Overall, this is 9th week of flower for the entire F'22 grow season. With French Macaron beginning week 7 flower and Afgooey #1 and #2 in mid-week 5 of flower. The Afgooey #3 is just starting to form tiny budlets after an extensive defoliation as she's squatty with lots of foliage. Updates & Observations - a lot of maintenance this week from continual ph'ing and flushing as Afgooey #2 has joined the French Macaron with low ph runoff readings. Given I'm growing in a living soil mix with periodic top dressings and teas every 7-10 days, I'm stumped. So, no more feedings for the French Macaron until harvest. Decided that next watering I will flush both girls with fresh rain water captured/stored which I have stored outside in 30 gallon barrels. Rain water tested at 7.2 ph, which to me is good enough for the flushing. It's raining for 3-4 days next week, so this will exhaust existing supply and replace with fresh rain water. Perfect timing. Will update next week.

Hoy quiero compartir mis pensamientos sobre el estado de mis plantas. Sinceramente, quería creer que no habían sufrido mucho por el frío, pero desafortunadamente la realidad resultó ser diferente. Algunas de ellas parecen un poco deprimidas y su crecimiento se ha ralentizado. Pero no me doy por vencido y sigo esforzándome por su recuperación. Además, no me gusta el régimen de luz que se ha utilizado desde el inicio de la siembra de las semillas, 12/12. La próxima vez utilizaré 18/6. Espero que esto ayude a estimular su crecimiento y desarrollo. Ayer empecé a darles a las plantas PK13/14 en una dosis de 1 ml/l y Diamond Nectar en una dosis de 2 ml/l. Espero que estos aditivos les ayuden a obtener los nutrientes necesarios y a estimular el proceso de floración y crecimiento. A pesar de algunas dificultades, no me doy por vencido y sigo cuidando de mis plantas. Creo que con el cuidado adecuado y las condiciones apropiadas, podrán superar las dificultades y crecer saludables y fuertes. Sigo siendo optimista y seguiré creciendo junto con ellas.

Well its been a fun week, every other day feeds as she's been getting much more thirsty during flower. Buds have been thickening up! One more week needed.

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. 12/05Gave the cover crop a light watering this morning to keep the bed happy. The girls are looking a little hungry gonna give light feed next watering probably tomorrow. Temps have dropped some due to winter weather 12/06 gave light feed with this watering and a little more water per plant now that roots are established.. IPM sprayed at lights out with lost coast plant Therapy gave a light spray with some wdg3000 to pots and about a gallon of it into the cover crop.

She is a large plant. There is still a couple of weeks left in his flowering. Summer ends in this part of the world and temperatures are low. Although the.orange is not cold, the minl is 17 C. I am happy with this strain of ripper seeds

Whoa we made it to week 3!! Today is the first day of week 3 growing three Froot by the foot strains , one gummi bear and one cheetah the hut(photo period) by Atlas seeds and I’m staring to LST 🤔 please leave feed back . Also will be introducing liquid nutrients this week, soil has been amended with 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 Gia green (3 tbsp)

Things are going well, see them grow! Last defoliation has been performed on that week. Also we stopped bending them to grow up a little. We expect, that it will be 100 day-cycle.

The ladies are still doing great and stacking very nicely! The leaves do look very very dark green with slight tip burns, so I doses down the nutrients slightly from 1100+ to 950 ppm! The grow light makes the leaves look more light green than they actually are (check the night shots) both pheno’s smell like a nice and strong gelato (vanilla/gas) 💪🏻

My OG Kush plant is from Royal Queen Seeds, and I know they sometimes get a bad rap, but I've grown their OG Kush before and it was fantastic. This pheno has some awesome leaves and just a really good structure overall. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Currently day 23 of my purple punch auto grow by barneys farm. I have topped at the 3rd node and now starting to tuck and tie down bigger fan leaves. Progress is good so far. Decided to hold back on the bloom until I start the flowering faze. Slo Mo vids didn’t upload slo mo so I had to go thru and edit them and screen record it just to get them in slow mo on the site but they’re worth it Dukes ear has been bugging him and so he pins it down sometimes with the other ear straight up and he looks goofy as hell.
