Buds were delicious and very heavy high! Definitely night time gear. Beautiful aroma and tastes of fruit loops. Pretty sure I topped this plant. Won't be doing that again as I've had better success with light lst. Very happy with the quality of cannabis produced from this plant!

She's getting more height and developing nice!!!

Day 50 Flower: So far the last few cold nights have kept any 8 legged pests away: fears averted. A couple Hoverflies have been patrolling. After a quick google search I read they eat aphids so I think we're friends. Night time temps dipped as low as 5c while daytime temps were 22-24c with sunshine 95% of the time. I keep it indoor until 10am when it warms up so that morning photosynthesis isn't inhibited. I am aiming for 100g in 100 days so these last two weeks w may be tougher to keep her happy as temperature is rising into the high 20s(c). The one day i let her sit in the sun at 28c i noticed the top calyxs suffered UV damage and caused minor fox tailing. From then on if temperatures peaked above 26, my procedure is to shade it. I've made more frozen water bottles to circulate in and out of my reservoir every two hours. Root health has improved they are looking pretty good and the water is always kept cold to touch. I haven't used h202 in a few days. She smells more and more everyday! The smell drenches fabric and my darkroom smells for hours after taking her out for the day. Day 52: Temps hit 32c high today. I had to put the plant in the porch shade by 1230 when it peaked over 26c. Circulation fan on full blast keeps her happy and fox tail free (knocks on wood) She's drinking like a sailor close to 5 litres+/- in this heat. When i refresh the reservoir i give her a heavy dose 4ml/L. Then when topping up the reservoir I only use 2ml/L. Day 53: Trichrome inspection with a loupe confirmed its mostly cloudy with over 25% still clear as glass.

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Welcome to my attempt to grow a strawberry sorbet in 30g of Coco... The plan will be to veg her for 21 days once she's out and then straight into a 12/12. No idea how this will go but it is all good fun. The container is in fact a tea strainer with 20 micron mesh. I was hoping it will air prune and I will feed by dunning into a cup of feed so there will be no down pressure on the substrate.

Harvested today. Noticed a small amount of bud rot on a couple of top buds due to elevated humidity over the last few days. Affected tops were removed immediately. Only the very top buds were impacted, the majority of the plant was healthy and harvested without issues. Trimming done, moving on to drying. Final trimmed weight will be updated later plus a more thorough evaluation of the grow and strain. * Rest of grow info week 20

Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER. Girls are doing great! Tent is very stinky inside. Started watering with 6 gallons now. So 1 gallon per plant with full strength nutes. They seem to want water about every other day. Temps have gone up a little. I had to install a dehumidifier. Also added a large metal 20" fan to counteract the heat from dehumidifier. Averaging around 88 f and 50%RH. About the best I can do without getting an A/C unit. I'm pulling out dead leaves under the bottoms. Still tucking in fan leaves daily to expose buds to maximum light. The buds are getting very sticky and frosty. Had to break out the box of rubber gloves. Or else have sticky fingers with a lingering odor of fantastic. This grow has been fun and looks like a decent possible yield for a noobie. These pics are day 28 and 29 of flowering.

Easy to grow strain. For begginers friendly, she dont mind mistakes and overfeading. I use organics nutrients, for me game changer(bigger, stickyer, smellier...BUDS)Nice tasty smoke. Happy with outcome.💪👌

🍮 Chem Brûlée – Pheno A Week 5 | Giant Leaves, Big Dreams Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! If you’ve been following this project from the beginning, you’ll know that every phenotype is writing its own story. Although they all share the same room, the same environment, the same lighting schedule, and very similar nutrition, each plant continues to express herself in completely unique ways. That’s exactly why I love phenotype hunts. This project follows every plant individually using the 12/12 From Seed method, allowing each lady to decide for herself when she’s ready to leave vegetative growth behind and begin flowering. This week… Chem Brûlée Pheno A left absolutely no doubt. Flowering has officially begun. ⸻ 🌼 The First Flowers One of the most exciting moments during any grow is seeing those first bright white pistils appear. These delicate hairs are the female reproductive organs of the plant and mark the true beginning of flower production. During these first weeks, the plant is shifting priorities. Instead of investing all her energy into producing stems and leaves, she now begins building the framework that will eventually become dense, resin-coated flowers. Every new white hair is another small step toward harvest. It’s always an exciting stage to witness. ⸻ 🍃 Those Incredible Fan Leaves The first thing anyone notices about this phenotype… Those leaves. They’re absolutely enormous. Some of these fan leaves are nearly twice the size of my own hands—and I definitely don’t have tiny hands! Large fan leaves often indicate a plant that is photosynthesizing efficiently, capturing as much light energy as possible to fuel rapid development. They’re essentially giant solar panels. As long as they’re healthy, standing proudly, and maintaining a rich green colour, they’re doing exactly what nature designed them to do. At this stage I prefer to let them work. Every healthy leaf is another energy factory helping build the flowers that are only just beginning to form. ⸻ 🌱 Gentle Training Training continues to remain incredibly simple. No aggressive bending. No topping. No heavy defoliation. Instead, we’re relying mainly on gentle leaf tucking and subtle low-stress training to improve light penetration while allowing the plant to maintain her natural structure. Sometimes the best training isn’t forcing a plant into shape. Sometimes it’s simply helping her reveal the shape she already wanted to grow. So far… She’s rewarding that patience beautifully. ⸻ 💧 AutoPot Life Chem Brûlée Pheno A is growing on the AutoPot irrigation system. Once the root system becomes established, the AquaValve automatically delivers nutrient solution from below whenever the plant drinks enough to lower the water level inside the tray. There’s no timer. No electricity controlling irrigation. No daily watering routine. The plant simply feeds herself whenever she needs it. It’s a remarkably elegant system that encourages consistent moisture levels while reducing stress caused by repeated drying cycles. This week I’ve also included photos comparing the nutrient solution used in the AutoPot reservoir with the hand-feeding mix used for the non-AutoPot plants. Although the recipes are very similar, the EC differs slightly because plants growing on AutoPots receive a constant supply of nutrients, allowing for a more stable feeding strategy. Every cultivation method has its own rhythm. Learning those rhythms is part of becoming a better grower. ⸻ 🍽️ Feeding Strategy This week we adjusted the nutrition slightly to support the transition into flowering. The bloom nutrients are now beginning to take over while still providing enough support for the final stretch before flower production accelerates. As always, every adjustment is based on observation rather than routine. Healthy plants tell you what they need. You simply have to learn how to listen. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions The room continues running beautifully. Average conditions this week included: • Day temperature: 31°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67% • Nutrient solution: 21.6°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂: 639 ppm Humidity remains slightly higher during this transitional phase because the plants are still producing large amounts of fresh vegetative growth while stretching into flower. Over the coming weeks, humidity will gradually be reduced as flowers begin gaining density. The room itself is really starting to come alive now. Every day the canopy looks fuller, healthier, and more vibrant than the day before. Watching an entire room evolve together never gets old. ⸻ 📸 Capturing the Journey This week’s update includes bird’s-eye views, side profiles, close-ups, and room shots to document every stage of Chem Brûlée A’s development. One of my favourite details is simply seeing those giant fan leaves from different angles. This is a pretty casual diary — just tracking for my own purposes mostly. Been trying some new strategies to increase temperature and humidity in the tent. She’s just flipping over to flower now — I wasn’t sure weather I would top the plant... but I decided to this one time just in the edge of flower — didn’t want to do it earlier to avoid inducing flower

2/14 Week 14 and things get interesting from here Hell of a journey so far, do not expect that to change now Just taking care of them and enforcing a good neighbor policy with defoliation Without going into a lot of detail we looking at a harvest every three days or so for six weeks starting next week, grow will end 4/4 with the harvest of the Green Crack clones at @63 days of flower. So earlier is possible 2/15 FFT-7 Clones have hit 36 inches already but should not go too much further. famous last words 2/16 Trying all of it on the same feed see how it goes, clones pretty far along think its ok. 2/17 So far so good on the feed, some concern over FFT-7 stretch so what else is new Had to adjust the Peak running out and deliveries are messed up from weather so stretching it out 2/20 Final update on the week: Clones are doing well only the FFT-7 proved undependable on the flowering stretch LSD and Green Crack look on track for 36 inches or less, FFT-7 headed to 4 feet Dropping Grow again on the main flowering feed , clones remain as is, less Nitrogen is needed Ran out of Soul Peak so full dose of KoolBloom till we get more Bambi on the block next looks like Monday followed by Chew Mee and Dink Thurs or Friday. Clearing this tent out so more can come in. And that was the week that was

Both plants continued progressing through early flowering this week 🌸 Vertical growth slowed but has not completely stopped yet, so the light fixture had to be raised again to maintain proper distance. • Height now approx. ~110 cm • Stretch slowing but still slightly ongoing • Bud sites becoming clearly visible across the canopy Light intensity was increased to ~950–1000 PPFD ☀️ Environmental conditions remained stable: • 25.5°C temperature • 50–55% RH 🌡️ Trichome production began appearing toward the end of the week ✨ Resin is now visible on both the sugar leaves and the bud sites, though aroma is still very mild at this stage. Phenotypic differences remain noticeable: • Pheno #2 is slightly ahead in flower development and continues to grow very compact around the main stem • Pheno #1 maintains a more open structure Water demand remains high during early flower: • ~4L every 2 days until runoff 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x Orgatrex • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Defoliation was performed again this week ✂️ Slightly more leaves were removed than the previous week, improving light penetration without causing excessive stress. Midway through the week, Pheno #1 showed clear signs of hermaphroditism. Initial pollen sacs were discovered and carefully removed. Despite close monitoring, additional pollen sacs continued to develop toward the end of the week. Due to this progression, the decision was made to remove the plant from the tent to prevent any risk of pollination. The plant was cut down and processed separately, as it was clearly expressing unstable traits. Overall, the remaining plant continues to develop well, with visible resin production and improving bud formation ?🔥

Another great week it’s been , 2 Ogreberrys an brucy b been flushing for a week, an the 3 others will continue to get there normal feed of nutrients, they are just not quite ready so they will start getting flushed around next week!! Sweet sweet smell of Grapes And gooey frosty nugs is all I can really say, photos do no justice, some of the craziest fruitiest smelling buds I’ve ever had, Real High quality meds !!
