Cracked a few stems, twisting them 2, 3 points in the main stem and once on each lateral stem, very early monstercropping, cracked the stem without rupturing xylem or phloem channels, minimal recovery, maximum stress and response. There is a new need for significant reinforcement. I know this knuckle will eventually require the throughput of a superhighway. No point in dilly-dallying. Growth grinds to a halt, at least it feels like that. Energy is now distributed fairly evenly to each stem at equal heights and equal light intensity. Growth is not slower; there is just far, far more to do all at once in equal measure, start raising her soil EC up to 1.0mS/cm and maintaining. Upped to 40DLI for now. Temps back in the daytime 87+ range. NPK Raw Grow to keep the soil water solution at 1.0ms/cm, thereabouts. Enzymes and amino acids are applied foliarly to the underside of leaves each night 🌙. Aim to coat the undersides of the leaves where the majority of the stomata are located. Use a spray with smaller droplets to increase the surface area of the leaves that are covered. Adding a surfactant to the mix can help the spray spread better on the leaf surface, improving absorption. Just remember not to add anything immobile.. Heat denatures enzymes. "blah blah what's the point? It's hardly going to do much." Plants have a surprisingly low photosynthetic efficiency, typically converting only 1% to 2% of the total solar energy that hits them into chemical energy. (Too much defoliation and high VPD all night). In fully optimized conditions, that rises to 6%-8% efficiency. Plants may use approximately 25% of their respiratory energy (50% of total respiration) for enzyme turnover, which includes production and repair, but the exact energy cost for heat damage repair is not specific, as the total respiratory energy is not definitively given for plants. Plants generally have a high protein turnover rate, with enzymes making up a substantial portion of this turnover. 10% total ATP is photosynthetically processed. 90% total ATP is processed during cellular respiration. 25% -50% total respiratory energetic output is spent on enzyme turnover (Ballpark). Sounds like it's worthwhile to me. The longer you have waited, the harder you must swing.

Apex is frosting up nicely and her smell is popping, closest I can get to describing it is like cleaning products from a real fancy hotel…but lots of fan leaves are showing signs of deficiencies and/or lockout cuz she’s root bound really bad. Buds and sugar leaves aren’t affected, so far so good, I hope they stay that way 🤞 Gelato is fattening up real nice and has that distinct pungent aroma but not as strong as apex and not a lot of trichs. I hear this strain starts picking up in week 7+…although she’s root bound too but not as bad (I think). Lights are at 80%…they’re fricken beasts and way too much power for such a short, tiny tent. Next grow will be same strains, bigger final pots and will be in a new tent that is 6” (15cm) taller, every little bit helps :) That’s it for this week. Thanks for stopping by. Made my own cheap SCROG netting. The girls are about to do their stretch. All 3 are flowering. Slowly removing fan leaves and any inner leaves covering floral growth. No more than 3-4 a day per plant. Slow and light. So far, so good... I think so anyway... What do I know... I'm a noob... If someone is still following this diary and sees something that I can improve or any advice at all... I'm all ears. I topped and defoliated her at day 16, followed by one day of shock. She became a beautiful healthy bush by day 21.

25/Aug Another week passed by and she is filling up the net slowly. All green and lush enjoying the notnao cool breeze from the fan. I hope the temp will drop a bit next week. Will let me increase the wattage

one more week up we go, and after intruducing the AC to the Girls, and rase some of them up closer to the ligth ( i did this because the most of my SG are 3 phingers from the ligth lol, so bringing the ligth down was not an option )now i realize that the BB and the AP are showing some spots on the older leaves with i think it migth be nutrients problem, so i'm intruducing Calmag Agent and see how they react. Appart from that they all look amazing, the smell is starting to show off in all of them, it's like a rainbow of fruity smels with a sweet taste going from one strein to another, so far the one i think is the winer in tha smel factor is the PG, man, she's becoming and amazing white frosty smly litle plant <3 the same is happening to all of her siters in my litle love garden. So let's see how the wee goes, i'l try and keep it updated the most i can, Stay safe Peace out D So day 31 F and i intruduce Calmag and lower EC to 1.8 , now let's seeee :)

Apologies for the lack of updates — she’s looking super healthy! Buds are really packing on weight now, rock solid, colpurfuk and the smell is absolutely out of this world. She’s honestly one of a kind. Will update again soon — looks like she’ll go another two weeks or so.
