Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

Week 5 Update: Challenges and Optimism! 🌿💪✨ Hey there, fellow growers! 👋🌱 As we dive into the fifth week of this thrilling journey, I must admit that I've encountered a few obstacles along the way. But fear not, for challenges are merely opportunities in disguise! 🌱🚀 Currently, three of my plants are still looking a bit droopy, a consequence of my underfeeding mishap. 😔 However, I've taken decisive action to rectify the situation. I've increased their water intake from 0.5 liters each to a generous 1 liter each, provided every two days. Hydration is key! 💧💦 Let's talk environmental conditions. The temperature within the grow space ranges between 20°C and 22°C, maintaining a comfortable and optimal range for our leafy companions. The humidity levels hover around 60% to 68%, thanks to the diligent work of my trusty dehumidifier. Kudos to technology! 🌡️💨💨 In light of the recent droopiness, I've temporarily adjusted the LED power to 75%. It's a careful balancing act to ensure the plants receive the right amount of light without overwhelming them. We're all about finding that sweet spot! 💡🌿✨ Interestingly, I've noticed a similar issue with droopiness during my previous grow with sour stompers. Could it be a recurring pattern? 🤔 Moreover, upon activating the dehumidifier, I made an intriguing discovery. The CO2 levels have soared over 900ppm! It seems I've stumbled upon an unexpected correlation. I'll certainly be investigating this further to unravel the mystery. She’s taking her time finishing up and really stacking on weight , beautiful plant that promises high THC and after the lil nug I smoked yesterday I can confirm it sits you right down . The future is nearly here , not even Biff Tannen can stop me now 😂

I'm really glad the second girl finally pulled through whatever was causing her to struggle to grow. Her leaves are coming in strong now. I've been letting the soil dry back a bit more in between watering. I just spray the bottle a total of 30 times now. 10 at a time to let the water soak instead of pooling and flowing away. No nutrients yet, her roots are probably still just in the Light Warrior soil. I do still put water in the self watering pots to add humidity to the tent and to "cook" the soil nutrients .

This week I had quite a bit of color changes in the leaves of one of the phenos. I thought initially that it was a PH problem or something had gone wrong but I think it is just natural color changes. Might be a bit of rut on the leaves but they have not dried up and go crusty so it may be just the color. Lots of purple edging on the leaves. The buds are further along on one of the phenos, really frosting up nice. Thanks for visiting my page and reading this far.

Germination was pretty good, we lost one of each strain. We soaked for 24hr then wet paper towel for 24hr then in a tray and dome for 2 days under a sun blaster 50 watt light for the first week or so

Buds are still packing on both girls. New pistils still shooting out with no orange hairs showing yet. Im thinking this is going be be a longer finish, may go to 14/15 weeks if necessary. Going out of town for work, topped up the res with adding micro and bloom.

Y es que ya no les queda nada, estoy pensando en cortarlas con varios días de diferencia, pero ya veremos eso aún está por decidir. La cuestión es que mirar lo sanas que han llegado hasta el final y a sido Gracias al led que me mando mars hydro. Esta semana no se echo nada de productos y hasta el corte es lo que seguiré haciendo, con cada riego se alimente la planta con nutrientes o no se tiene que calibrar el ph, mantener la humedad por debajo del 50% Y la temperatura mantenerla entre 22/26 grados. La flor no es muy grande pero está compacta, tiene bien de resina, el olor es un olor dulce como a chicle de fresa. Muy peculiar y llamativo. Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Ya a pasado 1 semana desde el trasplante y ya han recuperado la pequeña carencia de nitrógeno que se marcaron. La humedad está alta la mantengo entorno al 55%,y la temperatura la tengo entre los 22/24 grados. Controlamos en ph en cada riego a 6.2.
