need to be sterilised.This kills off all the other nasty contaminants in the grain cover the lids in tinfoil (to prevent water dripping into the lid) and then just pressure sterilise them for about 90 minutes at 15 psi. 🍄After that let them cool down. Get your SAB, wipe down the walls with some alcohol wipes and place the jars inside. And wait untill they will be warm to the touch... not hot and painful 😤patience is key. Bring in your plates that had been stored by you in a dark place. And what u have to do is sterilise your scalpel and just accurately and efficiently decide your mycelium into about 10 pieces and quickly place them in your jar. And complete for every jar u make. You have to be very quick. The more you keep you're jar and your agar plates lids open the more cans they will get contaminated. There certain technics you can see online.. 🍄Ones you're done close all your jars lids tight and Jake your jar so the mycelium pieces will mix around the jar and place them in the dark place to colonize. And just keep waiting... 😅 Untill the mycelium will conquer your grain. Keep your eyes on the jars, any weird smells or colour during the waiting time.. because that would mean you got a contamination going on. Oh yeah and when about 55% of your jar is filled with mycilium shake the sh*t out of it so it will break the mycilium inside and make spread more faster.

Having a battle with my soil ph which is at 7.3 (down from7.8) I have been watering with water in the 4.5- 5 ph range since the soil ph is so high. I am also having nitrogen issues . I stopped feeding a last week. I added a bit of top soil to the plant which might have added more nutrients making it worse. I am going to do s flush and see If things improve.

Such a beautiful canopy! These ladies are all flowers now. Working on fattening up their rows of colas. And I mean ROWS! Healthy and strong and looking sexy. Definitely attributes that keep me happy. So easy going.... I can't wait to find out how generous they will be. They got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up their treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Upped the pk intake as they are blooming strong now. Gotta keep those engines well fuelled. Response was stellar. Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days.
